Episode 13: fighting a losing game!

It's been a week since Maya's drama at the Lyons family dinner, she was nowhere to be found. .
People are just now learning that both Cookie and Tiana were engaged.

Cookie was in her office busy typing away. Porsha entered after one knock. "Hey boss" porsha Said holding a cup of coffee. Cookie lifted her eyes and looked at her then looked back at her computer. "Porsha I don't need coffee. But thank you" Cookie said. "uhm.. okay" Porsha said putting the coffee away. "I have something I need you to listen to if you got a minute" Porsha said pulling out a flashdrive. "I barely have a second" Cookie said. Porsha was not having it. She walked over to Cookie's sound check player and pushed her flashdrive in then played a track.

Cookie frowned. She heard the song and smiled then started moving with the beat. The soundtrack came to an end. "Damn!" Cookie said. Porsha smiled. "What do you think?" Porsha asked. "Girl I think you should call Tiana now and collaborate because this is a heat already. Porsha you good" Cookie said finally closing her computer. Porsha saw her ring. "Oh my gosh Cookie!" Porsha raised her voice. "Lucious asked you to Marry him again?" Porsha asked. Cookies tried to hide her ring. "Nah uh- tell me" porsha demanded now taking a seat. "Porsha get out of my office" Cookie said. "When is the wedding,am I invited?" Porsha asked. "Get your ass out of my office,Now!" Cookie said. Porsha took her flashdrive and headed out. "Porsha!" Cookie said. She stopped and looked at her. "If I decide to have a wedding you will be the first to know because you are going to be my maid of honor" Cookie said. Porsha froze. "What?" She asked. "You heard me stupid" Cookie said rolling her eyes not wishing to repeat herself. Porsha looked at her. "So you consider me a friend?" Porsha asked. "Girl bye!" Cookie said opening her computer and getting back to work. Porsha twirled to her and hugged her. "Thank you Cookie" Porsha said. Cookie couldn't breathe. "Okay that's enough" Cookie said trying to break from the hug. Porsha let go of her but lifted her ring finger. "Damn Lucious is bad" Porsha said forcing a smile out of her. They smiled at each other. "You deserve to be happy" porsha said. "I do don't I?" Cookie asked flashing her ring finger. They both Chuckled. "Okay porsha I have work to do." Cookie said getting back to work. "Okay Queen. Keep winning." Porsha said and walked out. Cookie smiled and shook her head. She couldn't lie how much she loved and appreciated Porsha. 

Tiana was in the rehearsing studio.
They where dancing. Hakeem was seating down observing this, he was here to make sure that she don't overwork herself.

"Let's take 10" Tiana shouted taking a towel and a bottle of water. She walked towards Hakeem then into his body. They kissed. "This is not my first time been pregnant and rehearsing keem, you don't need to monitor me." She told him. "I'm not monitoring you. I'm just checking on my wife to be, do you need anything?" Hakeem asked. Tiana leaned in his ear. "I'm horny" she said. Hakeem smiled and took her hand. "Come with me" he said and pulled her out of the hall.

Hakeem and Tiana got inside an empty studio and shut it. They immediately started kissing and touching. He picked her thighs and placed her on a mixing table, spreading her legs and pulling her short skirt. She was too horny she just wanted him inside her. She pulled him closer and opened for him. In the boardroom.
Usher, Giselle, Lucious, Andre, Jamal, Becky were gathered for a meeting waiting for Cookie to start the meeting. She walked in 5 minutes later. "Pardon me. long day" she said. "it's okay Mrs Lyon. You are worth waiting for. Can we start now?" Lucious said to cookie then to everybody in the room. They nodded.

"So we are going through tomorrow's agenda according to our budget. We have Takeem as an opening. We have Treasure as a breather, then Jamal as a guest artist in between Usher's performances. Whose our closing artist?" Lucious said before asking. "My artist can close for himself Lucious" Giselle said. "after all this years your ass still don't know nothing, do you? No he can not close for himself it is a comeback concert, it needs time to breathe" Lucious said.

"Porsha!" Cookie said. "what? You people gotta be kidding me" Giselle said. Lucious looked at Cookie with trusting eyes. "she's ready?" He asked her. "She will be. I will make sure" Cookie said.  "Okay then ...babe. You will be in charge of that" Lucious told Cookie. she nodded. "Andre please make sure we not over budget, Jamal get Mr Ray here all prepped including yourself" Lucious said.  Jamal nodded. "Becky get paper work done. I'm here when you need any signature or anything at all? Usher Ray. Just get you ready" Lucious said. "Anything else?" He asked. "No partner!" Becky said. "no pops. It's clear" Andre said. "What about me?" Giselle asked. "Oh boy" Cookie said gathering her stuff to go. "What about you Giselle?" Lucious asked. "I need something to do also." Giselle said. "Go lay on your back and open your legs for Usher. He's gonna need to release" Cookie said walking out the door. "Ma!" Jamal warned. Usher's jaw dropped. Becky Chuckled. "Giselle you are not part of empire or bossy. I fail to locate your duties here. Go satisfy Ray... Maybe that's what he needs like my wife said." Lucious said chuckling. "Meeting adjourned" Lucious shouted and got off his chair. They all departed.

Lucious went to his office right from the board meeting. He was calling Cookie. He stepped inside and heard her phone ring in his office he turned. "Hey" she said waving from his chair. She looked beautiful in his new chair. "Hey baby" he said dropping the call and approaching her. "I thought you already left" Lucious said. "I called porsha to rehearse without me I will evaluate her performance later, the track is already a heat. She don't need a go. Porsha is talented Lucious" she told him. He sat on the desk. "You look beautiful in that chair" he admitted, she smiled and span around on his new movable chair. "I liked the old one better" Cookie teased he chuckled then Took her hand standing her up. She stood. He turned her around and embraced her from behind and pulled her closer. They sat on the table silent, Cookie in his arms.

"I love you Cook!" he said. "I love you too Lucious" she said and kissed his arm.

Giselle barged in. They heard someone behind them and turned to the door. Cookie rolled her eyes. "That's my queue!" Cookie said breaking from his touch. "I will call you later babe" she said wiping something from his cheeks. They kissed passionately. Giselle swallowed hard. She could see how genuine their love was this time, it wasn't games no more. It was real and genuine. Cookie was walking away. Lucious grabbed her hand and pulled her in his body. "I changed my mind. I want her gone not you" he said Cookie Chuckled. "Unlike her. I got work to do!" Cookie said.
"Giselle. What can we do for you?" Lucious asked looking at Giselle. "I need a job" Giselle said. Lucious and cookie looked at each other then burst out laughing. "We not hiring Giselle. You should've stayed with bossy" Lucious said. "Please Lucious I'm begging you, I've heat bottom, there is no down from here, im already there. Please" Lucious looked at Cookie, Cookie shrugged. "I will call you" Lucious said. Giselle nodded then walked out. "Where were we?" He asked catching Cookie back into his touch and pulled. She giggled and turned around.

Later that day.
Tiana and Hakeem rehearsed their new Single. Tiana ft Hakeem titled "us forever". They rehearsed with moves that showed Hakeem protecting Tiana and the pregnacy

After rehearsals. He picked her up and kissed her. "It's a wrap!" He said. She giggled

The studio lights went out. Hakeem immediately catched Tiana in his arms. They heard footsteps coming to them

"Keem!" Tiana said grabbing him tight. She was scared. "I'm here baby" he said.
They were yanked apart, Tiana screamed.their hands and feet were tired up even after Hakeem's struggles and punches. They taped their mouths and pushed them apart from the room, took their phones. Then switched on the lights On their way out. Shutting the door.

Hakeem been stubborn tried breaking Free looking at Tiana. All he wanted was to protect her. Tiana's tears came out, she tied voicing out of the tape. Maya stepped inside. ..

"Hi Takeem!" She said standing on her feet. "You guys underestimated me A LOT!. I will show you" Maya said walking out and locking the studio.
