{TS: 1 Week}
The week came and went quickly, a little too quickly for everyone's liking. Everyone basked in the short lived sense of normalcy and serenity. As the days passed the feeling of anxiousness grew in Taehyung. He absolutely loved spending time with Yoongi and Namjoon, though he couldn't help but think about the many 'what if's' that plagued his mind.
He sighs as he looks out the bedroom window, the first snowfall of the season started last night and is still falling that morning. Winter is his favorite season of the year, yet he can not put a smile on his face as the worries flood his brain.
He is worried about his mate, as the week passed it is clear to the both of them that Jungkook would most likely have to take the Neutralizers. He is worried about the others. He worries that they will be found and not come back.
He knows that most likely nothing will happen to them, yet he can not help himself to think the worst. He does not want anything to happen to the people he loves and holds dear to his heart.
"Taehyung everything will be okay." Jungkook says as he walks over to his mate, wrapping his arms around the younger's waist. "I know but...I just...I just can't help it, Jungkook." He replies relaxing into the Alpha's chest that is pressed against his back, letting his head fall onto his shoulder. The elder holds the younger tighter, sensing the anxiousness that rolls off of taehyung in waves.
"I just want everything to go back to the way it was. Before all of this, before I was pregnant. I want the normalcy back, Jungkook." Taehyung states, sniffling at the end as he feels his nose burn from holding back tears. "I want it back too, Tae. Though if I had the choice I would involve the pup." The Alpha replies. The young Omega chuckles at his mate's response before turning his head to look at him. "I would involve the pup too."
"I know that there is a lot of uncertainty right now, but after this mating season we will put Shein and all involved in the ring behind bars or on the ground. After all of that we will be able to focus on ourselves and start a family." Jungkook says, causing a smile to finally make its way onto Taehyung's face. "I can't wait. I'll even take the morning sickness."
Taehyung starts to chuckle as he thinks about what Jungkook said several weeks ago. The Alpha looks at his mate confused at what the younger thinks is so funny. "I can't believe you were right when you told me I would miss the morning sickness." He explains seeing the confusion written all over his mate's face, chuckling a bit more after the sentence. "Well I'm always right."
"Ha! As if!" The omega exclaims laughing at his mate's words. "Uh excuse me I am always right." He argues. "Yeah and the sun is cold." The younger replies causing Jungkook to look at his mate in a mixture of shock and disbelief. "Close your mouth, flies will get in."
