I stumbled out of bed this morning, disoriented by the lack of sunlight seeping through the window and general tiredness.

I should have been used to waking up at six in the morning, but then again who really wants to? Weird people, that's who.

I enjoyed my shower quite nicely as it woke me up. I rubbed at my eyes, occasionally staring mindlessly at the translucent glass of the large shower cubicle.

It was quiet, nothing but the sounds of the water hitting my body and the walls around me.

That empty feeling returned as I scrubbed at my skin, thinking briefly about how much I missed being handled with care. I was crazy to wish it, but I wanted him to be here with me.

I wanted to feel his hands on my body, treating it like porcelain as he washed me.

I was given an apartment much too big for my liking. It was modern and tasteful, but lacked the feeling of home I wanted to feel. The kitchen wasn't stocked like I'd hope, and the only minimal food it had were necessities like bottled water, milk, and eggs and some fruit.

Hopefully later I can do some grocery shopping, because this is a joke. I pulled out the fruit that sat in the back of my fridge, a container of blueberries as I studied the label on the thing. All apartments must be similar then, wonderful.

I situated myself in front of the large television screen and crossed my legs with the container sitting in my lap. I had over an hour left to kill, and a little SpongeBob didn't hurt anybody.

Someone arrived at the door just as the episode began. I stood up and made my way towards the door, "Coming!" I said, wiping my fruity fingers on my leggings before opening it.

I resisted jumping into his arms, "Harry, hey," I felt my chest constrict as I took in the man standing at the door. "What are you doing here?" My heart screamed as his lips curved upward in a small smile while his hair fell to his cheek in long tresses. He looked like a dream.

"I uh, brought you breakfast." He said, the both of us looking down at the plastic bag in his hands. "I thought we could eat together or something you know if you haven't eaten breakfast yet or something." He trailed off. "Or you can eat it alone or something."

The SpongeBob theme song overpowered my silence, causing Harry to grin as I hid my face behind the door. "Are you watching SpongeBob?" He asked, poking my sides as I whined. "Stop that." I backed away in attempt to elude his fingers.

I opened the door wider for him, "I was before you came. Come in then." I said, walking away from the door and shaking my head at my awkward self as I went ahead and sat back down on the sofa. I looked towards Harry who followed after me.

His eyes darted around my apartment before locking on me. I patted the empty space next to me and sent him a reassuring smile. "Come." I said as he silently sat down next to me and placed the plastic bag in front of us on the coffee table.

I watched as he leaned back into the couch again and draped his arm over his face. I turned my attention back to the plastic bag and rummaged through its contents. I grinned stupidly at the company name etched into the takeout containers, glancing over at Harry momentarily as I felt my heart flutter.

"Isn't it too early for dumplings?" I asked.

"It's never too early for dumplings." He sighed, unmoved as he spoke. I nodded to myself as I opened the takeout.
