Crystalline's POV (The ball) Cass and I have been very close this past 4 days, he is like a knight shining armor. He always save me to Maddy and the others, he would always talk to me about problems, he became my shoulder when I need one. I think I'm starting to like him.
I'm now preparing for the ball and I already take a bath. My make up is simple and natural. I curl my hair then I wear my gown and heels.

After that I went to my parents room, "mom, dad I'm ready!" I enter the room and saw my sister is already with them. She is wearing a pink gown and a lot of make up. Her hair is in an updo with curls framing her face.

They gasp when they saw me, "why is she so beautiful?" My sister whined.
"You're beautiful too, don't worry. All attention will be on you" my mother assured but glare at me. What did I do wrong this time? Is it wrong to be beautiful?
"Mrs and Mr. Saxon, is everyone ready?" We nod and walk out, "you're last, okay?" I just nod and go to the back.
"Please welcome the Saxon family, we have Mr and Mrs. Saxon!" They walk out and I heard the people cheered for them.
"Next is their 2 beautiful daughters, Ms. Maddison..." Maddy go out and people cheered for her.
"Then Ms. Crystalline!" I go out and look around me. All of them gasp and cheered for me. I walk down with a smile on my face.
When I got down, I heard some of them whispering, "their oldest is so beautiful than their youngest!" One of the woman gush. "I know, she's like a princess!" I turn towards them and smile warmly.
"Lita! I never knew that your daughters are so beautiful, especially your oldest. What is your name hija?" I smile gratefully and answered politely, "My name is Crystalline Nicole Saxon"
"Ohh, such a polite child!" She gushes. "My youngest is beautiful too, right?" My mother interrupted, "of course, they all look like you!" My mother smile. She push me back and let my sister go forward.
I excuse myself, I don't want to stay here and not be notice by my family, so I walk away.
I went to the drinks and get myself one, "Nic? Is that you?" I turn around to the familiar voice. "Cass? what are you doing here?" I'm shock, why is he here? Is he invited?
"Your family invited us here, they are my family's co-partners in the company" ohhh, that explains it. "Why didn't you tell me?" I pout at him and cross my arms, "I'm sorry, I thought you already knew. Sorry!" He hug me and I instantly melt. I swear, I like him already! He's so kind and caring.
"By the way, my mother wants to give something to Maddy, have you seen her?" He ask when we pull away, "she's near the stage" I replied shortly.
"Thank you, stay here, I'll just give this to her" I nod and watch him disappear from the crowd.
I look around, bored when someone call me, "Darling! Long time no see! I miss you!" I look at the source of the voice and my eyes widen when I see who is it, "Mrs. Qu- I mean Louisa! I miss you too" oh shoot! When my mother see this, she will be mad but I don't want to be disrespectful.
"Honey, This is Crystalline the girl I've been talking about. Crystalline, this is my husband, Giovanni" He take my hand and kiss it like a gentleman. "Nice to meet you, I've heard a lot about you" Louisa chuckle and smile at him lovingly.
"Well I hope it's good stuff and I heard a lot about you too" I shyly said. "Don't worry, it's all about good stuff" he assured. We talk for few minutes before I excuse myself and went to the balcony at the back since it's less crowd there.
I look at the blue sky that is filled with stars and the bright moon. Staring at the night sky always calms me, I don't know why. The fresh cold air is so refreshing and relaxing. I prefer this than the bright sun. I don't know I just like the dark.
"There you are! I've been finding you, where have you been?" I turn around and find Cass breathing heavily. "I got bored and decided to go here, do you want anything?" I tell him but I didn't turn to look at him.
"I want to tell you something, I know it's too early but...can I date you?" My eyes widen at what he said. I turn and look at him, "what?" I want to make sure I heard him right, I might be hearing things.
"I said, can I date you?" He said slower. I think about it first but decided to give it a try, "okay" he smiled happily and hug me. "Really? I can date you?" I nod at him, "you don't know how happy I am! Thank you!"
"Yah! Stop people are looking at us!" I whisper-yell. He let go and put his arms around my waist. We both stand there silently and look at the stars.
When it started getting cold, we go back and get some food. "We have to go home, see you!" He kiss my forehead and go to his parents.
"The night is coming to an end, so can I request a dance from Mr and Mrs Saxon?" All the lights dimmed and the spotlight is on them. They walk to the middle of the dance floor and dance to a slow song.
When the song ended, they go back and everyone clap for them. "Thank you! Any message or speech?" They both walk to the stage and take the mic, "Thank you everyone, for coming and celebrating with us. I hope everyone enjoy the party!" Everyone cheered and they go back down and sit down.
"Darling, we are going home. Come to the house anytime you want okay?" Louisa and he husband hug me and left.
After an hour everyone go home and I can finally breath. That's exhausting! I go upstairs and clean myself. After that I think about everything that happened today, I can't believe Cass likes me. And now we are dating!
I fell asleep with a smile on my face.
