I couldn't believe my eyes. I saw Carlisle murdered by the Volturi...I didn't think they would do that. If I knew that was going to happen I would never have sent Carlisle to talk to Esme...Of course I knew he'd see the child...and I knew he would come to the immortal child conclusion and go to the Volturi.
