At Kepner-Avery household
"Thank you for putting all of these together," April says to Arizona and Jo. "Well, Sammy was a big help" Jo shared, "So, you guys are really going huh?" Jo asked. April nods, "We're always gonna visit. "Until you don't" Arizona interjects, "Harper and Joey need to meet you know" April laughs, "I'm gonna miss you, Kepner" Jo says, "Oh, Don't cry" April says, "Kepner, I can't believe you're leaving and we just came back" Amelia says coming from behind,carrying Baby Derek "I know. We're gonna visit, though" April says, "Hi, little one" April greeted him playfully. Baby Derek laughs, "Oh my Goodness, he's cute" April says. Link and Jackson join the party, "Congrats, Link" April says, "Thank you. Sooo..Boston" Link says, looking at Jackson, "Our finest plastic surgeon and chief of trauma are going" Link added, "We're not really away" Jackson says, "The Grey-Sloan is still part the foundation" Jacskon informs, "Oh! stop with the foundation thing, Avery" Bailey snaps, "Hormonal" Warren mouths, pointing Bailey's tummy. Everyone smiles.
The next day
The Kepner-Avery family are inside the private plane.
"We should've taken the regular flight" April says, "Mom insisted" Jackson says, smiling "Oh! Catherine" April exclaims, "I bet she's excited" April says to Jackson, "She is..She's excited to retire" Jackson says as a matter of factly, April laughs.
There is a long pause. April looked out the window, Jackson squeezed April's hand. April turns her head and looks at Jackson, smiling. "Thank you, honey" Jackson says, "Hmm?" April asked, "For doing this, I know it's a big step for you to move to Boston" Jackson says, "It is a big step, but it is not a bad one" April says, "plus, it's another chapter in our life" April says, smiling.
"Look how far we've come" Jackson says looking afar, "We're just getting started" April says, "I will always be with you and I can do it all again as long as I am with you" Jackson says and kisses April on the lips passionately.
