The team was on their way to interview the people on the electronic list they had found on Wally's computer, and Spencer, Ada, and Dante were heading to the hotel, since dogs weren't often allowed in bookstores. Spencer was asking her thoughts on the profile, and Ada answered readily.

"Wally would be in his early thirties by now, breaking the norms of serial arsonists. Is it possible that the fire was simply a forensic countermeasure?" Spencer shook his head shortly.

"Remember, the women have been killed using the fire, but he doesn't seem to be sticking around. He's probably a sadist, but he doesn't want to see the harm in the women. He may believe that he has a connection with the women," Spencer said.

"I know that it wasn't in the profile, but what about a partner? You talked about how there are traces of sadism some places, but not others, but that doesn't conform with the profile of a sadist. It would essentially be dripping out of him, in his work environment, and at home, he shouldn't be organized. What if there was a more controlled partner?" Ada examined. Spencer bobbed his head eagerly.

"It would make sense. One who commits the murder and relishes in it, and the other who controls him and picks up the crime scene. What if... Hmmm." Ada stared at him quizzically waiting for him to continue.

"The average ambulance response time in this type of middle-class neighborhood would be 8 to 15 minutes, but EMT's responded in 4. That's not enough time to mess with the crime scene, or perform any functional forensic counter measure. The same applies for the other murders. I think that our functional unsub is an EMT," Spencer explained. Ada's eyes widened.

"The unsub could've been the one fixing my arm," Ada breathed out in disbelief. Spencer looked over to her and nodded in acknowledgement.

"I have to call Garcia and let her know, as well as Hotch," Spencer said. Ada looked over to Reid, who was obviously an inexperienced driver. His left pinky continually twitched when he had to move his hand on the wheel, and he was quick to break. He was obviously nervous about using his phone while driving.

"Do you want me to dial them?" Ada questions.

"Yes please," Spencer says, eagerly handing her the flip phone. Ada's eyes widened when she saw it. It looked like a Razr.

"Is this connected to Bluetooth? Does it have Bluetooth?" Ada teased. Spencer looked over to her, his lips pursed and his eyes slits.

"Ha. It actually does have Bluetooth, I just don't know how to connect it," Spencer rebutted, but completely missed the point. Ada cackled.

"You realize you just mocked yourself, so now I don't have to," Ada teased. Spencer cracked an awkward smile.

"You weren't even alive when these were popular. Here, so you have to flip it open and then at the bottom there's the call button," Spencer explained. Ada did so, and picked the Garcia Icon first, since it was at the top. It rang for barely a second on speakerphone before Garcia picked up.

"Hello and welcome to Garcia the Oracle's lair of secrets and wisdom, what can I do you for?" Ada smiled for a moment feeling almost bliss. She's helping solve her parents' murder and they have a solid lead. She felt hope cover her family sized hole in thin veil. It could tear at any moment, but simply feeling hope during this time is sensational.

"Garcia, we think there may be a partner. Look for EMT's who were at the scene of the crime for all four murders, and who have exemplary records," Spencer asked.
