Aliyah sat looking at the pictures of the weddings from nelisa's to Shelley's a smile on her face
Lloyd came to sat next to her holding a jug of chocolate strawberry sundae she grin at him,
"You're late again"
"YEAH! I know I'm sorry I promise to be home earlier tomorrow" he knew it wasn't going to be possible but he just told her that he kiss the cream from her lips kissing down to her tummy, "how much more weeks to go?" He ask Counting on his fingers
"it's a little over five weeks" he smile "so you planned on staying at your mom's home or at mom's I'm telling you how she will be excited to have you there"
"I know but I'm going to stay here"
Are you sure that's what you want?"
Aliyah shrugged he nod
He reach for the pictures to look at them holding on to nelisa's,
"Can you believe a month as almost past already since these two got married"
"Yeah it has almost, isn't it so" he smile they were at the ending of June as nelisa and odane had gotten married on the third day of the month, today was the twenty seventh with only three days to go lloyd can't believe time was moving so fast today comes and went like a rocket with with him working hard to settle the home for aliyah who can give birth at anytime,
Lloyd didn't get to make it home the following day early but took the next day off as the girls were having their annual baby shower they had chicken out about the gender revealing that they had been planning for months that too before they went to Nashville in they didn't care to know anymore,
Bessie came in the door and hug him Chris greet him as he too hug aliyah they all settled in for a extraordinary after noon it went well as like all the things they did together,
"Should I get you something to eat?" Aliyah asked

"No I already have something to eat, you can't pressure yourself"
"Caring for you is no pressure"
"I know but you doing it in such a condition" he said coming to kiss her tummy he rest her back on his chest holding her there his phone rang makes aliyah wonder who is calling him so late at minutes after one o clock he reach for it and odane displayed across his screen
"Hey, what's going on you good on your side?" He ask in a tone too soft for her to think odane,
She couldn't hear from the other end as he must have turn down the sound on his phone she almost felt a string of jealousy,
"Now?" He asked
"I'll come right now" he said
Aliyah forces her way off the couch to look at him
"It's nelisa she's about to give birth" lloyd announced handing her the coat,
Aliyah with excitement got in her coat and followed behind lloyd they drove to the hospital by they got their with odane and nelisa who could barely speak being in much pain aliyah hug her "you'll be alright" she told her,
Nelisa nod ahead sure wasn't expecting her but couldn't address it,
They see her off
and wait in the waiting area aliyah call shelly to tell her nelisa was in the hospital shelly sat up "she is?" She asked the tone of her voice woke mark who sat up "aliyah said nelisa is in labour" shelly share the good news,
Mark nod with a smile, he wonders for how much longer before Aliyah give birth too knowing they were close thinking maybe by next month today is the very last day in June the thirtieth day went on to wonder if the house will be completed just last week lloyd share a pic to him with them on the third floor,
"Give her our love and tell them both we'll come soon" shelly said mark turn to look at her she end the call and grin at him
"This means aliyah can at anytime" mark said as he think again on the house lloyd is working to finish he haven't told his wife didn't plan to they too will get a surprise,
"Is every thing alright doctor?" Lloyd ask soon as the doctor came from the room,
"Yes your wife is fine" he told lloyd
"My wife" odane said easing lloyd back the doctor smirk, "she is fine both ladies are doing fine"
"It's a girl?" Aliyah ask the doctor nod and her mouth flew wide
"Both a bit tired from the excitement but she's a healthy seven pound"
Aliyah grin "Can we see them?" She asked moving towards the door before she hear she could,
"Sure you can" he said it was then odane and lloyd move behind her, "nel" aliyah called coming over to her bed
"Aliyah!" She said weakly with a faint smile, "you came so late I thought you would just wait until in the morning"
"It's all good it's almost morning anyway I couldn't wait to see you"
They both giggle as they hold hand
"I'm so tired" nelisa complain I don't want another baby for the next ten years"
They giggle
"Tell it to your husband, tell it to him" aliyah point to odane on the other side of her bed, he smile as they both look at him,
"Lloyd" nelisa said
"How are you?"
"I'm good, you?"
"Trying to make it"
They giggle
The doctor came in carrying the baby to place next to nelisa for her to be fed they all move closer to look on her, "she's pretty" lloyd said "think of a name yet"
"How about oneilia" aliyah said
"Yeah oneilia sounds good" odane said

"Oneilia Royce" odane nod, "alright" he said with a big smile
Aliyah held on to lloyd at his shoulder
"We're going to leave and give you time and space for soon you'll need to rest so see you tomorrow"
"Ok thanks for coming like you did, I love you"

Aliyah said she peek at the baby once more "need I for got mark and shelly send all their love"
Nelisa smile "I thank them"
They leave and odane sat on a chair close to the bed there for a few minutes until he too leave,
Both their family visit the next morning to see them and to meet the baby,
Two extra days in the hospital the doctor said as the plan was for her to gather her strength,
With nelisa baby here lloyd began to work much harder already he was getting the rooms decorated as well as working hard for the completion of the house,
He had rush home this morning after staying the night there this was the second night he was staying out before he was late and then he didn't come home two nights aliyah didn't want to look jealous but was she was starting to think it was because she was so huge they haven't made love in a week for he was late at nights,
After getting dress quickly he met her in the living room "ready?" He asked
"Yes!" Aliyah said hoarsely clear her throat then said it again "yes"
"I had heard you the first time" he said with a smile
He took her hand leading her out he held the door to his van for her help her in he saw how difficult it was for her to get in and she couldn't hold in her car that much he thought of getting her a more comfortable ride but was busy with the house now,
"You look nervous" he said reaching to touch her cheek

"No, worried is that it?"
"I'm fine" she said looking sideways at him he look at her with a smile,
"I'm going to see nelisa" Aliyah told him
"No problem I could drop you and pick you up later for I got to finish up some work"
"Ok" she said
They went through the doctor as they did on each visits
"Miss Alessandra you look like Christmas potatoes" doctor hall said
"More like a giant pumpkin to me" lloyd said aliyah and doctor hall look at him
"I'm not saying you're not beautiful but that's a huge tummy"
Doctor hall smile while aliyah gave a frown, he leaned in to kiss her,
They left and went to the hospital to see nelisa lloyd walk up with aliyah but couldn't stay he greet nelisa peek at the baby then left
"Where is he running off to?" Nelisa ask
"Said he has to work"
"Oh" nelisa said odane had step out the room for just a minute or less to talk to lloyd he came back in time to hear aliyah talking "he hadn't been home few nights now" she said
"And why is that?"
"Working, he was mostly coming in late but two days ago he didn't bother to"
"Did he call?"
"To say he was going to be late but he didn't come and he came this morning"
"Well he must have a good reason" nelisa said
"I'm feeling insecure, maybe because I'm this big and we haven't make out in some time"
"You think there's someone else?"
She nod
"That what you think you want to believe you love him to where you don't consider he can not be wrong"
"Yea but I'm being over thrown by jealousy"
"Don't worry aliyah it's going to be all fine"
Aliyah smile as she came to take the baby from nelisa odane push and came in the door acting as if he didn't hear anything,
They spent much time talking until it was late evening aliyah was looking for lloyd to come get her but he call odane asking him to drop her
"Lloyd is begging me to drop you home" odane told her
"Why is he so busy he couldn't come"
"Work he said
"Ok" aliyah said getting up ahead hug nelisa to bid her goodbye she was coming out tomorrow and aliyah promised to come,
Aliyah remains quiet to the time she was in the car with odane "you alright?" He ask
"I am" aliyah said
"You not in pain are you?"
She shook her head
He drop her off coming out to walk her up
"You don't have to"
"No I don't but he wants to know you reach in safely"
"Aliyah smile at him nod for him to walk her up,
"Thank you exhort"
Odane nod kiss her cheek left closing the door behind him,
"What happened?" Lloyd ask on taking his call
"She's complaining your lady is complaining to my wife"
"For I haven't been home, is she thinking someone else?" He ask
"It almost as if she is"
"Yeah, yea" he clicked his tongue "thanks man" he said
"Yea catch you tomorrow"
Lloyd left the men to do what they could until they were ready to give in for the night and hurry over to aliyah he let himself in and just as she was coming from the kitchen they met in the living room,
"Sorry I got caught up"

"Hungry?" She asked she haven't cook tonight for two plate of dinner was in the refrigerator for him and she heats a Turkey vegetable dish for herself
"I am but I can fix something" he said taking off his jacket he went into the kitchen to find the food in the refrigerator he heats both plate and came back to sit with her she look at him
"This way I won't miss dinner"
Aliyah covered her mouth and giggle she watch him eat from both plate leaving half on both he got up to put them away he took a show came back sat behind her reach for the remote turn the tv on as he relax easing her on his chest, they later crawled into bed with him holding her,
He went to work early the next morning as aliyah drive to the hospital to see nelisa she was getting ready to leave and she help with her packing then took the baby she wonder if it would be a girl she will be mothering wondering why she didn't just find out it would be like their mother got pregnant have kids close together and both were girls thought she was more thinking of giving her man a son it didn't seems to matter to him,
She stay at nelisa all day lloyd call twice to check on her he took a hour and drove down to see her and to peek in on the baby,
"You working near by?" Nelisa ask
"Yeah near to the basketball field"
"Oh I for got some one is building up that's a nice place"
"Don't mention it" aliyah said still disappointed someone got it before she did,
"Well there goes my dream land and my dream house" she grumbled

"I'm sure you'll find other places with land the same"

Shelly call nelisa to talk to her as aliyah was the one getting all the messages to her she call for her now talking to them all they plan to come for a week next week which they would be taking MarkWayne a long most of the time will be spent staying home but as long as they were getting to spend time together,
Lloyd made it home two nights in a row early, two he stayed out late Wednesday night he didn't bother to come home and they were at the very last now with the smoothing off the building to get it paint he leave there early evening to go to the car mart he got her one on the seven seater that she could fit into easily he went to her early for he was with deep feelings and need he brought her flowers and chocolate strawberry sundae
He knock having the feeling it was him aliyah open up thinking he lost or misplaced his keys she open up and saw him smile at her apart of her shiver with needs he seems to be too busy to fulfill like used to, "hey" he said he held the flowers up to her she smile move from the door for him to come in,
She took the flowers and take to the stand to put in the vase then went back to him he had already strip his shirt kicked off his shoe he put them away before settling on the couch he realised aliyah didn't love the mess like his wife didn't but she went about it better seeing how often she had to clean after him he started doing things better and eventually he has gotten around she sat and he feed her aliyah got use to him doing it when ever he bought sundae home he finished the rest push the empty vessel away turning her face to deep kiss her one that got them both raging inside out she could feel him getting strong he unbuttoned the shirt she wore for him sliding his palm down her chest over her belly she lifted her legs open them as his palm slide down to fundle her he ease her off to get up for he knew loving her on the couch won't work now like before she's triple her size now he lead her to the bed room wasting no time to get it on it hasn't really been a month yet since they make out but could feel his anxiety that came out in his touch and his movements he lost control tonight and love her to the deepest point she wonder if he didn't realise where he was for he shows no mercy or regards, he held her very close as it got over he was now feeling how much he had lost control of himself tonight he didn't see it coming and bet she wasn't expecting it either aliyah thought she was giving in to him being easy it was only the second time he love her so hard tonight was harder and like he had promised it would the first time he didn't promise tonight they fall a sleep with him holding her through out the night aliyah got up in the morning still feeling sore from last night but she straightened up fix breakfast "baby" he said walking into the kitchen coming to her he kiss her shoulder for a while he stood looking at her his fingers ruffled through his hair she turn to look at him, "I lost control last night I can even remember how bad but you are ok now right?"
"Yes, yes I am" she said with cramp still in her belly he came and hold her "oh baby I've been busy I don't feel I'm even pushing enough time for you but I promise to take some time away from work to spend time with you" he said nibbles at her ears, she rub his cheek he kiss the side of her mouth, "so I'm going to rush off so I'll see you later"
Aliyah nod knowing he might not have breakfast so she didn't bother him,
She did some shopping and came back to the house then went to get mark, shelly and MarkWayne they first didn't realised it was her for she got a new ride they marvel at "lloyd bought it for me" she said then go back to her place, lloyd had promised to come but didn't neither did he call aliyah he had spoken to mark but he said nothing Saturday "lloyd didn't come home? I haven't seen him" shelly said
"He didn't come home"
"Oh yeah"
"He is probably tied up at work"
"He's on a night job now?"
Mark was hoping shelly wouldn't build up a fire for he didn't want her getting off at him for nothing
"He has something working on he had to finish"
"Something ah something that kept him out all night
"This must be important I've not seen him work nights before, and when ever he checked in he took his heated body and chocolate strawberry sundae who could resist that" aliyah said with a smirk
"So he at least told you where he's doing this over time right?"
"I know he's at that new building in rockdale on nelisa's street"
"That the house he has been working on, well I guess he must be working late then for who ever it is making it seems to be in a hurry to get it done" shelly said
Mark look at her
"I do wish them luck I still wish I've gotten it"
"Don't worry I'm sure other places is a round suitable for raising children" shelly said
"Yeah" she said though her face shows disappointment,
They got to nelisa's place at eleven odane offer mark and shelly strong alcohol drink and orange juice for aliyah and MarkWayne he too took a whiskey and join them, shelly inquired of the baby's doing and health,
Nelisa information was that she eats a lot and cries too"
"That's all there is to it now nelisa what else will they do?" Aliyah asked

The door knock odane went to get it it was lloyd they share embraced then came in greeting mark with the same embraced he lift MarkWayne who giggle at him, "uncle" he said
"It's good to see you MarkWayne" they both smile at each other, he greet shelly with a cheek kiss then nelisa as he went on to take the baby from her arm talking softly to her playing with her only to hear her laugh"
They grasp
"She's not supposed to do that she's barely a week old" nelisa said
They laugh
Lloyd put her back in nelisa's arms
"Oh that's your God father guess you already knew that right" she look at lloyd and gave a smile, "as mark you and shelly will be the next set of god parents"
"We accept" shelly said holding on to mark
Lloyd came to sat next to aliyah "hey" she greets him he smirk rest his head on her forehead as he took her fingers in his palm "Hey" he responded he kiss her fingers then slide his palm over her tummy and felt the baby move "wow that's strong"
"Her father is strong" shelly said they turn and look at shelly, "you just said her" lloyd said
"I'm just saying because nelisa got a girl"
"Let's be clear on one thing whether it's a boy or a girl it's fine with me we still going to be a family" he smile giving that kiss she wondered of,
"They want boys they all want boys" nelisa said
"It's a man's dream to father a son, but what if you can't father a son" lloyd said
"And then when girls came they became distracted for it should be a boy then they found another woman who they believed can give them son some might find them before for while you're home getting fat he's busy poking other girls" shelly said
Lloyd knew she is talking from what she experience with mark she had move on but he figured she remember
Mark look at her with wide eyes that she didn't miss,
Aliyah was already thinking that was the case with lloyd and didn't want it leading to this, she became nervous of that circumstances
"I got to us the bathroom" she said
"Need help?" Lloyd ask
"I'll manage"
He got up to help her to her feet and walked her to the steps he watched her go up before going back to sit keeping a listening ear
"Please don't talk like that" lloyd said to shelly
"What shelly asked
"You putting in any idea in her head about getting fat and someone else, hey I'm already on the line with all these late nights going home and when I'm not going at all now you want to give her an impression I'm having someoneelse"
"Shelly laugh held up her palm, "I'm sorry, but don't worry if her lips say you're having someone else her heart won't"
"She's so right" nelisa said
Lloyd got up and went to the bottom of the stairs "you alright up there baby?"
"Yeah I'm coming" he saw her and smile wait for her to come and help her off the bottom step they got back to the couch and sit there his arm remained on her tummy feeling the baby move every now and then,
Odane pour another drink for him and mark offer to lloyd who refuses
"Well this must be my q to go get ready for work" odane said
"Should be my q too I've things to finish" lloyd said he and odane got up at the same time, "can I come look around?" Aliyah ask
"Not today baby it's really kind of busy today things laying around I don't want you hurting yourself"
"I promise to be careful I just want to see it one more time"
Lloyd sat back next to her, "if you were this pregnant while your house is going up would you visit the site?" He ask
"No the most important part is that it's been done in my liking"
"You want to see some pictures it's a bit different from your last visit" he show her some pictures of the living room it was definitely how she said she wanted he's to look can't believe it, nelisa look at the pictures "this is definitely how you wanted your place to look aliyah lloyd sold your dream house"
Lloyd look up at nelisa and smile
"Don't worry baby this is just the living room and the den"
"What about the pool?" Aliyah asked
"That too"
"And the kitchen area" shelly said
"Alright I admit I'm sorry but it don't matter now right" he smile and kiss her, "I'll walk with you" mark said assuring the ladies he'll be back soon, they left and odane got ready for work he too left and the girls enjoyed the company of both kids and talking with each other mark and lloyd didn't come back and once odane came and find they weren't there he went up to the house, the bar was complete set up and stack with liquor they sat for a drink at three in the morning while the others work to finish the paint job on the third floor with in the next three days lloyd was sure it will all be over and he could finally sleep next to his woman at nights Sunday morning they went down together lloyd slept for half the day after having breakfast and after walking oneilia around the front lawn with MarkWayne next to him, the baby was a sleep when he came back inside with them, nelisa think he'll make a good dad she watch how the baby admires him every time he holds her which seems more than her father, and MarkWayne like being with him she thinks he's a good guy she remember what that lady said about Laurence saying he's one of the few good guys when she met him first he was just a sad man but now he's happy she can see that especially when he looks at aliyah, lloyd woke around midday when nelisa's and odane's parents came they left a little while later stopping by to see lloyd's parents who was rather excited to see aliyah both touching her tummy they leave going off to her parents stay for dinner as some as the families were there,
They then went back to the penthouse mark and lloyd went to the pool where they talk, shelly and aliyah tucked MarkWayne in bed then sat in the room they too have a conversation that lost up to when lloyd came to lead aliyah off to

Tuesday evening lloyd drove over to his house the one he had shared with his wide at the time he got there she wasn't home he pack his things he got there what he didn't think he'll need he put in a garbage bag for disposal monique came to find him there surprise she haven't seen him in a while "lloyd" she said

Lloyd was at the house he wanted to go home to aliyah she didn't bother to go to nelisa for she woke up in the morning feeling hard cramps she told shelly who became mindful of the fact she could be in labour watch her a lot it was hard but goes away then comes again after like an hour it continue through out the night in to morning this time close like twenty to twenty five minutes, shelly pack her things together nelisa call to checked on her and shelly told her she was thinking of taking her to the hospital, on going to the bath room her head water broke and the decision was taken to rush quickly mark call lloyd he was at the house as the man had came to installed the chandeliers and ceiling fans and he was instructing him what to do where,
"Just put them where you can" he said rushing out to his van odane drove nelisa there as she didn't want to miss it they got to the hospital and she was wheel off to labour room lloyd came just a second before she was close in and doctor hall give him the chance to stay,
"Are you ok, I know you're in pain but you can do this right"
Aliyah nod he held her hand rest his fore head on hers lending his support much as she squeezed so tightly on his fingers he bare up while she push lloyd wish he could see what the doctors were seeing with aliyah so tight he fair she would tear in all directions much as he wish to see she needed to leaned on him more so he gave her his strength it was a smooth delivery and doctor hall thank lloyd for being there she realised how much leaning on him gave her strength that she didn't made a sound, "that was easy" he said with a grin
"It's a girl" the doctor said
"Girl?!" Aliyah sounds almost disappointed "dont worry about it a girl is just fine we're good with her for now" lloyd said leaned in to kiss her "thank you" he whispered she touched his cheek with a smile doctor handover the baby to lloyd after giving him a overall he took the baby into the waiting area and they couldn't believe it on such short notice the baby was clad in white and yellow
"Is it about?" Nelisa ask
"It's a girl" lloyd said giving them a peek
He had informed both families by aliyah was to settle in her room the entire families came herside, hisside lloyd stood with the baby in the middle and his mom and aliyah's aunt meg pray it seems she love that but what else she was a church lady they put nelisa and her little girl in the family too her parents did came but a little after everyone else aliyah was glad to see them all,
"You are strong" Jessica said seeing how she just have baby and look as if she didn't,
Lloyd did went and spoke to the doctor. she said aliyah would just stay for today and first thing in the morning he could come get her,
He want to things at the house prepare he went and call the people at the store about the nursery and some one from Mabel's team to put them in place for her and he was going to pay her himself,
"Have you thought of a name yet?" Lloyd asked
"Well we can't name her lloyd" aliyah said
Lloyd laugh "no we can't"
Aliyah made a face
"Think of it till I get back"
"Get back?"
"I should go" he said
"You're leaving?" Aliyah asked
"Yes"
"But why?" She frowns
"There's something I have to take care of"
"Can't it wait?" She asked
"Until?" He asked
"Next week or next year" she mumbled
Lloyd laugh
The family didn't know how he could be leaving now of all the time but no one said anything
He lean in to peck the baby's forehead , "I'm sorry baby but it can't wait for next week much more next year" he kiss her and turn to leave
"Lloyd!" Aliyah frown he stop at the door to look at her then walk away shelly and nelisa saw when mark and odane went out behind him shelly peek to see them in the hall way what ever they were talking it was for no one here to hear, she saw lloyd lift his head but before she could move he saw her and call her nelisa followed as her mom was now holding on to oneilia and MarkWayne at her side,
"I need your help" lloyd told shelly looking at nelisa who came up
"What's going on?" She ask
"Nothing" odane said
"Well actually it's a surprise for aliyah" lloyd said
"A party?" She ask
"I've been working on her dream home that house by you"
Both nelisa and shelly grasp covered their mouth looking through wide eyes
"You were doing it for her, how come we didn't know that?" Nelisa ask
"I'm sure she's going to be excited" shelly said
"I know she wanted that house and was hoping it by her baby comes I just want to get some help packing her stuff"
"And you asking for our help" nelisa grumbled
"I'm not asking I'm saying it is needed" lloyd held up a defensive hand, "christ" he said odane and mark laugh
"We don't want to leave her now" nelisa said
"We're going to go a head and start you guys catch up later you got the keys to her car?" mark hand them to her they then left,
"Did mark and odane leave too?" Aliyah ask by this she was laying down feeling the baby who sucks mighty hard on her tit,
They been thinking of name for half hour "you could name her Halloween, for you love it so much" her mother said
They in the room cracked up with laughter
"Imagine you calling your granddaughter Halloween" nelisa mom said and they laugh,
"I like Lindsey and I like Audrey too"
"Lindsey Audrey Chadwick"
half hour more with aliyah and the girls got up to leave saying they would be back later,
But after packing and moving the things to the house to unpack they all were too tired to go back lloyd call doctor hall but already she went home but told her before leaving she had checked in and apart from fussing he didn't came back she was ok, he sigh wishing he could but call it a night and finally urge himself to fall a sleep.
