Zee lied facing the ceiling. She had sort of like a room of her own at Austins. He had a half sister.
Who knew.
But it makes sense. Mr W was a cool guy, of cause he loved somebody else before the merger marriage he had.
But Austins mom had been cool.
She wasnt a bad person at all,  and they had been a happy couple.
Kai is older than the twins by 5 months..
She's big if thats the proper word. That is from her point of view.
She's not cute but definitely a dangerous kind of sexy.
Whatever she's not her type and She'll just join Alyce on the no touch list.

Will it be too much? Can i ask her? Wont i be pushing it?  Hell how do i do this?  Rissa you should be here helping me!
Richard was going insane like all his marbles just shaking and bouncing all over the place. His feet had their own destinations, he had no idea where he was going and in his own house.

"You'll wear it the carpet Dad. What are you thinking about?"
"Oh hey Aly. My mind is a mess honey. I dont know what to do,  you know."
"Sit down lets talk about this. Do you want her to be part of the family?"
"Yeah i realy do. I just dont know how to do it you know. Seems dumb doesnt it. I'm asking you things you should be asking me."
"Its not dumb dad. You need somebody to talk to as well. It can be me or you can call Uncle Dan and deal with his lectures first or Grandpa."
Richard watched his daughter whom was the eldest daughter till today. She was laughing softly probably at the thought of his father.
He had another granddaughter now who was most likely to be like him.
"I think I'll stay with you right now. So how do i do this?"
"Dad you literally have 3 kids who are all teenagers so 1 more should be a piece of cake."
"I love you Aly but we both know Kai is different somehow. Not because of the circumstances but she is different somehow."
"Yeah. Just one day at time but you did miss 18 years of her life. So dont rush her."
"Okay. She's going to NYU by the way. So you'll be together."
"Yesss. That wouldd be awesome we could be like triplets. Now lets go rescue Kai before kim drives ger insane.

"I hate zucchini and kiwi."
"Ditto its nasty. Do you have a girlfriend Kai?"
Zee was passing by e room. Her own feet had plans. They stopped just outside the door and stood there, ear perked up like a dog hanging on the conversation inside...
"I dont have a girlfriend and before you ask why i just find myself waiting for someone. I used to date but it never worked so I'd rather wait for her. What about you?"
"No girlfriend or boyfriend. But there's this girl at school who's so cute but she's Dating some guy."
Kim is bi, hmmm who knew..
"Well if she has feelings for you too it will sort itself out somehow. Just be nice to her and make her smile nomatter what."
"Thanks. You know Austin or Alyce would be teasing me non stop by now. You are easier to talk to."
"Dont worry. I wont say a word to anybody. Now who cooks around here. Im starving."
the young lady exploded in laughter. "You sound like dad. Oh my God. Come on. "

Lets say fate can be embarrassing in her dealings.
Yes i got caught.
Zee didnt move fast enough. She ended up (Again!!!) bumping into Kai because of her panic to run.
It didnt feel like a brick wall this time but her eyes, like melting steel.
Zee could feel some of the muscles in Kai's body. Anddd including her pelvis which because of her shorter stature was flush against her abdomen.
She felt different somehow. She couldnt pin it.

Kai saw the curiosity and confusion on Zee's face. She was trying to figure out somethi-
Kai pushed off a little too rough than she intended.
"Oww!"
"Shit I'm sorry. I'm sorry Zee. I'm sorry. Are you hurt?"
If it didnt look so comical Zee would have milked it out a lot longer. But hey being patted down by a damn giant goddess was waking up things.
"I'm fine. I'm fine."
Anymore of this and they might just make out right there in front of her. Hormones.
"Come on you clumsy fools. We were going to find food Zee wanna join?"
"Let me go find Aus-"
"I'm here. I heard the word food."
"I thought i liked to eat."
"Kai you have no idea. Follow me kids."

Kim didnt wait for a reply. walking to the dinning room, table was already set and the food was being brought in by Getty. She did the cooking and cleaning that they didn't get to doing and probably was the law enforcer when it came to chores and cleaning.
"Getty!  We have a special guest okay. Come on youuu. Getty this is Kai."
Getty had been working for the  Williams before Richard was married. She was a very young woman then.
She looked at the special guest. A sibling. Definitely older than the twins but not a full adult yet.
"Well nice to meet you Kai"
No need to be questioning things. Richard will explain. He always did. He treated her like his aunt or friend if you will.

Everyone showed up for dinner.
Richard looked around at his table.
His first born Kai then the twins then Zee and his princess Kim. He felt blessed watching them laugh and tease each other back and forth.
Kai seemed to fit in easy and Kim was already immensely attached and fighting with Austin on who's team Kai gets to be on.

Kai felt at home. She loved her mom and being with her. But this was different. She felt complete. But a part of her said the piece had been found but it wasnt yet fitted in.
Somehow her eye ended up on Zee.

Zee felt the stare. It was new and exhilarating. The cells in her body just came to life of their own volition. Thank God no one could smell her pheromones because right now they were on a rampage.
Just a look made her feel like she's on fire.
She chanced it and looked up then connected with molten steel.
For the first time, Zee blushed crimson from a girls look.

Austin watched at his end of the table. He smiled inwardly and danced in his mind. Then being the f*cker he is, he kicked Zee under the table.
Her look was priceless.
He was rewarded more by watching his new sister throw back her head and emitting this deep laugh that was so full of mirth that her eyes crinkled at the corners and her breathe wheezed.

Zee wanted to strangle Austin but hearing Kai laugh like that shut down everything else around her and just left her.
Her eyes gleamed silver and the light in the room seemed to come to life and dance for her lighting them up like stars at midnight.
