Nikolai POV

As soon as the front door closed, I broke. My heart shattered as I sobbed and fell to the shower floor. I hid my face with my knees which were pulled to my chest. The water of the shower soaked me as well as my tears which seemed to be never ending. When will this pain end?

I don't know how long I was there for when I heard the bathroom door open. Hayley and Spencer came in but stopped their conversation when they saw me. Spencer picked me up getting his T-shirt wet while Hayley turned off the water. Being in my friends arms made me cry even more because I'll have to tell them and relive the moment.

"Nicky what happened? Why were you in the shower alone?" Hayley asked while wrapping me in a large towel then my covers. Both of my friends sat down and looked at me with sympathy.

"Flynn came." I managed to get out through my sobs. "He told me there was no fiancé and Lyla lied to him."

"Flynn was here? With you alone? Nicky why didn't you call straight after?" She sighed while rubbing my back.

I stayed silent not wanting to talk about it anymore. My mind going back to the way he held me in his arms as his warmth surrounded my body. All that was on my mind was Flynn holding me again and his soft lips on mine for the last time. Just thinking of that made me break down even more.

"Nicky." Spencer started.

"I want to be alone." I cried. Hayley and Spencer hesitated but left me alone nonetheless. As soon as my bedroom door shut I let it all out. Every single tear, every single sob, every single piece of hurt him and Lyla made me go through. I cried and cried until I couldn't anymore.

Two hours later, I had tear stained cheeks that were slowly drying, red and puffy eyes with snot blocking my nose making it hard to breath. Every couple seconds sniffling then breathing out of my mouth again.

A knock came at my door making my heart skip thinking back to six hours before when Flynn walked in. I wanted Flynn back but how can you forgive someone that lied to you. Like cheating, once a liar always a liar. If someone does it once and get away with it, then they'll just do it again. Feed you lies that they'll change because they love you, but they know you're easily manipulated.

I love Flynn, he'll always have a special place in my heart, but he hurt me. He went with Lyla and didn't tell me about it which only hurt me even more. If he told me about Lyla then I would've told him the truth, the real story of why we broke up. But here I was in my bed feeling worthless.

The knock sounded again so I called out with my croaky voice, come in. My door opened to reveal Darren and my dad. Both had sympathy in their eyes and soft smiles.

"We're going out for lunch, do you want to come? It might do you some good to get out of the house." My dad sat next to me on my bed and ran his fingers through my hair.

"No. I don't want to go." I sniffled. My hands shook from not eating in three days and food did sound kind of good, especially going out.

"Knew you'd say that." My dad smirked a little obviously reading my mind making me crack a smile a little. "Come on baby boy, I'll pick up some clothes, get dressed then we'll go."

"Where are we going?" I asked looking at him.

A wider smirk plastered my dads face as he looked down at my covered form. "Spoons." Was all he said before grabbing me some jeans, a T-shirt, boxers and socks. Once he placed the clothes on my bed, he got Darren and walked out of my room closing the door behind him.

A small smile formed knowing that my dad knows I can't say no to spoons. Ok, so it's not actually called spoons but it's what a lot of people call it here in England. It's basically a pub where food is served and people can go for a night out and have some drinks. Brits you know what I'm talking about.

With a small sigh, I got out of the comfort of my bed and went to my bathroom. I blew my nose a good couple times and flushed the tissue before doing my business. After that, I washed my hands and looked in the mirror to see red and puffy eyes with tear stained cheeks. I looked cold water in my hands and splashed my face a couple of times to reduce the redness.

Once I was done, I removed the towel from around my waist that Hayley had put on me earlier. The towel dropped to my floor and I started putting on my clothes then some deodorant because I didn't really shower properly. I'll do that when I get home, I only sat in the damn water for god knows how long.

When I slipped on my socks, I grabbed my towel and left my bedroom and downstairs where my dad and Darren sat in the living room on their phones. I went into the kitchen to put my towel in the laundry basket then got myself a drink. Once I was done, I got my shoes from the staircase and went into the living where my dad and Darren looked at me.

"Where is everyone?" I asked while putting on my shoes.

"Hayley and Spencer had to go home, Carl and Julia are in their room, Lexi and Brandon are at Jacobs visiting and Hannah is in a meeting." Darren replied.

"Ok, I'll call or message Hayley and Spencer later then." I nodded. "Ready?" I looked at my guardians and stood up being ready to leave.

"Whenever you are." They smiled softly at me. I nodded and we all left the house after grabbing our jackets. Being November, it's getting colder so we need jackets but since we're demons a coat as well as jacket isn't needed unlike humans.

Soon enough, we got to the pub which is my favourite place ever. Only to see my family sat around a table and cheering when they saw me. My cheeks heated up and a smile came on to my face with a small laugh.

"He's finally out." Carl yelled making everyone laugh. What would I do without these people huh?
