Confusing

So here's what you missed on Somewhere Only We Know. Kurt stopped Karofsky from beating up Blaine. But Kurt didn't really understand why Karofsky was trying to because Kurt thought they were friends, which Blaine thought was ridiculous, and it kinda was. Kurt found out that Blaine was gay but still thinks Blaine doesn't like him. Both boys are so oblivious! Blaine was drunk and they slept in the same bed again. Everyone's just counting down till the day they get together. And that's what you missed on Somewhere Only We Know! 

"Okay guys! Regionals is coming up and we need to start preparing. We have a great group number and then I was thinking we could also do a solo and a duet. So, this week we're going to pick the person who is going to do the solo! Any volunteers?" Mr Schue explained. Rachel immediately stood up with her award-winning smile. 

"As I have the best voice, I think that it makes sense for me to sing the solo." she exclaimed. Kurt couldn't help but roll his eyes. Yes, he loved Rachel but he also really enjoyed putting her in her place. He raised his hand. 

"I also want the solo." he said proudly. Song choices were already running through his head. Kurt loved a good competition and he was already excited. 

"I'd like a chance to audition too!" Blaine exclaimed. Kurt peered over his shoulder at the boy sitting at the back of the choir room and suddenly his song choice was clear. 

The next day.....

"Today we are going have our possible soloists audition and then tomorrow we'll put it to a vote. First up is Rachel, then Blaine, then Kurt." Mr Schue explained. Rachel got up and walked to the front of the room. 

"This song is dedicated to Finn. I love you and you mean so much to me." The music started and everyone became entranced by her amazing voice as usual.

Everyone applauded as Rachel hurried back to her seat. It wasn't her best solo but it was still pretty good. "Blaine, you have the floor." Mr Schue said as Blaine got up. He smiled softly at Kurt before beginning his song.
