It has been two days since the cold spread across the halls of Hotel Blue Moon, now slowly becoming unbearable. It was weird that the ghosts could even feel the cold, but given what has caused it, this didn't surprise Do Hwan.
Do Hwan tried his best to hide the real reason from the staff, but they were confused, and confusion will only result in chaos. The only reason he could come up with was maintenance issue, and he decided to just use that. He called a meeting for all the staffs and explained what was going on, poorly he thought.

"There is a small issue in the hotel. You all must have noticed the cold. We can't do repairs right now, but if we can use this to our benefit, we won't have an issue." Do Hwan continued. "Now, we need to take care of our customers. I already received a few complaints about this cold situation, so we need to do something immediately." He said to the staffs, and they all nodded, still confused.

"Do you have any ideas?"
Kyung's hand shot up, as if he was waiting for this moment. Do Hwan nodded at him to speak.
"Can we say that we are trying a new theme for the hotel? Maybe like winter land or something?" There were audible murmurs from the staff, some even giggled. Kyung looked defeated, but Do Hwan looked amused.
"Does anyone of you have a better idea?" The crowd fell silent at Do Hwan's question. "That's what I thought. At least he has an idea, a sensible one to some extent. This could work."
The staff exchanged glances with each other, most of them embarrassed.

"Kyung is right. Maybe we can build fireplace around the hotel? Create snow statues?" Someone from the group spoke up. Kyung grinned at Do Hwan who simply smiled at him.
"This is only a temporary distraction for the guests. Try to encourage them to leave, if you could. There will be a few who would want to stay, we will handle them and new guests later. Is everything clear?"

All of them stood up and bowed to Do Hwan. Do Hwan waved his hands, dismissing them. As the group trickled out, the main staffs remained. Mr. Ha, Mrs. Park and Kyung looked at each other nervously.
"What's wrong?" Do Hwan asked.
"Sir, please be honest with us. What is going on?" Mr. Ha asked, much to the others disbelief. Classic Mr. Ha. He can be a little brusque. Do Hwan sighed, leaning on the conference table behind him.
"I knew I couldn't keep this a secret for long."
"Sir, what is it?" Mrs. Park asked, concerned.
"Do you all know Aghui?"
"A-Aghui?" Kyung stuttered. "Who is that?"
"She is a malevolent God, right?  She was defeated several millennia ago, at least, that is what my mum used to tell me. What about her?" Mr. Ha asked.
"She is coming back."
"Coming back? H-How do you know?" Kyung looked confused.
"Look around you, Kyung. The signs are right around us!" Mrs. Park bellowed impatiently.
"With Ma Go missing, we don't know what is going to happen." Everyone gasped.
"M-Ma Go is mis-missing?" Kyung felt like his legs were turning into jelly. Do Hwan nodded.
"We need to be prepared for the worst. We have staff and guests to protect. Don't let anyone know, but make sure the guests and the staff are safe, alright?" The three nodded, but it was evident that they were afraid.

Do Hwan crossed his arms, his lips quivered. "I am scared too. I feel like I'm going crazy."

As the night fell over Seoul, the city became lively. Neon lit streets, bustling clubs, the city belonged to the young now. The other side of Hongdae was the old Seoul, the quiet part of the city. An old man was walking along the quiet street, after closing up his shop. The cold pierced his skin, as he wrapped his coat around his body tighter. His breath formed a white cloud, momentarily blinding him.
Just as he neared a bend in the road, a bright light was speeding on the road. Thinking it was a car, the old man slightly moved away. However, the light slowly turned green, now stopping right next to the man.  The light was blinding, the old man staggered and finally covered his eyes.
When he felt the light diminishing, the old man took his hands off his eyes. He was surprised to say the least, to see a young woman standing in front of him.
"Child, where did you come from?" He asked. The child could be no more than 15, so he was concerned.
"I am lost, grandpa. Can you take me to my home?" The child asked sweetly. Old man looked around. There was no one for at least 3 kilometers.
"Okay, tell me where you live. I'll get you to the nearest bus stop. I can't come far due to my knees, you see."
"That's okay, Grandpa. Do you know where Hotel Blue Moon is?"
"Hotel Blue Moon? What is that?"
"Oh, you must have heard it as Guest House of the Moon." The little girl continued, coyly. "Have you heard of it?"
The old man seemed to think for a moment. "I have never heard of it, child. Which area is it?" He questioned back.
The little girl sighed, exasperated. "Right, I thought you'd know, but I guess I was wrong." She rubbed her forehead. "I have no choice but to kill you now."
"Wh-" The old man started, before realizing he was standing in the middle of the road. Terrified, he turned his head around to face the girl, only to be hit with something with its horns blaring.
