The week went by slowly and Rey was relieved to finally see the long awaited weekend.

It was Sunday morning, and Rey had no plans and intended to just enjoy her one day off, before she would have to return to her classes the next day.

However, Aubrey had different plans for the two of them.

"Oh, please Reybae? For me?" Aubrey whined, tugging at the collar of Rey's shirt. She was trying convince Rey to attend a dumb frat party they had both been invited to.

"I already said no. I have an important class tomorrow and I don't want to be hungover!"

Aubrey put on her best pouty face. "Come on Rey... I really want to go and you know I won't feel safe if I go alone."

"Why don't you go with Stef? She's going, isn't she?" Stef was a friend of both Audrey and Rey, and was known for being quite the party animal.

"She's got homework." Audrey Huffed.

"Stef? Doing homework? I don't believe you." Rey said, standing up from her bed and walking over to her mirror.

"It's true!" Audrey said, rushing over to Rey and resting her head on her shoulder. "The school threatened to kick her out if she didn't start getting at least a C on her essays, so her parents are forcing her to have a tutor."

"She's got a tutor? I'm surprised she even wants to stay at this school."

"Well, you know Stef. Her big dream is to be on The Broadway someday. She thinks she doesn't need school to get there."

Rey scoffed at this. "Everyone here has the same dream. How the hell does she expect to achieve it if she doesn't have a decent education?"

"I don't know, Rey." Audrey groaned, rolling her eyes. "But can you please come to the party with me?"

"Fine." Rey said, causing her roommate to jolt up in excitement. "On one condition."

"Anything!"

"You don't run off with some random guy like you did last time. If we arrive together, we leave together."

"Yes sir!" Audrey squealed, wrapping her arms tightly around Rey and holding her close from behind. "Finn and Poe are picking us up at six, so you'll have plenty of time to get ready."

Hours passed and the two girls were leaving their dorm room for the night, locking the front door and rushing outside.

The winter breeze roamed and Rey felt it caress her exposed arms and legs. She wore a satin red dress, which was strapless and came down to just below her ass. Her brunette hair was slicked back into a low ponytail and curled slightly at the ends.

"Wow, girls." Said Finn from the drivers seat, with a loud whistle. "You look great!"

Rey giggled at the compliment. "As do you, Finn. You too, Poe."

Everyone knew that Finn and Poe were an item. They weren't officially dating, but everyone knew what they did when they would sneak off backstage between scenes. Poe was doing an acting course, which he was rather gifted at, and Finn was doing something in stage management.

The drive to the fraternity house was not long at all; five minutes at most. Really, they all could have walked there.

The music in the house was as loud as thunder and it made the cutlery on the tabletops rattle. Neon lights flashed everywhere like police sirens, but much more colourful.

"Let's dance!" Audrey yelled over the noise, yanking Rey's hand and pulling her onto the dance floor.

Rey giggled as she began to sway to the rhythm of the electronic song. She moved in her dress like her hips were made to sway, the sequins catching the disco ball light that twirled above - launching a every shade of the rainbow into the darkness.
