"Wow, what a house!" I said, "Your house makes my apartment back in New Jersey look teeny."
After Joe zipped into the driveway, he insisted that I not get out until he came around to open my door for me. He then grabbed my luggage out of the back of his car while I reached into the back seat to lift Camryn out of her car seat and sling my purse and carry-on over my shoulder.

As we walked into the house, Denise immediately took Camryn from me and Dani wrapped me in a big bear hug.
"Kenzie! You're here!" Dani shrieked.
"Whoa, Dani, can't...breathe!" I panted.
"Sorry," Dani let go, "I'm just so glad to see you and introduce you to my new family. Kev, this is my best friend I've told you so much about."
"Hi, Mackenzie, as you probably can guess, I'm Kevin. Dani's talked about you almost non-stop since you agreed to come help plan our wedding." Kevin introduced himself.
"Hi, Kevin, nice to meet you, but you can call me Kenzie. All my friends do." I said.
"Well, Kenzie," Denise started, while bouncing Camryn, "You've already met Joe here. These are my two younger sons, Nick and the baby of the family, Frankie. And my husband Paul.

We stood around talking for about 20 minutes with 15 minutes of that time spent with Camryn as the center of attention. Finally, Joe decided it was time to drag me into the music room to hear the song I was trying to finish.
"Alright, Kenzie, you promised that I could hear that song you wrote," Joe said, when we got to the music room and finally let go of my arm.
"Well, it's not finished. I'm not even sure if it's good at all," I said, stalling for time as I reached for my guitar case that Joe had carried in the room.
"Aw, come on, I'm sure it's great," He pleaded.
"Alright, but I need to get my song notebook that I wrote it down in." When I got back with the notebook, I set it on their piano and picked up my guitar to play my song.

"I've never actually played this song for anyone before so, I'm kinda nervous that it's not very good," I said, nervously.
"You'll do great. If you want, I'll play it on the piano with you," Joe offered.
"Yeah, I'd like that. I only have some of the notes written down. So, most of the tune I'll be winging it," I agreed, "Well, here goes." And I began to strum with Joe playing along on their piano.

Georgia Peaches:

Way Beyond the City Lights
Lies a Cowboy's Paradise.
Honeysuckle on the vine.
Growin' up on Southern Time.

Love to Dance and we love to flirt.
Ain't afraid of a little dirt.
We ain't late for Sunday church.
Momma raised us not to curse.

Our shorts a little shorter 'cause the sun's a little hotter.
Sippin' lemonade while we're playin' in the water.

Oh Whoa whoa oh whoa whoa.
Ain't nothin' sweeter than us Georgia peaches.
Oh Whoa Whoa Oh Whoa
There's a reason why the boys pick the Georgia peaches.

We grow where the grass is green.
We got home grown in our jeans.
We love country everything.
From Alan Jackson to Aldean.

Our drawl will drive you crazy when we wink and call you baby.
You don't stand a chance once you've seen a southern lady.

Oh Whoa whoa oh whoa whoa.
Ain't nothin' sweeter than us Georgia peaches.
Oh Whoa Whoa Oh Whoa
There's a reason why the boys pick the Georgia peaches.
Oh, ain't nothin' sweeter

It don't matter where you're from.
Come on in and have some fun.
We're gonna treat you like you're one of us, yeah.

Oh Whoa Whoa Oh Whoa Whoa
Ain't nothin' sweeter than Georgia peaches.
Oh Whoa Whoa Oh Whoa
There's a reason why the boys pick.
(repeat)

Ain't nothin' sweeter
Ain't nothin' sweeter
Ain't nothin' sweeter than Georgia peaches.
