October 2nd, 20XX

After nearly 7 hrs of sitting on top of the watch tower and keeping a look out for anyone suspicious, Reena got a signal from Rambo.

"Me and a friend are bringing back some cars." He said in a weirdly monotone voice.

Reena was excited to hear someone after waiting so long with nothing happening. "Okay, I'll be watching." She radioed back in a happy tone.

An hour passed and finally Rambo and his buddy pulled up to the gate entrance for the vehicles. Reena wasted no time getting down the stairs in the watch tower and going to the gate to open it. Once she unlocked  the large gate, she pulled it out and let them in. When they were in she replaced the lock and looked over at them.

Rambo got out of the car and his mystery of a friend got out just behind him. Reena ran over with a smile on her face like a child seeing the first wrapped presents of the Christmas season and looked at them. "Welcome back! Did anything interesting happen?"

"Nah..." Rambo said abruptly nearly interrupting her. She raised as eyebrow at this as he seemed more... intense... than usual.

Reena tried to converse with him over the course of 15 minutes but she could tell she was doing nothing but annoying him. She finally gave up and bitterly went back to the top of the main watch tower in the middle of the courtyard and planted herself right back on the stool she had already been at for 7 hours.

Deciding she deserved a break, she pulled out her puzzle book Lea had found her and began writing in it. As she focused on the puzzles, she didn't catch the footsteps walking up behind her.

Her instincts kicked in at the last minute as the footsteps stopped but was quickly proceeded by a shotgun cocking and just as she was about to raise up and look behind her, all the air in her lungs left and she felt a hard slam against her back. She fell to the ground, off the stool, and her puzzle book fell over edge of the watchtower.

She managed to keep herself conscious through the pain and gasping for air but her vision was blurry and her ears rang as she heard distorted laughter behind her, someone was talking behind her yet she couldn't make out the voices through the ringing in her ears. She attempted to turn around while she reached for the radio but that only greeted her with a taser to the neck.

Bolts of electricity shot through her and weak breathy screams followed the pain as she writhed in pain for a moment before falling over limp.
