Taehyung smiles as he places ornament on a large Christmas tree in the grand ballroom, he's excited about the Christmas ball him and Jungkook decided to host. They want to start new traditions in which the young Queen proposed hosting a ball for Christmas. A chance for all of the packs to come and have a wonderful time, to catch up with old friends and make new ones, for young wolves to find their mates that aren't in the their packs.
The room is filled with the smell of the freshly cut pine tree, reminds the Omega of his mate. Soft jazz music plays in the background, though it gets interrupted as sounds of running feet flood the ballroom. "Papa! Papa! Save us!" A little boy shouts, Taehyung looks down from the ladder to see his two beautiful twins Selene and Dal, both meaning moon. His mate close behind chasing them. He couldn't help but chuckle as he watches Jungkook chase around their twins.
"Hey be careful around the ladder." The Alpha says watching the two pups get too close to the ladder that his mate was standing on, not wanting them to accidentally hit it. Taehyung climbs down placing the box of ornaments on the ground, they opted for shatterproof ornaments due to the kids. Jungkook walks over to the younger, his crown long gone due to chasing the kids around the palace, he is not sure where he left it at either but he knows it will be found eventually. "So what do you think?" Taehyung asks.
The King looks up and smiles seeing the beautifully decorated tree, as well as the beautiful decorations that line the ballroom ceiling and walls. "It is beautiful." He states. "I have two ornaments left and two spots that the kids can reach if we pick them up." Taehyung states and picks them up. "Dal. Selene. Come here please." The young Omega says gaining the twins attention. They run up to their parents wondering why they were called.
Taehyung squats down to their level handing each of them an ornament. "I need help hanging these last two up, can you two do that?" He says. "Yes!" They exclaim at the same time causing the parents to chuckle. The young Omega picks up Selene while Jungkook picks up Dal. They lift them up high and smile when they place the ornaments, not exactly where the Queen wanted them but it's good enough to them. Once they set the two back down on the ground they are back to playing around.
"You know we have four days until the Christmas ball, I was thinking. How about we go and stay a few days at the cabin. All of us." Jungkook suggests as he wraps his arms around the younger's waist, resting his head on Taehyung's shoulder. "That sounds nice, a little family getaway. Oh and we can stop by the Acutana tribe and let them play with Gyo." The Queen states. "I'm sure they would love it." The Alpha says. "Well why don't you go and finish chasing them, and finding your crown and I'll pack the bags. I'm finished in here except for some garland that needs to be put up."
"Sounds like a deal. I'll see you later love." Jungkook says as he kisses the younger's cheek. A soft sigh escapes the Omega's mouth, he looks around the ballroom. The Alpha back to chasing the twins though this time he scoops them up making them laugh. Bright happy smiles on their faces as they squeal at the fact that their daddy caught them. Taehyung feels his heart swell with happiness as tears of joy roll down his face. He's gotten his dream, the perfect yet imperfect mate, the pups, a loving family. He has it all. He is truly rich in happiness.

Both the parents sigh as they lay on the couch, it's now midnight. Both twins are asleep in the loft upstairs with the promise of going to the Acutana tribe tomorrow since they arrive late. It's cold outside but due to the fire crackling away in the fireplace it's very warm and toasty. Jungkook absentmindedly draws random circles on the younger's naked back while Taehyung draws little hearts on the Alpha naked chest.
Clothes are scattered around the living room, the two not caring where it was placed as they know the twins sleep like the dead. "Jungkook." Taehyung says gaining a hum for a response. "What do you think about a new addition to the family?" He asks causing the Alpha to open his closed eyes. "What like a dog?" He asks causing the younger to chuckle. "No, not a dog. I'm talking about another pup." Taehyung states. "Oh...well I mean we already have the best of both worlds, but I wouldn't mind. Especially seeing you pregnant again. I was so happy being able to come home and just listen to their heartbeats."
Taehyung smiles as he listens to his mate ramble about how happy pregnant Taehyung made him, and how happy he is that the twins are born and healthy. "Well I have an early Christmas present for you." The younger states. "Oh really? I thought the sex we just had was an early Christmas present." The elder states, causing Taehyung to chuckle. "No, your Christmas present is the ability to come home everyday and hear an unborn pups heartbeat." The Omega states causing Jungkook to sit up bring Taehyung with him.
"Wait are you?" He asks. The younger nods his head 'yes' before smiling wide. "I'm pregnant Jungkook." Taehyung says causing the Alpha to hug his mate tightly, words can not describe how happy the Alpha is, the joy that he feels is insane. He never thought he would hear those words again most because like he said they had 'the best of both worlds' a little boy and a little girl. Though he doesn't care what gender or rank this pup will have he'll love it just the same as he does the other two. "I mean the timing is kind of perfect. Three years isn't a huge age gap but it's also not too small of an age gap either." Taehyung explains.
"How many weeks are you?" Jungkook asks. "Well this one snuck up on me. I didn't find out until a few days ago. I'm already six weeks pregnant. I should be showing soon, probably within another week." He explains. "So that means I could possibly already hear the heartbeat?" The Alpha asks. "Most likely." The Omega replies. A squeal leaves Taehyung's mouth as he feels his body get moved upward, closer to Jungkook's face as the Alpha has already placed his ear on the younger's stomach.
A soft gasp leaves Jungkook's mouth as a smile forms on his lips. Taehyung knows that his mate hears the heartbeat. "It's so tiny and unusual, and faint, yet so beautiful and magical." He says, causing the younger to chuckle. "Merry Christmas my love." Taehyung says before placing a soft kiss on the elders hair.
