Actually there is no food. Only Raw once are on the refrigerator and Some fresh fruits and vegetables. You might be wondering how come we have raw meat/Fish here and vegetables even though we just came. You see, Nag utos akong mamalengke ang isa sa mga tauhan ko dito. Plano ko sana na ako ang magluto pero si Chris, ang gusto niya siya ang mag luto.

"Dali na kasi Eva, Ako na magluluto! Miss ko na magluto eh!"

"How about a cooking contest hmm?"

"Contest?"

"Yes." I nodded.

"Pa contest-contest pa! Sige ba! Bwuahahaha!"

"This side will be mine and that side will be yours. No tresspasing or else your done." Ngisi ko.

We got our ingredients and prepared some tools and equipment. Malaki ang kitchen ko at anim ang stove dito. I am pretty much excited cause I never competed with any body else when it comes to my cooking.

" 3..." I started to count. "2...1!"

We started to cook and I am enjoying it. I took out a medium bowl and whisked the honey, soy sauce, lemon and red pepper flakes....

Let's make the procedure shall we?

2.) In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat two tablespoons oil. When oil is hot but not smoking, add salmon skin-side up and season with salt and pepper. Cook salmon until deeply golden, about 6 minutes, then flip over and add remaining tablespoon of oil.

3.) Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Add the honey mixture and sliced lemons and cook until sauce is reduced by about 1/3. Baste salmon with the sauce.

4.) and for the final touch...garnish with sliced lemon and serve.

Yep, That's it!

I finished the final touches and then sighed heavily...I looked at Chris and he's also done with his dish.

"Shall we present each others dishes?"

"Sureeeeee!!"

We presented each others dishes. The first time I looked at his dish, I already knew what he cooked.

Tuna Bistek...

"Mukhang masarap yan ah??? Hmm? Ano pangalan ng niluto mo?"

"Honey Garlic Salmon."

"Woaaahhh!!! High Class dish ah? Patikim!" He took a spoon but I stopped him.

"What's yours?" I smirked.

"Tsk! Alam mo naman na kung ano toh eh! Common dish toh!" Presenta niya pa sa akin ng gawa niya. "Patikim na niyan."

"Let's eat together Chris. Dun tayo sa dining table."

Dinala namin pareho ang dish namin at tsaka duon kumain. The first bite that I have from Chris' Dish, I was amazed. Masarap siya I swear! It comes with an eggplant. Hindi pa ako nakakatikik ng bistek na may talong kung tutuusin eh.

"Nakangiti ka Eva, Masarap ba?"

"Yes, actually I never tasted Tuna Bistek with Eggplant." Tuwang sabi ko at sumubo ulit. "How about my dish? Does it taste good?"
