It was nine when Brendon finally awoke, the smell of eggs and bacon wafting into the bedroom, and he softly heard Ryan's cartoons from the living room downstairs. He kept his sweatshirt on from the night before, feeling too lazy to put on his binder and feeling safer knowing that Ryan was awake now too.

"Joshie?" He heard Ryan ask. A hum came in response, "What's your job?" Brendon reached the bottom of the stairs, smiling as he saw a plate of eggs for him on the kitchen island, the other two laying on the makeshift bed Josh slept on.

"I'm a code analyst. That means I make sure computers work correctly." He explained softly to the younger, a hum in reply.

Brendon brought his plate over and sat on the chair which Josh originally sat the night before. Ryan looked over and smiled, a large light purple sweatshirt draping their small frame.

"Daddy!" Ryan exclaimed, going to move off Josh, finding themself trapped by Josh's arms. They pouted trying to move Josh's arms, their arms flailing, the extra-long sleeves moving with no real direction.

"Let your daddy eat little, then go over." Josh kissed Ryan's forehead the same way he did Brendon not even twelve hours before. Brendon smiled at the thought. Ryan mumbled an ok then cuddled back into Josh. It truly was an adorable sight. their head on Josh's chest, arms wrapped around his torso and vice versa. "I'm going to have to leave in an hour." Josh broke the silence, Brendon nodding- mumbling a quiet me too- Ryan continued to pout but said nothing.

When Brendon finished his eggs he moved the plate onto the side table and held his arms open for Ryan. The little jumping up and running to their daddy, the sweatshirt falling over their thighs as they straddled him. As soon as they got onto his lap they saw Brendon hesitate, as he always did when not wearing a binder.

"Is oay daddy, yous handsome as aways." Brendon smiled, a twinkle in his eyes, pulling Ryan closer into his body. "I wove you." Ryan kissed brendons cheek, laying into him, their hands meeting around Brendon's back, hidden beneath the sleeves.

"I love you too prince."

When it was time for Josh and Brendon to leave, Ryan began to have a hard time. It was always hard when Brendon left, but two people leaving them alone now? Oh Ryan was having the worst time of their life. While that was an overstatement, it seemed they were letting go around Josh, maybe forgetting he was even there.

"No! You can't leave me!" Ryan cried, Brendon stood in front of the counter, practically leaning on it like a lifeline - both working men had changed about thirty minutes prior to this endeavor. He rubbed the bridge of his nose where his glasses used to leave countless marks.

"Ry, we've done this countless times, what's so different now?" Ryan just screamed in reply and Brendon looked at Josh with a pleading look. "Look I know you're not his dom but /please/ Josh. Just say something." Josh looked at him and smiled pitifully, nodding.

"Ryan." Josh walked over to where Ryan screamed on the floor, tears streamed their cheeks, their eyes red. "Sweetheart look at me." Ryan cried again. "That wasn't an option, little." Ryan immediately looked up at Josh. "C'mere." Ryan slowly sat up and moved to sit on Josh's knee. "What's wrong Ry." He softly asked the smaller, harsher undertones cutting through.

Ryan shook their head. "Words Ryan." Josh gripped Ryans chin, searching for eye contact to try and get a point across.

"Don leave me pease." Ryan mumbled as they fell into Josh's chest. Josh looked to Brendon and let out a silent aw. "Come back ni-night."

"I'll have to ask Brendon, little. But your Daddy leaves every morning, why's today so different?" Ryan shrugged. "Okay Ry. You have both our numbers, it'll be alright." They nodded, and after hugging Josh slowly walked over to Brendon.
