The two paid for the bracelets and headed out of the shop.
“So, how is this plan supposed to work?” Shuichi asked.
“Well just put your bracelet on and I’ll take a picture of both of our bracelets,” Kokichi said. Shuichi thought it seemed harmless and obeyed him. Kokichi took the picture and started typing something. Shuichi got curious and tried to peek at his screen.
“Nuh-uh-uh! You don’t get to see it!” Kokichi told Shuichi.
“But I said I would go along with your plan and you won’t even show me what it is?!” Shuichi cried.
“Calm down. You’ll see what it is soon." Kokichi told him.
Shuichi sighed and didn’t question anything and the two kept walking down the street, stopping at different shops. Soon, it was getting quite late and they were at their last shop. Both of them seemed fascinated by this one, which had winter-themed clothes. There was a wide variety of hats, scarves, sweaters, gloves, and jackets. They wandered around the store, intrigued by the different items. They went their separate ways to navigate through the store. Kokichi was looking at some earmuffs and scarves while Shuichi looked at beanies and gloves. After some looking for some time, Shuichi bought some gloves and Kokichi got a pair of earmuffs.
"Ready to go?" Shuichi asked.
Kokichi smiled, "Yep!"
They exited the store and got into Shuichi's car. As they were approaching Shuichi asked Kokichi,
"Did you want to hang out with me today just so I would be your dorm partner?"
"Maybe."
"Hah. Well, I probably would've chosen you anyway."
"Understandable. I wouldn't be able to deal with Kaito either."
"*sigh* You know I didn't mean that. And I thought you and Kaito were getting along."
"Yeah, we're slowly getting there."
"Alright. Well," Shuichi started as he parked the car at Kokichi's house, "Goodbye, Kokichi. See you tomorrow."
"Bye Shuichi!" Kokichi said as he got out of the car. They waved as Kokichi walked into his house and then Shuichi drove off to his house. When he arrived he took off his shoes and went into his room and went into the bathroom to take a shower. When he was done he got dressed and checked his phone. He decided to look at social media and saw something, pretty unexpected.
Kokichi had posted the picture of their bracelets.

"His boyfriend Shuichi?! He's saying we're dating?! So that was his prank..."
Shuichi sighed knowing he would have to deal with that at school tomorrow. Everyone would be questioning him and confronting him about it.
