Someone's Jealous

I woke up feeling refreshed. I sat up and looked at the girls I shared my dorm with, remembering we never properly introduced ourselves. I said, "Good morning. We never spoke, I'm y/n y/l/n." The two looked at me and smiled. "Morning, I'm Angelina Johnson and this is-" She got cut off by the other girl, "Alicia Spinnet." she reached her hand out and I gladly shook it.

Since it was a Saturday I decided to get ready and go outside for some quiet time. I got outside and walked over to the Black Lake and sat down leaning against a tree. I was just staring at the water when I heard a stick crack on my right. I jumped and jerked my head towards the sound. It was Fred and George.. and someone else? I looked at the twins then at the other boy. The boy came up to me and very cheerfully said, "I'm Lee Jordan! You must be y/n." I nodded with a smile and continued reading. George said, "Guess she's too busy to hang out with us." I rolled my eyes and closed my book and grabbed Lee's arm and pulled him to the side. "I wanna push them in the water, you do George, I'll do Fred." I said. He agreed and we started running towards them and shoved them in the water.

They both came up from the water and George glared at both of us and Fred gave me a smug smirk. They got out of the water and George tried to push Lee in the water as well but failed because Lee already knew what he was going to do unlike how Lee and I did it when they weren't paying attention. Fred started walking towards me and I took a step back. He picked up his pace and started running, my eyes widened and I turned around to try to run away from him. I only got a few feet away from him when he caught up to me and tackled me to the ground. He was on top of me so I couldn't stop the blush from coming onto my face. Fred looked back at George and Lee and yelled, "She's blushing!" They both smirked. I tried to push him off so I could hide my face but I couldn't. He got up and picked me up and said, "I think you wanna go for a swim." "NO, Fred put me down." I begged. I gripped onto him and he pretended he was going to throw me in but he didn't and gently put me down on the grass. I was relieved but confused at the same time.

It was now time for dinner so we all started heading to the Great Hall. We walked over to the Gryffindor table and sat down. Angelina glared at me but she tried to pull it off and smiled at me. I tried to ignore the glare and smiled back. "Why are you two wet?" Angelina asked the twins. "Ask them." They both said in unison while pointing at me and Lee. "We pushed them in the lake." I said while laughing slightly. Angelina also laughed but it sounded so fake, confirming I was right that it was fake she rolled her eyes at me. I was confused on what I did but I continued eating sorta fast. I was one of the first people to leave the table. As I was walking back to the common room I saw the Slytherin girl again picking on someone. I tried to speed up to get back to the common room without being seen, not because I'm afraid but because I'm too tired to deal with her right now. But just my luck she saw me her goons stayed with the girl and she walked over to me and stopped right in front of me.

"What do you want now?" I asked. She had a smirk on her face, "Well that's not a very nice way to greet your superiors." I chuckled and tried to continue walking but she put her arm in front of me to make me stop. "You're not going anywhere mudblood." She said annoyed. She pushed me to the ground and was about to say a spell when Alicia yelled out at her, following her was Angelina, the twins and Lee. She whipped her head to see them all walking towards me and she grabbed my arm very tightly and definitely leaving a mark and pulled me closer to her to whisper, "Just wait till your little friends aren't around to protect you mudblood." And shoved me into the wall while she walked back to her goons.

"Are you alright y/n?" Alicia asked. I could hear the worry in her voice. "I'm fine, thank you." I said quietly.  She said, "Good, let's head back." We were all walking back to the common room but I was trailing behind them all. Fred noticed and slowed down as well, when he was right next to me he put his arm around my shoulders. Angelina watched Fred do this so she scoffed. I just looked down at the floor when I saw her do this which only made Fred pull me closer. He turned his head to look at me then asked, "What did she say to you before she left?" I looked at him slowly and quietly told him. He stopped and grabbed my arm gently which made me stop too. I looked up at him confused. He didn't say anything he just hugged me. I melted into his arms and he gently stroked my hair.

When we slowly pulled away from the hug we looked each other in the eyes and smiled then continued walking back to the common room. Everyone else was already there except Angelina who was hiding behind a wall just watching us. She got jealous of what she just saw so she made it her plan to try to take Fred away from me. We got back to the common room then headed to our dorms and went straight to bed.
