Alexandra's POV

   "Laf, I swear to god if you harass her I will fucking kill you." I heard John say as I got in the voice chat. I giggled a bit and smiled. 
   "If you harass me I'll break your nico-nico-knee caps." I grinned, I heard John snort and Hercules roared with laughter. "Hercules, I have a question."
   "Shoot."
   "Why is your discord 'HorseFucker'?"
   "Uhhhhhhh...It's a joke. I promise."
   "He kept quoting that TikTok about the giant horse cock so yeah. I changed his nickname and took away his perms." John hummed proudly, I giggled and fixed my mic. 
   "TikTok?"
   "You don't know what TikTok is!" Laf gasped, he got server deafened immediately and Hercules did too. 
   "Do you have a phone?"
   "I have a flip phone."
   "Ah. TikTok is an app for IOS and Android phones. People make little one minute videos. Some of them are dances and others are comedy and stuff like that. There's also cosplayers and small businesses."
   "That sounds like fun." 
   "Yeah, I spend like five hours a day on it."
   "I don't think that's healthy."
   "It's definitely not." John chuckled, he undeafened Laf and Herc and I smiled lightly. 
   "What the fuck, John. Why does she get special treatment? Is it cause she's a girl?" Laf grumbled.
   "No. It's cause you're a dick." I snorted and muted myself. I've never really had friends but this was nice. I listened the Laf and John bicker and smiled. I have friends.
   "Alexis!" Laf and John called at the same time.
   "What?"
   "Which is better Minecraft or Fortnite?" Laf asked.
   "Uh...Minecraft."
   "HA!" John yelled triumphantly. "A woman of culture, I see." I blushed and giggled. 
   "A man of culture, I see." 
   "Aw. How cute." Laf monotoned.
   "Shut up!" John groaned, I laughed and shifted my laptop on my lap. We talked for about an hour before John inexplicably had to leave.
   "Hey, Alexis. What's your sexuality?" Laf asked.
   "Uh...This is weird. I'm gonna go." I left the voice chat and sighed. James, my brother, entered the room and frowned. 
   "What's wrong?" 
   "What? Nothing." I frowned, James raised an eyebrow and I rolled my eyes. 
   "Did those guys say something to you?" 
   "No. They haven't said anything and they don't know." I huffed, I am transgender. Male to female. I'm definitely not okay with it. People on Nevis are assholes and purposely dead name and misgender me. I almost didn't tell Jamie because I was afraid of what he'd say. He was very good about it and supportive. He's sweet. That was a year ago. Sometimes he still slips up but I don't care. He's my brother and I love him and I know he doesn't mean it. 
   "Alright. What do you want for dinner?" 
   "I don't care." I mumbled, James nodded and went to get dinner. Lafayette is kind of a dick.

   "He asked you what?" John growled slightly.
   "Relax. Why do you care so much? You don't even know me. I can handle myself." 
   "I care because you're my friend now and I don't want you to leave the server because I like playing with you. It's fun. I know you can handle yourself, it's Laf that can't handle himself." He sighed and his tone got softer. "I wish I could know you Alexis. You're a fun person and I don't really have any friends. Laf and Herc are jerks and I really like playing with you."
   "My favorite color is green. My favorite movie is Avatar, the one with the blue people. My favorite song is...E-GIRLS ARE RUINING MY LIFE by Corpse Husband. Don't judge me. My favorite food is TBD." I hummed.
   "What?" John chuckled a bit.
   "You said you wanted to know me. Now you do." I smiled, John chuckled and sighed. 
   "My favorite color is blue. My favorite movie is...TBD. My favorite song is White-Tee by Corpse Husband."
   "A man of culture!" I grinned.
   "Yes. My favorite food is french fries." He hummed.
   "Most of the food here sucks. Jamie's a good cook though."
   "Who's Jamie?" 
   "My brother, James. He's two years older than me." 
   "How old are you?"
   "I turned seventeen seven months ago." 
   "I turned eighteen nine months ago." John chuckled. "Hey, can we video call. I really wanna talk to you face to face." 
   "Um...sure." 
   "Awesome." John turned it into a video call and I held in a breath as the screen lit up. I blushed bright red and smiled. John was fucking hot. His ocean eyes complimented his pale skin and his blonde hair was long on top but shaven on the sides. He had a black lip ring and his ears were pierced too. He grinned when he saw me and sat back in his gamer chair. "Wow...You are very pretty." I blushed harder and smiled lightly. 
   "Thanks." I smiled. "You're very handsome." John chuckled dryly and sat forward. 
   "Yeah, right." He sighed.
   "Hey! No! Shut up! Who's making you doubt it!" I gasped, pointing at him.
   "Like everyone in my life. Except my mom." He sighed.
   "Aw. Well, you're very handsome." John blushed lightly and I smiled. 
   "Thanks, Alexis." He smiled, he grabbed his controller and toyed with the joystick. "So...Are you trying to go to college in America?"
   "Um...Yeah. We've been thinking about moving there for awhile now. If we do James wants to try to send me to college. Yeah..."
   "That's cool." John smiled. "My dad's making me go to college in New York." He sighed. "To follow in his stupid footprints." 
   "I'm sorry." I sighed.
   "Eh, it's fine. Art won't get me anywhere in life. What are you gonna study?" 
  "I think I wanna be a writer. I've written a couple poems and they've gotten published in the local newspaper."
   "Ooh. That's fun." John smiled. "I hope y'all move here. If you want a recommendation for a college King's has a great creative writing program. It also may or may not be the college I'm going to but that part's irrelevant." He chuckled.
   "Well...King's is first on my list then." I giggled, we talked for about two more hours before James brought dinner and I had to go. We said our goodbyes and John promised to call me tomorrow. With that I hung up and went to eat dinner.
