Arnav entered the office with a file in his hand. He asked his PA to come.
Arnav: Harish, make sure the sales department finishes the work on time, the client may be here any time. The CEO is pressurizing me.
Harish: They have completed the work sir.
Arnav: Then ask the software and sales department’s head to submit the report. Tell Ms. Helen to come and meet me.
Harish: Sure sir.
Kushi, sales department head-Miss Swetha and Helen entered.
Arnav: Miss. Kushi, kindly assist this new comer Miss Helen how to file a report. Take this.
Kushi: I didn’t submit any report sir. The report is with me.
Kushi took the report from Arnav and opened and shocked
Kushi: Sir, this was just the draft, the real one is with me, take this sir
Arnav: Miss Helen, how come this came to you.
Helen: I thought Kushi mam left it without submitting so, I helped her in completing her work.
Arnav: You should ask your team head before you do something.
Helen: I wanted to have me in your good books
Arnav: Why should I think of you as a good girl if you do such things and why you want me to think like that.
Helen: F.. for m.. my promotion. Yes, promotion.
Arnav: Don’t try to fly as soon as possible you should try to climb to reach the height and then fly.
Helen: Sorry sir
Arnav: Miss Kushi submit and go. You too, Miss Swetha.
The three left out of the cabin. Thank god, the CEO pressurized him, otherwise, he would be under the Kushi effect. He was sincerely reading the report given by them.
Outside the cabin, Kushi furiously went to her cabin.
Shaina sensing her angry avatar, she went to her and asked. Kushi explained it as Helens mistake.
Helen: Sorry, Kushi. I did it unintentionally.
Kushi: Your one small mistake will lead to company’s loss and my reputation.
Shaina: It’s okay leave her, she is just a fresher.
Kushi: Fresher has to act like one not like she knows everything. There are so many freshers but they are not like her.
Shaina: She is not them; she is Helen.
Kushi: Why are you supporting her suddenly?
Shaina: It’s just she is a fresher.
Kushi: Whatever.
At the evening, Arnav was taking his bike from the parking slot. Kushi ran to him and stood front of him panting.
Kushi: Am sorry, it was purely my mistake
Arnav: No, it was Helen’s mistake don’t worry.
Kushi: No, I meant yesterday’s incident.
Arnav: oh!
Kushi: I am sorry. I really didn’t mean to do that.
Arnav: It’s fine. I don’t want to talk about it.
Kushi clearly understood his stance. She knew he was disappointed by her. But what could she do, she has to do it and she had no other way.
