I get in the car and turn the radio on. A bunch of adversiments related with Christmas were being done. The streets of Leeds were decorated in the last week of November and everything was ready for 24th December. Within 5 minutes I get to the university. I leave the car, putting on my gloves. It was freaking cold. The thermometer marked -2°C. I saw that a short girl wearing an Eskimo parka and brown Timberland boots who almost reached her knees. It was my girlfriend. I grab her hand and pull her to my body, kissing her.

"Good morning beautiful." I whisper holding her hands.

"Good morning babe." She smiles. We walk hand in hand till the entrance door. "It's so fucking cold!"

"Yes it is. But think: only 3 days till the holidays." I smile opening and holding the door open for her to go in.

"Yes and then we'll be able to spent some days only with each other!" She says, visibly excited. We find a free radiator.

"And I just can't wait." I say and peck her cold lips.

"Your lips are cold..." She giggles between the kiss.

"Yours are as well..." I take a look at her. Her nose was red, she had dark circles around her eyes and her hair was frizzy.

"I know I look horrible." She blurts out. "Curly hairs get all frizzy because of humidity and that shit."

"I find frizzy hairs pretty sexy..." I wink at her, making her slightly blush. I lean in and kiss her again. The noisy bell rings interrupting our kiss.

"Fuck..." She mumbles sounding pretty annoyed.

"Enjoying the moment weren't we?" I tease her.

"Don't brag yourself, Daniel..." She says and hides her face. I know she's smiling like an idiot. I try to kiss her cheek but she turns her face and our lips meet. We pull away and look into each other's eyes.

"Come on! We have to go!" She grabbed my hand and dragged me to the class. I can tell she enjoyed it, 'cause there was a soft smirk on his face.

We left the German class, hand in hand. It was the last one. We were supposed to present a work about the World War II in the begginings of January so we better do it during the holidays.

"You're so nervous, babe." He whispered and sweetly kissed my cheek.

"How do you know that?" I asked him.

"I can perfectly hear your heartbeats and they're just as fast as when you're nervous..." I blushed at this. He knew me too well. "That's how I know."

"I'm just a little bit anxious about the English lit test..." I admit. We stop walking and he holds my hands.

"Sweety, you're very intelligent and I've seen you working so hard the whole term" He tells me. "You will surely do well at this test." He adds looking me in the eyes.

"What if my mind goes blank?" I whisper, nerves taking control.

"It won't. You just have to calm down. If you want to revise, we'll revise. I just want to see you okay." I melted at his last words.

I nodded and agreed. We make our way to the library, him holding my hand very tight, making me feel incredibly safe.

"Aren't you nervous?" I ask, looking up.
