There were screams erupting from every campsite in every direction. Hannah and Charlie were shooting spells in every direction to try and control the crowds. The men in masks, or Death Eaters were still dangling the Muggles in the air, but the Ministry officials as well as of-age wizards were getting closer to them.
A red stream of light barely missed Hannah's ear when the person who shot it came barreling towards them. "Sorry! Did I almost get you?" it was Bill. Hannah smiled "You just missed me. Aim for the actual bad guys next time eh?" Bill laughed "Yeah I'll try- GAH." Bill winced and fell to his knees. "Bill!" Hannah cried running towards him and using her shield to create a bubble around them. She looked and he had a massive gash on his arm. "You alright?" she asked. Bill nodded weakly. Hannah pulled off her Ireland scarf, and started wrapping it around his arm. "Han- you don't have to-" "Oh shut up Weasley." Hannah helped him up and whispered "Espisky." and his arm began to slowly heal, it would still take a while. "You good to still fight?" she asked, he nodded. "Alright let's go find Charlie." and the two set off into the crowds of people running again.
After the people in masks had dissaparated, the three returned to the tent to find Percy and Mr. Weasley. Percy had a black eye and was holding ice on it. "Where are the others?" demanded Charlie as he walked in. Fred and George walked in with Ginny. "We're right here. But we lost Harry, Ron, and Hermione." Mr. Weasley swore loudly and took off in the direction where there were lights flashing.
Hannah sat Bill down after minutes of him protesting that he was fine. "Sit the hell down and let me look at that arm." she demanded. Bill unwrapped his arm to see that it was still bleeding. "Charlie-hand me that gauze!" Hannah snapped. Charlie threw her the gauze and she pressed it on the wound. Bill winced "Sorry!" she exclaimed. "Hold that there for a few minutes." she told him. Bill grinned, "Look at you being a nurse." Hannah rolled her eyes "Oh shut up."
A few minutes later she came back over to Bill and removed the gauze, it had appeared to stop bleeding. She took out her wand. "This might hurt." She put her wand to his wound and said "Episky." The wound started to close itself and Bill groaned in pain. "Ah fuck that hurts!" "Sorry! I'm almost done." Hannah responded softly. After another few seconds, the wound had completely healed over and Hannah was smiling. "There. Feel better?" Bill nodded "Thanks a lot- oh shit Han-" he grabbed her face and turned it to the side "What?" she asked. "You have a massive gash here. Do you not feel it?" Hannah put a hand up to where he was looking and sure enough there was a massive cut with blood coming out of it. "Ah shit." she muttered, "Guess I was too busy worrying about you and Charlie."
Bill gave her a soft smile and grabbed his wand "Want me to fix it for you?" She nodded, "Yes please." "Alright. This is gonna hurt, a lot. Here, you can squeeze my hand." He held out his hand and she laughed "I think I'll be okay." Bill chuckled "Okay. Ready? Episky."
Hannah felt as though her face was burning and she yelped in pain and impulsively grabbed Bill's hand and squeezed. He finished and looked down at his hand. "Alright. Done. Told you it was gonna hurt." Hannah grinned "Yeah. Thanks. Sorry about your hand." She had squeezed extremely hard. Bill shrugged it off, "Don't worry about it."
Just then, Mr. Weasley ran in with Harry, Ron and Hermione at his heels. "Oh thank god." Hannah let out a sigh of relief and ran to give Hermione a hug. "You alright?" she asked. Hermione nodded. Ever since Hannah had met Hermione at her first visit at the Burrow, she for was like a little sister to her. She turned to Ron and Harry "You guys good?" they nodded.
"Dad- what the hell was that thing in the sky?" asked Ron after they had all calmed down a little bit. Hannah, who was sitting beside Charlie shuddered and leaned her head on his shoulder. "It was the dark mark." answered Bill. "The what?" asked Harry with a confused look on his face. "Honestly Harry- I told you! It's You-Know-Who's sign." said Hermione. "But why was everyone so scared? Voldemort's been gone for years." Harry said. Hannah tensed and her and Bill said in unison, "Don't say the name!" "Sorry." Harry muttered apologetically, "I forgot."
Mr. Weasley sighed, "When you-know-who was in power, everyone was terrified to come home and find that mark over their house. The Death Eaters would shoot it into the sky whenever they killed someone. It was terrifying. Dark dark times." Hannah tensed again and Charlie wrapped an arm around her "You okay?" he whispered. She nodded and whispered back "Yeah. I just don't like talking about this kind of stuff much." At this, Charlie cleared his throat and Mr. Weasley looked at him and got the message. "That's enough of that...let's get to bed now so we can get at least a couple of hours of sleep."
The girls went back to their tent, except for Hannah. Charlie insisted she stayed in the guy's tent on the couch, and Mr. Weasley agreed. They only got about 3 hours of sleep before Mr Weasley woke them up to start the trek back to the Burrow.
