"Come on Draco, as much as I love this moment, we have to go to truth or dare." Harry's voice dripped with sarcasm as he stopped petting the ferret while doing his homework. As much as Draco was a cute ferret, Harry still did hate him and only cared for him for the time being as he was helping out, because he just was that person. That person that happened to be nice to everyone, and care for them, even if they happened to be his enemy.
Draco dooked sadly, but reluctantly hopped onto Harry's shoulder. He hissed at a first year Gryffindor as he stared at the boy-who-lived. Mine. He looked at Harry's side, he was more beautiful then ever. His cheekbones were highly prominent, and his green eyes glowed with an excited tone of color, and his rosy cheeks topped it all off. My Harry, all m-
"Draco bloody Malfoy, get off me, get into your fucking human form, and get in after me!" Harry exclaimed for the fifth time.
Draco jumped in surprise and jumped off Harrys shoulder, turning into the Draco Harry hated in the middle of the leap, perfectly landing on his feet. "Sorry!" He exclaimed.
Harry, having told most of the 5th year Gryffindors about the game, only could hope most would come. And as for Draco's friends, Harry had unwillingly invited, but then thought of what Draco could do.
The door slid open and Draco gasped, it was like the Gryffindor common room, but instead of chairs and tables there were beanbags, many of them. And alongside the Gryffindor tapestries and ribbons of gold and red, there were Slytherin decorations. He couldn't help but smile. "Harry- I mean, Potter-"
"Draco, just because I am helping you doesn't mean we are friends. Nothing changed." Harry grumbled as he walked in and sat on a beanbag.
Draco couldn't hide his hurt and disappointment, but Harry could not see.
"When will they come? Oh I screwed up. They-"
"Potter. We are five minutes early. Don't flatter yourself." Draco told him, lashing the hurt and disappointment at him.
As much as Harry did feel sad that nothing happened, and how he hurt his little ferret, it was better for the, both.
"Look, Draco, I'm sorry. I'm not used to being around you and talking to you when we are not fighting or dueling or some shit, okay? It's not normal to me." Harry sighed sadly.
"Me too."
"What?"
"I'm sorry too. I shouldn't have come like that to you and expected you to help me after I've been mean to you all these years." There was something about Harry, that when he was sad, he looked even cuter, if that was even possible. Oh, what would he do just to kiss the boy-who-lived. OIt
He laughed nervously before responding. "You know, maybe you are an annoying git, but as much as you like it or not, you'll always be my cute ferret." God, it sounded wrong. Harry regretted it right after he told him. "I mean, uh, I-"
"I know what you mean, Potter." A small blush appeared on his face.
"Are we late?" A stream of Gryffindor's entered the room. Only Ron, Hermione, Ginny, Dean, Neville, and Seamus were there, so hardly a stream.
"Nope!" Harry smiled.
Then as the two weakly twins walked in, George holding food, so much food some were floating above and around him, and Fred held bottles of firewhisky. "What's a party without treats?" They asked at the same time.
"Not one," Draco admitted, smiling when Pansy and Blaise walked in.
"I said three," Harry huffed.
