"Lilah's POV"

He sang, in front of a crowd. I've never been more proud of my best friend. And the song fit his life perfectly. Although I didn't want to admit that to anyone besides myself. After Luke sang Michael and I followed him to the bar. He ordered a beer, and so did we. Michael sat on one side of Luke and I sat on the other, but neither of us said anything to him.

"I think it's time I come home." Luke told us, tears beginning to fall. I turned to him, trying to hold back from crying and pulled him into a hug. "I love you Luke." I whispered, barely audible. "I love you more." He whispered back. But he didn't know how wrong he is. I loved him more than anything.

"Let's go home?" Michael suggested. "Please." Luke pleaded. We got into Michael's car and drove towards the apartment. "Is Ashton there? I don't really wanna see him.." Luke said quietly. "He shouldn't be. And If he is you can just stay in my room. You look like you need some sleep." Michael told him. "I haven't slept in like three days dude. You have no clue how good a bed sounds." Luke laughed. But all I could think of, is how did he manage to stay awake for three days? What was he doing besides drinking while he was away.

"Well you can sleep when we get you home." I told him, trying to brush off the thoughts I just had. We got to the apartment and Luke went straight to Michael's room. Not wanting to be questioned by Calum. "Who was that?" Cal asked me as the door slammed behind Luke.

"You'll know when he wakes up." Is all I said. I didn't want him barging in on Luke, because I knew that pressure wasn't what he needed at the moment. "It's Luke Huh? He came home?" Calum pressed, walking towards the door. "Don't you dare Cal. He needs to sleep!" I hissed and he backed away. I walked into the room to ask if he needed anything.

"Hey Lukey." I said quietly. "Hey Li." He said, smiling sleepily. "Do you need anything?" I asked him. "I need you. Right now. Please just stay here with me?" He asked, sounding defeated. I've never heard so much pain in his voice. "Okay." I said taking off my shoes and climbing Into Mikes bed. Luke instinctively wrapped his arms around me, as if we'd been like this thousands of times before. "I love you." He said. Then he began to snore quietly. And soon, I was fast asleep as well.
