Just as you walked inside your small house after watering the rose geraniums outside the door, you saw your husband disappear into the kitchen, he didn't see you. You slowly crept up behind him, getting ready to scare him.

"Good morning, my love." He said and turned a page in the prophet.

"You are impossible, dearest." You said and walked in front of him, snatching the newspaper from his hands. You bent down, placing a soft kiss on his lips, just as you were about to get up, he tugged you down into his lap, making you squeal slightly. "Severus!" You laughed as he hugged your body, burying his head in your hair. "Love, you know I'm in a rush, i have an early class today!" You said calmly, placing your hand on his cheek, a gesture he adored. You moved your thumb across his cheek a few times before you got up from his lap.

You walked into the kitchen and started to prepare breakfast for the two of you, humming a soft tune. As you began making the tea two arms wrapped themselves around you, landing on your slightly round stomach. You smiled as you felt a slight kick, and a gasp erupted from your husband, and the father of the child growing inside of you.

"He or she is exited to meet you, love." You smiled, wrapping your arms around his neck, swaying slightly. He smiled down at you, before pressing a kiss to your forehead.

"I think they're more exited to meet you, darling." He said and you shook your head.

"No equally exited to meet us both." You corrected and Severus smiled down at you before he nodded. You jumped slightly as the kettle began to squeak, earning a small laugh from your husband as you rushed to get it, a slight blush dusting your cheeks.

You sat down and ate your breakfast, talking about the day ahead of you. He spoke of the potions classes that was planned for him, and you spoke about your Herbology classes. Soon it was time for the two of you to leave, you grabbed everything you needed and went to Hogwarts. As you walked over the bridge towards the large entrance, you saw a familiar face.

"Ahh, good morning Y/n, Severus." Remus smiled, and bowed his head, you greeted him back with a bright face, you had known each other since the first year at Hogwarts, and now the two of you were teachers.  "Mind if i walk with you?" He asked, looking at both you and Severus, when your husband didn't reply you quickly did.

"Of course Remus." You said and he nodded, smirking slightly at the look your husband gave him. "So how have your morning been then?" You started a small but comforting conversation as you all began walking again.

"Just fine, I saw that the tentacula had started to vein." He said, referring to the rather special plant that you had in one of the greenhouses. They were very expensive and you hand grown them all from seed.

"Yes, they seem to be doing well, a few even started to move last week. That's what I have planned for class today actually, repotting and propagating a few of them." The conversation continued as all three of you walked towards the grande entrance to the historic castle, ready to start your day. Remus went to his office since he had to grab a few things for his first class, and you followed Severus down to the dungeons. "You need to accept that Remus is my friend Severus, I've known him longer than I've known you."

"I know, but you also know what he and Potter did" he grumbled.

"You know it was only James and Sirius-"

"He was still friends with them." He stopped and turned towards you. You crossed your arms over your breast and narrowed your eyes at him.

"So was I? Are you going to dislike me as well?"

"You know it's not the same thing." He said before he turned again, leaving you behind, but then he stopped and held his hand out for you to grab. You smiled slightly and went towards him, grabbing his hand. "I'm sorry."

"It's fine, I understand you find it difficult to let that go, but try, at least for me." You said as he lead you into the potions storage room. He had made a bottle of dragons dung fertiliser for you, it would help the tentacula grow quicker after the repotting. "Thank you so much my love." You said and kissed his hand softly, making him blush just the slightest. "I better be off, see you at lunch." You waved him off, walking upstairs to the warmer part of the castle, since the dungeons was under water, it was much colder.

You looked at the middle sized bottle in your hand and smiled as you read the etiquette.

For my darling and her many plants.
