Kamiko pov.

I woke up early that morning at like 6 in the morning. I decided to go over to the hokage's office to see what team 7 is going to be doing today.

Hokage's pov hours earlier.

"Yes Kakashi?" I asked.

"Hello lord hokage. I would like to request something." He said.

"Depends on what it is." I said to him. 'What is he up to now.?'

"Well I want kamiko to be in charge of the team 7 just for today." He said.

"Why is that Kakashi?"

"They don't talk to her and she is too scared to talk to them."

"That can be arranged. I have a mission I want you to go on for a couple of weeks."

"Ok sure thing just as long as kamiko is in charge of team 7 when I am out on missions."

"That shouldn't be a problem."

"Thank you lord hokage." I said and bowed.

Kamiko pov at the hokage's office

"Hello hokage." I said while walking in.

"Ah good timing kamiko. You are in charge of team 7 while Kakashi is on a mission for a couple of weeks. Do you think you can handle that?"

" yes lord hokage. But why me?" I asked.

"Kakashi picked you because you are better behaved between the 3 of them." He said. 'He is hiding something.'

"Sure I can handle them. Shouldn't be that much of a problem." I said fake smiling.

"Good. Now here is team 7s missions list." He said handing mea paper with a about 10 missions. I bowed and left. 'Great I am in charge of team 7 for 2 weeks.' I thought bitterly to myself.

Once it hit 8 all of team 7 was in the hokage's office. "Umm lord hokage where is Kakashi? Sakura asked.

"He is away in a mission so kamiko is in charge until he gets back." He said then they all glared at me.'great here comes the complaint from Sakura.'

"But she isn't good enough to me the leader." She said in. Fake sweet voice.

"Well Kakashi wanted her to be leader so you have to listen to her." He said.

"But I don't want to listen to a monster!" Sakura said.

"What's going on kamiko?" Lord hokage asked.

"Nothing sir. Sakura just doesn't like me very much." I said quickly. He raised an eyebrow but didn't question it any farther.

"Doesn't matter if you don't like her you are all on the same team so that means you all have to try to work together." Lord hokage ranted to us.

"Fine." They all said. 'Can I hear the excitement in their voices?' I asked myself.

"Ok team. We have to pull the weeds in ino's families flower bed." I said.

"Ok." They all said. They followed me to the back of ino's family flower store where the flower bed is at.

"This is going to be easy! Believe it." Naruto said.

"Yeah this is easy." Said saskue.

"I agree with you." I said. They all gave me this shocked look. 'What I don't always stay quiet.'

"Did you just say something?" Sakura asked me.

"Yeah. I can talk but I don't because I normally get glared at by you guys. Well except for saskue." I said while pulling weeds out. "Well aren't you guys going to help me?" I asked them.

"Sure. Believe it. We will have this done in no time." Naruto said.

"Yeah this is easy." Sakura said while she started to pull weeds. I started to sing a little song to make the time go by faster and to make pulling weeds a more fun job.

"You have a nice voice believe it." Naruto said to me.

"Yeah! I agree with Naruto on that." Sakura said. "What about you saskue?"

"She has a nice voice." He said while still pulling weeds.

"Thanks." I said and blushed alittle. Sakura sent me a death glare not because she hates me it's because saskue made me blush.

"Wow! Kamiko! Are you blushing?" Naruto asked me.

"No I am not its just hot in here." They all just sweatdropped at that and contented to work. Once we where done we went onto dog walking. Once we where done with the missions we headed to the hokage's office.

"Evening hokage." I said with my team behind me. "I am hear to give you the report for team 7." I said.

"Very good. You all may leave." He said.

"Hey everyone who want to go out and eat something as a team since we just finished our first day of boring missions?" I asked them.

"Sure!" They all said. 'This is looking up. I think we are becoming friends.' I thought to myself all the way to some restaurant.

"Hey kamiko!" They all shouted in my ear.

"What?" I asked.

"You where day dreaming all the way there." They all said and laughed.

"Oh. Oops." I said and started to laugh with them. Once we stopped laughing we ordered some ramen.

"Hey kamiko. Your a nice person. Why don't you talk more?" They all asked.

"Umm because I am scared of people." I admitted. Their faces held sadness. "But it wasn't because of you guys." I said to reassure them. They then looked satisfied so they decided to eat their romen.

"Thanks kamiko! Believe it." Naruto said.

"Yeah. That was great. We should do this with Kakashi." Sakura said.

"You know what even better than that?" I asked them. "It's having him pay for our food." I said. They started to nod their heads in agreement with me.

The 2 weeks went by in a flash. Me and Sakura got close while me and Naruto where almost best friends. Saskue has warmed up enough to comment in our conversation once in a while. It has been a really fun 2 weeks. I am glad that Kakashi left me in charge. But wasn't really in charge because all I did was turn in the reports and get the missions. 'Being leader isn't so hard.' I thought to myself.

"Awww kakashi comes back tomorrow doesn't he?" Naruto asked me over ramen. After a day's work we all went to get ramen.

"Yeah. He does." I said while getting up to leave. "Bye you guys I am headed out." I said with a smile on my face.

"Bye" they all said.

I walked home in a good mood for once.
