"I killed Sirius Black!" Bellatrix practically cheered as Davina chased after Harry."Crucio!" He yelled and sent a red light from his wand, hitting Bellatrix but not effecting her. He didn't mean it. She fell down and turned around, looking at him as he held his wand at her shakily.
He twisted his head like something was controlling him, and suddenly he appeared, the Dark Lord.
"Do it," His rough voice commanded, and Harry spun around, but Voldemort instantly casted his wand out of his hand.
"So weak," He teased, Davina looked at Bellatrix who was smiling at her. She turned around as Dumbledore appeared in a green light from one of the fire places.
"It was foolish of you to come here tonight, Tom," Dumbledore walked forward, "The Aurors are on their way,"
"By which time I shall be gone, and you shall be dead," Voldemort stepped back, raising his wand. Dumbledore instantly shot upwards, pushing Harry out of the way and to the left of the room where he wouldn't be hit. Bellatrix grabbed Davina's hand and smiled crazily at her.
"I'd bring you with me, sweet one, but you and I both know you must stay so they don't suspect you," She ran her hands through Davina's hair and then kissed her forehead before sliding to one of the fireplaces and vanishing into green flames.
Davina spun and dodged a light that shot from Dumbledore's wand. She ran over to where Harry was and squeezed in beside him.
"Why're you here?" He asked her and she could only muster a small smile in return.
"Honestly? I don't know, I just know I'm drawn to you, Harry Potter. And the heart wants what the heart wants," She watched as he smiled slightly at her and then ducked down as a spell hit the wall they were leaned against as pieces fell down onto them.
Davina looked up as a bright, red snake of flames emerged into the air. It came crashing down towards Dumbledore who swung his arm and sent it snapping it's head in the opposite direction. He redirected the flames and sent them back at Voldemort who blocked them and sent them back towards Dumbledore. Dumbledore swung his wand into the air and send waves of water crashing down and then circled it all around Voldemort.
Harry grabbed Davina's hand, pulling her up as they made their way behind Dumbledore who was moving the giant ball of water. Dumbledore suddenly noticed that Davina and Harry was behind him and flicked his hand as they went flying backwards onto the floor. Voldemort tried to fight his way out of the ball as Dumbledore refocused his attention. Suddenly, Voldemort broke free and him and Dumbledore went wand to wand again, each casting two different spells at one another.
Soaking in all the magic, Voldemort let it out as he yelled. Davina watched Dumbledore fly back, and looked up as she saw all the glass in the room shattering all around them. She put her head between her arms as glass fell down around her. Once it was all shattered into pieces lying upon the ground, Voldemort lifted his arms up, collecting all of the pieces together as he sent them towards the three. Dumbledore put up a shield, which turned the glass into grains of sand as it passed through.
Voldemort stood up, vanishing into thin air. Davina looked back as Harry gasped for air, falling down into the sand. He shivered and his eyes went a neon green as he looked over at Dumbledore and Davina.
"You've lost, old man." Harry said in a rough voice that didn't belong to him. He writhed in pain, shifting in the sand as he winced and whimpered.
"Potter? Dumbledore, what's happening to him?" Davina looked over at the white-haired man beside her.
"Tom's in his mind," Dumbledore stated shortly and Davina looked back at Harry as he groaned.
"Potter, it isn't how you are alike, it's how you are not," She said, looking into his color-changing eyes, showing when Voldemort would take over and when Harry would take control.
He whimpered and fell down, still. He stared off into the distance as he panted. He whimpered again. Davina looked back as everyone else came in. She saw Granger and Weasley looking at Harry and then to her. She glanced away.
"You're the weak one, and you'll never know love or friendship," Harry spoke and Davina snapped her head in his direction, as he said the love part she noticed he glanced up at her. She felt her heart speed up a little, watching as he continued to speak to Voldemort, "And I feel sorry for you,"
He groaned in pain, jerking backwards, shifting around and Davina jumped back as she watched the sand form up around him. Blackness shot out of Harry's chest, leaving him laying there, panting and out of breath. She scooted back.
She glanced up as Voldemort appeared, "You're a fool, Harry Potter. And you will lose everything," He glanced over at Davina as he said this before looking back at Harry. She felt her blood run cold.
Looking over, she saw the Aurors and the Minister all show up, coming out of their fireplaces and all of them seeing Voldemort.
"He's back," The Minister muttered in nothing but fear right after Voldemort vanished and the sand fell. Dumbledore picked up Harry's unconscious body.

All in the Daily Prophet it read: Dumbledore, Potter Vindicated. Minister to resign? Umbridge suspended - pending investigation. He who must not he named returns. Hogwarts headmaster reinstated.
"What were you doing there, anyways?" Draco asked Davina as she packed up her stuff in her trunk.
"I had heard them saying they were going to the Department of Mysteries when Potter fell, so when they tricked us I went straight to London to stop them. But I was too late, the Department was destroyed and by the time I reached them all the Death Eaters were there, father was there. I tried to stay out of the way but Potter noticed me and then Bellatrix calmed father down and I went over to her. When they broke out into war, I stayed hidden behind a rock because I knew if any of the Order members saw me they'd instantly attack, seeing as I was a Malfoy," She looked at him, summarizing it all and leaving out some of the details that would get him upset.
"Oh," Is all he said in response. He was packing up as well.
They were brought down to the Hogwarts Express by the carriages and Draco handed Davina her bags and other things. They walked with Goyle towards the express, talking and laughing. Jasmine was on the other side of Davina, smiling. Draco reached around and grabbed Jasmine's side, tickling her as she jerked away from him and smacked his hand. Davina raised her eyebrows.
"Okay, so what's going on between you two?" She finally asked, looking between her best friend and her twin.
"We may or may not be dating," Jasmine smiled, her cheeks going red. Draco looked over at Davina, waiting for her to yell or something. Davina smiled widely.
"Finally!" She looked between them, pulling them together and going onto Draco's other side as he took ahold of Jasmine's hand. They were happy, and that made Davina happy.
"We have been since the end of last year, but we figured you'd be upset, so we tried to keep it secret," Draco said as he glanced over.
"Well, as long as you're happy," She looked at him and then to Jasmine who both smiled at her.
Once they reached the train, they all climbed on, Draco helped Jasmine carry her trunk. Davina was about to climb in when Harry rushed up to her and gently grabbed her hand, pulling her down off the steps and onto the platform.
He leaned down and kissed her slowly, in front of everyone. Once they broke apart, Davina felt her cheeks go red. He must've talked to Granger and Weasley, because they were both smiling behind him, "See you next year?" He looked at her.
"See you next year, scarhead," Davina smiled and then kissed his cheek before walking onto the train. When she sat down in the compartment, Draco and Jasmine were both staring at her in shock.
"So, Harry Potter?" Jasmine teased, grinning.
"I guess so," Davina smiled back, and looked at Draco for his reaction.
He just smiled at her, "As long as you're happy,"
