Ghosts

Your P/O/V:

I jump and sit up staring into the dark. It felt like something cold was dripping on to my face, I shudder slightly and run my hand across it. Deciding it was just a dream I lay back down settling my head under Leon's chin and closing my eyes. After a minute a loud crash then a scream echoes down the corridor. Leon wakes up and we both stand "What was that?" I shake my head pulling on some trousers and a pair of shoes "I don't know." Leon opens the door and I grab a candle from the side lighting it, we walk along the corridor and I light a few of the torches.

Arthur and Merlin appear partially dressed and Arthur has his sword raised "We heard a scream!" I nod "We heard it to." Merlin turns to me "Did you feel anything strange?" I nod "I woke up feeling like water was dripping on to my face." He nods "I felt something similar." A servant appears running quickly "Your majesty you had better come quickly. Something attacked Lady Morgana."

We all follow the servant to Morganas quarters and I run to her side sitting next to her on the bed "Are you alright?" She nods but she looks ghostly pale "What happened" she shudders "My window blew open even though I know it was latched shut and smashed on the wall. Then I saw... I saw..." She falls silent and I wrap my arms around her "Its okay."

A cold feeling falls over the room and Morgana screams. I pull away and follow her gaze. I start backwards hitting the headboard. It can't be. He's dead. Yet he is standing in front of us by the smashed window smiling. I shake my head slightly "No you're dead." He grins and Merlin points his hand at him sending a ball of fire towards him. When it clears he is gone. "What did you see?" Arthur looks between the three of us and Leon walks over wrapping his arms around me gently "You look as though you've seen a ghost."

Merlin smiles grimly "That's because we did." Arthur turns to him taking his hand gently "Who did you see?" I continue to stare at the place where the ghost had been standing "I think you can guess." Morgana nods "Uther. It was Uther." I shiver and if possible I move closer to Leon.
