Evie had just finished having dinner with Doug; and she was heading to her dorm to continue working tirelessly to finish the dress orders for Cotillion. Evie immediately noticed that Mal wasn't in their dorm. She wandered over to her friend's side of the room and spotted a note on her bed, labelled "Evie". Evie unfolded the note and began to read.

"Oh, Hades!" Evie exclaimed.

Evie immediately knew that she had to talk to King Ben, and she ran out of the dorms, and to the palace.

"Mal went back to the Isle." Explained Evie, after Ben had let her into his office.

"What?" Exclaimed Ben, "I was...I was too hard on her. We had a fight. I found out she's been using her spell book. She was just trying to tell me that she's been having a hard time, and I went all beast on her!"

"I have to go and bring her back." Continued Ben.

"You can't. You don't know how the Isle works. You...you have to take me with you." Offered Evie, uneasy.

"Yes!" Cried Ben, a little too enthusiastically. "Are you sure?"

"Yeah... but Ben...you have to promise me, that I won't get stuck there again." Demanded Evie.

"I promise." Ben expressed, sincerely.

"We'll take the boys because there's safety in numbers, but Ben... you can't go looking like that." Evie warned, taking charge.

"Hey... " Raven began, stepping into the boy's dorm room.

She'd decided to stop by after walking back from the library, hoping to spend time with her boyfriend.

Raven however, quickly realized that Carlos and Jay looked to be packing up. Waves of suspicion washed over her, as she watched the boys hastily gather items. She didn't care for secrets, and Carlos hadn't mentioned that he was planning on traveling anywhere.

"...are you going somewhere?" She challenged, abruptly.

Carlos jumped at the startling greeting, and quickly turned to face her.

"Raven!" He exclaimed.

He clumsily pushed the packed items off of his bed, in a pathetic attempt to hide them. Carlos clearly, was not expecting his girlfriend.

"Very good, Isle Boy." Raven responded sarcastically, and gave an inquisitive look to his odd reaction. "What's up?" She crossed her arms and learned on the door.

"We're just heading out, you know... doing guy stuff." Jay lied to the Pixie.

Guy stuff? Really? Smooth Jay. Thought Carlos, sarcastically.

"Uh, huh..." Raven replied, incredulously, knowing they were full of it. "What kind of guy stuff?"

"Awe, you know--like running around, hanging out, playing... sports... " Jay tried, although he was sounding ridiculous.

Knowing his girlfriend's freakish intelligence level, Carlos knew that they were toast.

Raven put her hand up in front of her, halting Jay's stammering.
"I'm going to stop you right there, because I'm starting to get embarrassed for you. What are you guys really up to?" Raven pressed.

"Well," started Jay.

"No." She stopped him. "Carlos. I want you to talk now." Ordered Raven, frustrated by the obvious lies.

"We just have to go out for a bit." He vaguely replied.

"To...?" Raven pushed.

"Just, you know... The Isle." Carlos finally admitted, bracing himself for her wrath.

"What?" Exclaimed the Pixie." Are you crazy?"

"Look! Mal took off. I guess she and Ben got into a fight. We have to go and get her." Carlos explained.

"Who is we?" She asked, pointedly.

"Us, me and Jay... and Evie and Ben." Carlos blurted out, quickly.

"And, you were going to let me in on this idiotic plan-- when, exactly?" Demanded Raven.

"I was going to leave a note." Murmured Carlos, pathetically.

"I'm coming too." Declared Raven.

"No, Raven! Neverland and Isle kids don't mesh. You said it yourself. It's too dangerous. Your magic won't work if something happens." Carlos tried.

"Since when have I ever needed magic to protect myself?" Raven argued.

"You don't know the Isle!" He continued.

"Neither does Ben!" She countered.

Jay interjected between the two.
"I, um...I really don't want to get involved, but, we could use her brain--adding in the fact that she's terrifying."

"Shut up, Jay." Spat Carlos, before turning back to Raven. "You're not going! "

"And you're not going without me." Raven countered. "I'm not letting anything happen to you."

"I'll have backup, and I know my way around," Argued Carlos, feeling like he was losing.

"Good. Then, I'll have you to guide me." She stated with resolve, stepping closer to her boyfriend.

Check mate.

"Fine, whatever!" Huffed Carlos, finally relenting. "Go change your clothes." He ordered, shortly.

"What am I supposed to wear?" She asked, looking down at her outfit.

"Dalmatians! I don't know, Raven. Ask Evie!" Carlos groaned, in exasperation.

"But, why do I... ?" She started, confused and feeling a little insecure.

"Because you look like a freaking Pixie, Raven!" He clapped back at the girl.

She shot a look of hurt at Carlos and immediately turned and left the room, headed for Evie and Mal's dorm.

"Did you have to be such a jerk?" Scolded Jay, gently.

"She's going to stick out, they're going to know. No way that a girl who looks like her-- doesn't draw attention. This is a terrible idea!" Defended Carlos.

"She's going to be okay, man." Encouraged Jay, supportively.

"Yeah... unless we run into Uma's crew." Carlos grimaced.

"Hartley..." Jay surmised.

"Yeah... and Harry." Carlos muttered, "They used to be...together."

"Ugh! That's got to, I don't know, suck. He's pretty hard-core, and like half a foot taller than you." Commented Jay.

"You know what? You are never helpful!" Carlos exclaimed, in annoyance at his friend.

Jay shrugged off his friend's comment, knowing he was just worried. "We got this C, she's got this. We'll get Mal to calm down and be back in no time."
