He Was There (A Logicality Story) *completed*

Part 34

3rd Person's POV:

Everybody had gotten ready for the day. Emile and Patton had matching dresses that were Disney related on because they thought it would be cute and the rest had regular clothes on that were still Disney related.

They were in Disneyland and were walking around happily. It was 1:48 PM and it was full of joys.

They went on rides, ate so many snacks, bought souvenirs, took photos with people dressed up as Disney characters. They even got a video of Patton singing part of the song 'a whole new world' with Aladin.

Near 3ish, Logan had gone over to some workers. Patton hadn't noticed since he was too busy talking to the group.

Once Logan came back, he had a microphone and the group moved away from Patton

Roman was recording now with his phone and Remy had a camera out.

Logan looked around him. "Hello? May I have everybody's attention, please?" People stopped what they were doing and looked over at a clueless Patton and Logan.

Logan had a smile as he took one of Patton's hands. He spoke into the microphone.

"I've known this man for over two years now. His name is Patton Hart. He is so incredible, smart, handsome, and the most caring person in this world. He has chosen to do things that would hurt or stress him to help somebody else. And this man has gone through hell and back, yet he remains the same, strong, and loving person I have ever and will ever meet. And this is why im here today. I'm here for this man. "

Patton had a smile on his face as he looked up at his boyfriend holding his hand tightly.

"But today is going to mark something different, for the both of us, my love. Because I have an important question for you. This is only for you to answer."

Virgil had taken the microphone as Logan knelt down on one knee, slowly letting go on Patton's hand.

Patton covered his mouth, tears filling his eyes as he smiled.

"Patton, I promised you from the start that I would be here, with you, forever. And today is the proof because Patton"

He grabbed a box from his pant pocket and opened it, showing a beautiful diamond ring.

"Because today I ask.. Will you marry me?"

Patton had covered his whole face and nodded. There was cheering and applauds in the background.

Logan stood up, took Patton's ring finger, and put the engagement ring on. They two hugged each other.

Patton had his arms around Logan's waist, and Logan had one arm around his fiancee and his other hand was in Patton's hair.

They pulled away, their faces close together. "I'm going to protect you, now and forever. Patton Sanders."

They had agreed that Patton wanted to change his last name when they've talked about marriage in the past.

Hearing this made tears fall down Patton's face, this was real. It was real and it was happening.

Logan put his hand on Patton's cheek, wiping the tears as he pulled him in for a lasting and loving kiss.

His life had just started, yet it already felt so complete. He truly was the luckiest man in the world to have Patton.

Once they moved from the kiss, their foreheads were together. "I love you so much, Logie" Patton had whispered, earning a kiss on the nose.

From there, everything went uphill.

There were the small bickerings, the emotional days, the lonely, and the happy days.

But it was perfect.

They had their wedding day June 15, 2022.

They adopted twins, a girl and a boy, on April 9, 2023.

They rescued a tiny baby kitten from it being stuck in a dumpster because people are cruel week after the kids were adopted.

They traveled more, tried new food, new hobbies, everything!

And that was it. They were happy and they got their happy ending. The one they deserved. After all that bad.
