We arrived at the base with kazuiki giggling behind me. We managed to capture all the kids with helmets and caged them but we never had a way to save them until now.

"may what an interesting contraption" kazuiki giggled as he inspected the helmet "man I'm gonna have fun with this!"

"I hope we made the right call putting this guy in charge" adachi muttered.

Kokichi put a hand on his shoulder "it will be fine kiddo I promise"

"thanks big bro" adachi said with a smile.

"Big bro?" kokichi said with a proud look.

"kazuiki I see your still alive" I turned around to see nagisias and the other worriors of hope! Their all still alive!

"hi kids!" kazuiki waved to them cheerfully.

"why are you kids here? If you're here to stop our plans then I won't let you!" I yelled.

"we're not here to stop you" juntaro said "we wanna help!"

I can't have heard that right.

"Monika tricked us all. There's no way we'd want to make the other kids suffer!" masaru insisted.

"I can believe that" kokichi said.

"really!?" I said in disbelief.

"judging by the way the acted before I'd say they care deeply about the other children and wouldn't wish any harm on them plus I'm pretty good at telling when someone's lying" kokichi said with a grin.

"ahhhhh Kokichis sooo cool" Kotoko giggled. When did she become a fan of kokichi?

"so what exactly are you doing here" nagisa asked.

"kazuiki here's going to take those helmets off" I said proudly

"you'd really trust that nutjob?" Kotoko said in disbelief.

"I'd trust him more than I'd trust you brats!" I glared at them.

"you adults never change you'll always be arrogant self-righteous fools" nagisa sighed "we won't stand in your way but don't think this makes us allys" with that he turned to leave.

"bye bye kokichi!" Kotoko hugged him before running off with the boys.

We stood there in stunned silence before yuta entered.

"hey guys is this the guy who's going to get the helmets off?" he asked.

"yep or blow us up to hell who knows" kazuiki said giggling

"right" yuta said nervously "hey komaru why do you look so upset?"

"the kids are still alive" I muttered shakingly.

"eh?" he gasped.

"they said there not going to get in our way but I'm still worried"

"komaru you worry to much about other people" he pulled me into a hug with his one arm. "let me look after you for a bit kay?"

"ok" I said hugging him back.

"komaru and yuta sitting in a tree. K-i-s-s-i-n-g" kokichi sang.

"shut up kokichi!" I yelled blushing madly. He's totally getting me back for calling haru his girlfriend!

Everyone started laughing. The mood felt peaceful once again. Maybe everything will be okay.
