Mal and Evie looked stunning. Evie was wearing a flowy blue dress; with sparkling black tree branch patterns on it. She paired it with her traditional red gems, gloves, and gold embellishments.

Evie told Raven that she was a masterpiece. She then bestowed a gift on to Raven.

"I know that you and Carlos, aren't you and Carlos right now. But, I wanted to create a tradition, and give you these. So, that you would always remember to be who you are; because, that's important to you both." Expressed Evie.

The party was garish. Jane did an excellent job in planning and decorating, especially in the absence of Mal and Ben. Doug escorted Evie into the grand portion of the ship; and down an ornately decorated staircase.

Evie and Doug were whispering in each other ears; and laughing as they walked down the steps. Evie took Doug's arm; and never looked more like a princess. Raven would always be grateful for Doug's support and protection when he escorted her to the Coronation. She honestly didn't think she could have made it through without him. Evie was a lucky girl and they deserved one another.

Jay was dancing with all of the girls, but appeared to take a major shine to Lonnie, daughter of Mulan; with whom, Mal and Evie had grown close to over the last few months.

Jay sauntered over to Raven, took her hand and spun her around on the dance floor, just once. Both laughed as he kissed her on the cheek and crouched into a respectful and brotherly bow, which she returned with a curtsy. Raven thought to herself, again, that his ability to make everyone around him become calm, relaxed, and light--was nothing short of genius.

Raven began thinking that the night was beautiful, just like Carlos had said it would be.

"Carlos!" Raven gasped.

Where is he? Is he running late? I hope he's not still too sick.

Raven was still angry and hurt at the realization of Carlos's confession to her about his past awful intentions. Raven had however, been giving it a great deal of thought.

I have nothing to fear from him. She began to realize.

I told Carlos to stay away from me, and he respected that. He came to rescue me, even when he knew that I may no longer hold his heart. He has never once made me feel controlled or unprotected. We're villains, whether we want to believe it or not. We've all had villainous thoughts and plotted terrible plans.

She considered her own past, in where she would use her voice to lure lost boys to her father when he had lost his own abilities. She did it for his love, and for fear of losing his pride. Just as Carlos almost made an evil choice to keep them together, because as he had said, he loved her so much. Raven had faith that he would never have gone through with his plan and that it was just the thoughts of a desperate boy who couldn't bare living without his love.
