"Professor McGonagall, might I ask you to escort Sybil back inside?" He asked sternly, and McGonagall listened as she lead Trelawney back towards the inside of the castle.Davina watched as Umbridge of course had something to say, "Dumbledore, may I remind you that under the terms of Educational Decree Number 23, as enacted by the minister—"
"You have the right to dismiss my teachers. You do not, however, have the authority to banish them from the grounds. That power remains with the headmaster," Dumbledore interrupted her pathetic attempt of a speech.
"For now," She smiled in return.

Winter soon came, and Davina had been wearing a tiny silver I on her robes for the past week. The letter stood for the Inquisitorial Squad, which was a group of students that Umbridge had hand-picked. This group was supposed to ensure the order among the student populace. Davina didn't care too much for Umbridge, but it's what her father would want, so that's why she agreed; to, hopefully, impress him.
Currently, she was tailing Looney Lovegood with Draco, Crabbe, Goyle, and Filch. She somehow ended being the leader of the foolish boys behind her, and she realized this as she had to throw her arm out to stop them all. Standing a couple feet away, she watched as Lovegood turned a corner. Waiting for a split moment, she followed and peered around the corner, feeling the boys follow suit as they all peeked.
Lovegood opened a door, and as it shut Davina and Draco shared the same smirk. She motioned for them to follow her as they all started speed walking towards the door, which, as if mocking them, began to shrink. Speeding up, sprinting now, the door seemed to move faster. Davina was passed by Filch as he shoved her aside. She watched as they all ran towards a now much smaller door, which swung open revealing a closet. She held back her a laugh as they all tripped, piling on top of one-another. Foolish boys, she shook her head.
It was time for winter break, so the twins went back to the manor like they do every year. Their mother loved decorating for Christmas, she would even put up a tree.
Davina tossed a ornament to Draco who hung it
up on a higher branch that Davina couldn't reach. Of course, they could always use magic, but it was nicer this way. Their mother carried in another box, sitting it down on the floor as she moved some of her beautiful hair behind her shoulder. Davina always thought her mother was the most beautiful woman she'd ever met, but then again, she supposed all daughters must think that of their mother."Draco, I'm sitting the star here so once we're finished you can do the honors," She smiled at him and nodded.
"Of course, mum," He watched as she placed it on the table. Davina walked over and pulled out a little white piece of parchment that had been folded and cut to look like a snowflake, on it was four moving stick figures. She smiled, remembering how she had been only five when she drew this, and her mother had enchanted it to move like photos do. One of the few warm memories Davina held close to her heart.
She looked over as her father came down, adjusting his dark outfit with his cane in the other hand, his platinum hair straight down his back, "I'm going out to a meeting, I'll be back later. You're lucky to still be alive for deciding to stay, Narcissa," He muttered before apparating.
"What's he mean by that?" Draco questioned, but Davina knew that he already had the answer. Their mother seemed to remind him of that fact as she glanced up and handed him another set of ornaments.
They eventually finished hanging all the decorations up, and Davina managed to sneakily place the home-made snowflake towards the back of the tree where it wouldn't stand out too badly. Draco placed the star on top and Davina smiled back at her mother. Rushing over to the outlet, Davina plugged in the cord and looked back at the tree lit up.
