The next day, Arnav was parking his bike. Kushi went inside and Arnav was on phone call. That’s when he noticed Helen coming towards him. She waited till he cut his call. After the call,

Arnav: Miss Helen, what do you want?

Helen: You, I want you.

Arnav: What rubbish?

Helen: What does that Kushi think of herself. I was believing that you guys are just friends but what kind of rubbish she is speaking?

Arnav(uninterested look): What did she speak?

Helen(mimicked Kushi): Oh god! It’s too hot. I miss him and his kiss!

Arnav(irritated): What was that?

Helen: It’s Kushi who said these. How dare you both kissed

Kushi saw this from her cabin that both were talking something seriously. But somehow, she guessed that Helen was talking about her. She giggled to herself. Let her burn.

Arnav(mind): Oh! So, this was her play.

Helen: Hello, speak to me?
She snapped at her. Arnav’s anger rose and held her finger and said

Arnav: Don’t you dare. Yes, we kissed. So what? Dare you do something and you will se the worst of me.

Helen: I will get you by hook or crook.

Just then Kushi saw Shaina seeing them and entering the office. Arnav too saw her.

Arnav: Here is your sister.
He gave a sarcastic smile.

Helen: What are you speaking?

Arnav: Don’t you understand how clearly, she is cool that her Kushi has become mine but why are you behaving like this. Leave us alone. Let us enjoy to our self.

Saying so, he left the place which confused Kushi. The way Arnav acted said something to Kushi that Arnav knew something which she too knows. She thought to ask him after Ragini’s marriage. As they would be busy with the next project, it is not easy to talk about these.

After a week, they were getting ready to board the train. They were seated comfortably. This week had been very hard for both them. The project, the sisters play, uff! Tired!

Kushi called her mother and said that she was bringing her friend for Ragini’s marriage and her mother happily welcomed him. her mother talked to him over the phone.

Arnav: Kushi? So, then?

Kushi: Then what?

Arnav: Come on, speak something. I am bored.

Kushi: Did Ragini sent you the invitation?

Arnav: Don’t speak of her, she didn’t yet.

Kushi chuckled.

Kushi: First time, I am seeing someone going to a wedding uninvited. Are you not embarrassed?

Arnav: Who is uninvited? Of course, I am invited.

Kushi: But invitation?

Arnav: She is just playing. Then why she has to tell me about her marriage. I swear that before the marriage, she will send me the invitation.

Kushi: How are you so sure?

Arnav: My instinct tells

Kushi: Err… I wanted to ask something

Arnav: Ask ask.

Kushi: Do you know that Helen and Shaina

Arnav: No, Kushi. Not here.

Kushi: Only this.

Arnav: Okay, tell me

Kushi: Just say yes or no okay?

Arnav felt weird in her words.

Kushi: Do you know they are sisters?

Arnav: Yes

Kushi: Do you know they are the daughters of CEO.

Arnav’s eye shot up and he thought how could she come to know. Seeing his reaction, Kushi’s guess was right she felt.

Kushi: Yes or no?

Arnav: Yes

He said yes bowing his head down as he couldn’t meet her eyes.

Kushi: Do you know that Helen is obsessed with you?

Arnav: Y… yes

Kushi: Do you know that they are trying to separate us?

Arnav nodded

Kushi: Yes or no?

Arnav: Ye… yes.

Kushi: How many days? How many days you knew this?

Arnav: About nearly two weeks

Kushi: And you didn’t even say a word to me other than they are sisters. That too I asked you. If I hadn’t asked, you wouldn’t have said even they are sisters, right?

Arnav: Kushi, I can expl…

Kushi showed her hand to stop his words and went out of the compartment. She went and stood near the train gate to get some peace of mind.

Kushi(mind): Why did he hid such a big thing from me? Like I said him my part, am not qualified to hear his side? Is he thinking me only so much and he tells everything to Ragini? Am I not his friend? Doesn’t he love me? Is his love only this much? Why didn’t he trust me? He trusts Ragini but not me?

Arnav came there and saw her hurt face. He was amused how did she came to know all these things. But right now, he needs to pacify her first.

At the same time, a kid ran and Kushi was almost about to fall but our hero saved her in the nick of the time. He held her and Kushi held his T-shirt tightly and her eyes were tightly closed. She slowly opened her eyes and saw Arnav’s eyes. Again, the same concern eyes. She fell for his deep eyes unknowingly. His charms were always distracting her. This time, there was a 180-degree turn. This time, Kushi was noticing Arnav’s face. his hair falling in his face which gave him a hot look. His eyes as deep as ocean, his nose – sharp as knife and his manly lips. Everything was in its place and this time, again, her heart began to race. She came back to reality thinking that he would hear her heartbeat and it would definitely embarrass her if he heard her heart beat. She pushed him and ran to their compartment and was drinking water as if she had completed a marathon. Arnav who didn’t understand anything came to the compartment and saw she was arranging her side to get ready to sleep.

Kushi: I am off to sleep. I will wake you up at the right station.

Arnav: Kushi, can we tal…

Kushi: I feel sleepy. Good night.

Arnav went away sadly and went to the place where Kushi was standing before. That’s when he got his phone call from his parents. After speaking, he was somehow good and then again Ragu called him.

Ragu: Have the train started?

Arnav: Yes, Ragu

Ragu: Ahem, you got a chance with Kushi to be alone, not bad.

Arnav: We had a misunderstanding.

Ragu laughed vigorously.

Arnav: Why are you always laughing on my problems?

Ragu: Be happy Arnav, these are all the symptoms of love. Fighting and misunderstanding is the first step to love.

Arnav smiled at her words and then said

Arnav: Don’t give me hope.

Ragu: Let’s see. Okay now, sleep stop thinking of it. She will be back. She just needs some time.

Arnav: I knew, now sleep soon. I don’t want you to look like a ghost in your wedding. Already you seem to be like one.

Ragu: Not funny.

She cuts the call and Arnav was gazing at the moon.

There, Kushi was upset at herself how rude she behaved with Arnav. But then she remembered the scene where Arnav held her waist. She felt tingling sensation in her and some weird feelings were arising in her. She smiled and blushed at her when she was admiring him.

Kushi (mind): OMG! How calm he is in my matter? Does he love me so much? How can he be calm with me alone? I don’t know what is happening to me. I feel kind of provoking him but I am provoking myself.

She remembered Helen and giggled at her irritated expression. Now a days, she didn’t care about Shaina but Helen. She took a vow that she will help Arnav to get rid of her.

Kushi(mind): But did he ask my help or did he say that he is not interested in Helen. Should I ask him to get my help. That would be embarrassing to ask and let him come and ask me.

Arnav came and saw her murmuring something to herself and then she closed the eyes when she saw him coming. He saw closing her eyes as soon as she saw him and he smiled seeing her cute reactions. Expression queen! He went to his bed opposite to Kushi’s. He was admiring his Kushi who was sleeping like a baby. He was super-duper happy as he didn’t expect that he would travel in train with her alone. He thanked for that butterfly effect. Who thought that he would get such an opportunity! He smiled at his angel.

Here Kushi slightly opened his eyes and saw him admiring her. She felt her heart skip a beat when she saw him starring at her like he would kill her with all his killing look. She shivered at his sight and turned the other side with heated cheeks. She pulled her bedsheet to her face and somehow managed to sleep with a smiling face dreaming about the recent incident.
