Time went on and I knew I had to speak with both Peter and Caspian and so I did, I first went to Caspian as he sat on the top of the Howe. I sat down quietly next to him and looked at the scenery.

"I told you I wasn't ready," Caspian whispered.

"Neither is Susan, Edmund, Lucy, Peter or myself," I stated. "You have to understand that I don't make these decisions. But Aslan sees, hears, and smells everything, he does this through my magical connection with Narnia, with his connection to me. He and I are more connected than anyone believes, I have had many days where I wished I could live with Aslan, have him be my father," I whispered. "I don't make these decision at least not yet, but Aslan decides if you are ready or not," I said with a soft smile. "Don't think what I say is truth," I said.

"You knew what to do all these times, we didn't listen, how can I be good enough if I can't even listen to you," Caspian muttered. I sighed before biting my lip.

"You can do anything if you put your mind, heart and soul to it," I whispered, Caspian looked up to stare into my eyes as I placed a hand on his cheek. "Not every decision is made on its own, it's made with everyone together. We can win this if we work together, not apart. I worked with my troops, I let them speak I let them have their say in what we should do, they never doubted my battle plans because they knew I would ask them to help me, all plans need to be made with everyone. Everyone needs to have a say." I smiled one last time before leaving Caspian going to find Peter next. I walk into the room where the stone table sits, Peter looking at the carving of Aslan. I sigh and walk up to him, sitting beside him.

"You and Lucy are lucky, you know." Peter whispered.

"How so?" I questioned.

"To have seen him. I wish he'd just give me proof." Peter whispered as he looked over to me.

"Maybe we're the ones who need to prove ourselves to him." I whispered. Finally after some time Peter cracked.

"I'm sorry for being so horrible to you, I've been an arrogant prick and I wasn't being the brother you needed, I failed you, Crescent if I could go back I would change everything I said to you, everything I felt, everything." Peter sobbed his face red and streaked with tears.

"Peter, you can't always be here for us, there will be a time when we don't need each other every day, I was never going to tell any of you what had happened." I whispered as I looked back to the carving. "Aslan felt my pain, and that day when I was in the hospital because you all thought I had caught a terrible illness, it was Aslan who put me into that sleep, so I wouldn't die from all the deaths, Edmund found out when he saw me gasping for breath and sobbing about Mister Tumnus, so I had to tell him everything, about how I watched and felt them all die Peter, I blame myself every day, because it is my fault," I whispered, my face devoid of any emotion.

"Aslan told me it was never my fault, he said I was too connected with Narnia that the deep magic decided I would be its host of sorts, Narnia was in pain, and I had to feel it." I whispered, before looking at him. "I waited for you to finally let your anger out on me, and it made you and myself feel better, because I hated having to see you seething about this, you had to learn to become less of an ass," I whispered softly laughing as Peter smiled at hearing my words. Leaning forward I hugged Peter tightly as he sobbed into my shoulder. Edmund soon approached us, and I saw him smiling softly. "I will always forgive you Peter and I knew you needed time, we just had to wait," I whispered.

"Pete, Crescent, you'd better come quickly." Edmund stated from behind us, Peter nodded and cleaned his face the best he could before I waved my hand over his face and any evidence of him crying gone. We run outside and see the Telmarine army approaching. Miraz, in full armour, rides to the front. We all look to each other and nod going inside to discuss battle plans. In the Stone Table room, we start making plans.

"Cakes and kettledrums! That's your next big plan? Sending a little girl alone into the darkest parts of the forest alone?" Trumpkin questions worried for my sister.

"It's our only chance." Peter states.

"And she won't be alone." I said standing next to Lucy, as Susan walks up next to me and nods.

Trumpkin sighed before speaking again. "Haven't enough of us died already?"

Trufflehunter placed a hand on his friends shoulder and sighed sadly. "Nikabrik was my friend too, but he lost hope. Queen Lucy and Queen Crescent hasn't. And neither have I." His eyes filled with hope.

"For Aslan." Reepicheep said holding his sword in the air.

Bulgy Bear cried after as well everyone turning to look at him. "I'm going with you." Trumpkin said looking to Lucy as I smiled.

"No, we need you here." Lucy said as Peter nodded.

"We have to hold them off until Lucy, Crescent and Susan get back." Peter said to Trumpkin.

"If I may..." Caspian speaks up and steps forward. "Miraz may be a tyrant and a murderer. But as king, he is subject to the traditions and expectations of his people. There is one that may buy us some time." I smiled as I saw Peter nod accepting what Caspian has to say.

I was walking with Caspian as Susan and Lucy got another horse ready, for Susan to ride. I smiled as I walked over to Lucy.

"Destier has always served me well. You are in good hands." Caspian stated as he helped me up and then Lucy, who sat in front of myself.

"Or hooves." Lucy giggled.

Caspian smiles. Then he looks up at me. I smile softly. "Good luck." He whispers.

I pace my hand on his cheek and whisper my thanks and wish him luck as well. He begins to pull out Susan's horn and holds it out to me. "Maybe it is time Susan had this back." He said.

"Why don't you hold onto it? You might need to call me again." I said cheekily, as we all ride off. Caspian watching us go.

"'You might need to call me again'?" Lucy scoffs as she and Susan give me these looks. I roll my eyes at the pair as they giggle.

"Oh, shut up."
