Chapter 8

Crystalline's POV
I'm driving towards Louisa's house, she call me earlier and I basically tell her that I had a boyfriend now. She said to go to her house and I agreed. I parked my car at their garage, she also tells me that I can park my car in their garage.

"You're finally here, now tell me the details. How did he ask you, where did he take you, everything!" I chuckle at her enthusiasm and she lead me to the garden.

I tell her everything that happened yesterday, not missing a single thing. "Oh wow! When can we meet him? I want to see him myself" she excitedly ask me.

"I mean, I can call him now and ask him" I said and excuse myself to call Cass. "Hey! Are you busy today?" I ask.

"Not really, why did you call?" I heard him lower his tv volume, "because someone wants to meet you and I was wondering if you can go here" I shyly ask. "Of course, anything you want. Just send me the address" I smile and nod but I realize his not here yet. "I will, bye!" He said bye then we hang up. "What did he said?" Louisa ask from behind me, I sit back down and smile at her. "He said yes, I'll just send him the address" I text him the address and after about an hour, we heard the doorbell ring.

"He's probably here!" We walk downstairs and saw him. "Cass!" I shouted then hug him. "Hello to you too" he chuckle then look up, "o-oh, good afternoon" he greeted Louisa.

"Cass this is Louisa and Louisa this is my boyfriend, Cass" I introduced. "Pleasure meeting you ma'am!" He bowed respectfully.

"Oh please, just call me Louisa. Come!" We walk back to the garden and sit down. "Tell me about yourself" she warmly smile at him.

"If you wouldn't mind me asking, who are you to her? Cause you're definitely not her mother" I can sense that he wanted to ask that, so I'm not surprise.

"She's like my daughter and I care for her" she answered simply. He nods and continue, "Well...I'm Dean Cassius Paisley and the heir of the Paisley Industry. I meet Lina in our school, I transferred there and I instantly like her. It's just her personality is so unique and I guess it's love in first sight" I melted at what he said and blush a little.

"Awww...that's cute! All I want to say is take care of her" he nods. We continue talking and laughing until we decided to go home.

"Bye! See you soon!" We wave goodbye and ride his car, leaving my car behind but I ask about it to Louisa and she said I can leave it there.

We sit in silence until he breaks it, "Does your parents know that you're with there enemy?" I sigh and hesitate before quietly saying, "no..."

"Are you crazy?! What if they find out?" I stare outside, I don't know what to answer him. "You know how mad are they about the Quinns'" I took his hand and plead him, "please don't tell them, I just...I feel like they are my family more than my own. They treat me like their daughter not a stranger and I feel safe and love when I'm with them. Please don't tell them" he just nod and look ahead of him.

I sigh and look outside, we are like that until we reach our house. "Bye! See you at school" I kiss his cheek and got out.

I walk to our front door and froze when I see them at the door. "Why are you with him?" My mother ask.

I look down scared to answer her, "See! She sleeps with guys!" My sister said.

"That's not true!" I argued back, "then tell us, why are you with him?" My mother ask again. I take a deep breath before answering, "He's my....boyfriend"

My sister drop the glass she's holding looking at me, "what the hell?! I like him and you steal him from me!" My sister advanced towards me but my father stop him.
