Richard Senior tapped his staff on the floor. "Here here. It is settled then. Change that last name to Williams will you. Family dinner this weekend."
"I have plans then."
"Reschedule."
"You dont reschedule a date with a smart and beautiful woman."
"Very well. Next weekend then. Bring my little tulip on time will you. And its grandpa to you not Mr Williams."
Kai inclined her head to her grandfather as he walked out.
Richard was floored. Nobody other than his late mother had been able to handle his father so well.
"Who's the little tulip?"
"Ummm he means Kim. She's almost always late if you leave her to her own devices."
"Sounds like kim. I'll leave my truck at home tomorrow and get my bike. Need it this weekend."
"Okay. We are gonna hang out again right."
"Definitely. Bye."
He watched her leave and almost screamed with happiness, she had called it home. His child was home. He closed her medical file and put it in the file cabinet.

Friday evening when Kai walked into the house the siblings were on her like bees on honey.
"Dude granpa showed up at dads office and you didn't tell us."
"Did you guys get along?"
"Was he mad or what? Tell us!!"
"I would if you would let me talk."
"Okay we are quiet. Talk!"
"Really tulip."
"He told you that name!"
"Yes he did. We just talked nothing much. We have a family dinner next weekend."
"Told you she wouldn't give us much detail. Lets ask dad."
Kai shook her head as she watched her siblings argue amongst themselves.
The room she had claimed as hers was untouched.
She collected her bike keys and attached her house and locker keys, gloves, leather bag and two helmets.
She doubted she'd need it but she took it anyways, her studded metal fistcuffs.
Violence was never her forte but man brought it to her.

The weekend arrived quickly much to Zoe's dismay and excitement.

The last one was never responded to. Zoe flopped on the bed. Jeans and boots. Where could they be going?. Zoe didn't have an answer but she was gonna make sure she looked good enough to eat. Cant blame a girl for being horny.
She called Aly for reinforcements.
"Aly, could you-"
"Already on my way there."
"Thanks"
Waiting for Aly, she shaved every nook amd crany even in between the booty. For what reason she didn't know what Kai liked.
That thought made her halt, would she have to change herself for her or be more feminine but she asked her out seeing that she's  pretty much a tomboy.
Aly arrived before she was done. Her mind was playing tricks on her. Seeing flaws that weren't there and reminding her how ugly her scars looked.

"Zoe are you good?"
"Yeah i just dont know if i should go out with her."
"Well she asked you out and do you wanna stand her up like that?"
"She can ask somebody else. Lots of girls look at her and they'd probably jump at the chance."
"But they are not you. She asked you and wants you. I think that counts for something."
"okay. Now help me look delectable. I wanna knock her socks off."
"Well she's been MIA for the past two days so we better make all that beautifulness pop. Come on. "
Her eyebrows were trimmed, lips plumped up and glistening.
They picked ripped grey jeans with black boots and a red leather jacket with a tshirt printed My Chemical Romance insignia. Her hair was braided into two dutch braids, her finger rings slipped on and her favorite body spray and cologne.
"Okay how do i look?"
"Like sex on legs. Hot!"
"Lets hope your sister thinks so too."

Kai looked the epitome of calm and collected outwardly that is. Internally she was freaking outtttt. She's been on dates before but this one must be perfect. This one must be the best date of the year because its her first with Zoe her Zolana hopefully the first of many many more dates.
She texted her that she was waiting for her outside her dorm.
Zoe walked out nervous but excited still. Kai could only stare as Zoe walked to her looking like a vision straight from a dream.
She had to swipe on her lip to make sure she wasnt drooling or something.  She was beautiful beyond words.

"Hie"
"You look stunning."
"Ha, liar."
"No you really do."
"You dont look so bad yourself Kai."
"Thanks. Here you go."
Zoe checked the black and red helmet she was holding.
"where are we going?"
"You'll see when we get there."
"Kaiiii! Tell me."
"Nope. And you look cute pouting."
Zoe turned crimson. She put on the helmet to hide her face as Kai swung her long legs over  the bike, chuckling as she did it.
Zoe climbed on behind her and held on to her midriff. She could feel the outline of abs against her palms and the heat coming from Kai.
Zoe smirked, her lips covered by the helmet. Lets see who plays dirty.
She plastered herself to Kais back and spread her fingers over her stomach.

The pressure was miniscule sorta unnoticeable but after awhile Kai could feel it. The little minx was massaging her abs through her jacket. It didnt seem like a sexual thing to do but it gave her buzz. She didnt stop her or say anything, just kept enjoying that buzzing feel Zoes touch gave her.
They turned off to a dirt road that led to huge ranch/farm.

Zoe looked around as she stepped off the bike, horses very beautiful horses.
Her eyes lit up, "are we going horse riding?"
"Yes we are. Austin said you've always wanted to go."
"yes i always wanted to. Ohhhh now I'm excited. Should have known you wouldn't take me to see a movie."
"Hmmm. Had to be something that will convince you to grace me with a second date."
"Well aren't you smooth."
Zoe was internally screaming in joy and very much gushing. Should have known Kai was a smooth operator.
A man dressed in cargo shorts, boots and a simple tshirt with the ranch logo walked up to them, "hello beautiful people what can i do for you today?"
"Hie. Kai Clement. I have a reservation for two in horse riding and a picnic."
"let me just check your name here and voila okay, what do you wanna start with? I'd recommend horse riding first then the picnic."
"What do you wanna start with?"
Zoe thought it over for a second, "lets start with the horses."
"Okay. Right this way."

They followed the attendant whose name was Harry.
He showed them to the stables where a rider would be waiting for them and he let them know they could find him after the ride so he could set up their picnic.
Harry watched the couple walk to the riders in the stable, their chemistry was almost tangible. He wished somebody would look at him like that.

Zoe loved horses but she'd never riden one before.
"So you sure you wanna have your own horse? You can ride with me you know."
"I know but I wanna do this. No sprinting till i get the hang of it."
"No problem."

The ride went well even though Zoe almost face planted. She had moved to double ride with Kai on their way back who set a gruelling pace with the stallion she sat on.
They had pictures taken as well.

The picnic managed to floor Zoe. So many finger foods, fruits and sandwiches. The best part no alcohol. A non alcoholic wine and fruit juices is what they had.
Zoe thought her cheeks will be perpetually stained pink from laughing and blushing.

Kai took as many pics with her phone as she could without being glued to it. Before they left Harry had sent her all the pictures taken during their day.
All in all a perfect date.
