chapter twenty

The next day, I had a free period in the morning, so I decided to spend my free time in the common room. I walk into the the common room, as I wore my white robe, while my hair was in a messy bun. I crossed my arms over my chest as I stood in front of the fireplace.

I look at the ground, when I get scared by Adrian's voice, "So your skipping classes this year?"

I turn around as I sigh in relief , "Must you scare me like that?" I mumble. He was wearing his Slytherin uniform, as it sat nicely on him.

Why does he look so fucking cute?

He smirks as he walks towards me, "Sure, why not?"

I roll my eyes, when he stands next to me, "So why aren't you in class?" He asks.

"I got a free period, so I decided to stay here" I mumble, "Why aren't you in class?"

"I have a free period as well.." He says.

I nod, "Well, I'm going to stay in here, till after lunch, when I have potions.." I say.

He nods, "Or, we can go to the library, and we can hangout there.." He mutters.

I groan, "I'm not bothered getting dressed.." I mumble.

He shakes his head, "If your not bothered, then I'm going to go get your clothes then-" He says as he begins to walk towards my dormitory. I quickly rush in front of him, "Wait, wait! No! It's okay!" I quickly say.

He looks down at me, "Are you going to get dressed or not?"

I smirk, "No"

He rolls his eyes as he continues to rush to my dormitory. I was trying to catch up to him but he was too fast. I was praying my door locked so he wouldn't be able to enter, but then I thought, what am I hiding in there from him?

He reaches my dorm, as he enters. I enter after him, when he looks around the room, "Your dormitory is so big, what the fuck" He says.

I nod, "Well I share it with another 3 people, it's not easy"

He chuckles a little as he walks around the room a little, observing the room, till he walks towards my closet. "Wait-" I say before he opens my closet. I groan as I fall on my bed, laying my head on the sheets.

Adrian looks at every single dress that was hanged up, as he pulls them out to observe them, making little comments on each dress.

He pulls out a black silk mini dress, when he widens his eyes, "I think the school would burn this if they saw this in your closet" He says.

I chuckle, "Do you like that one as well?" I ask.

He smirks, "I like all of them, although they're all so short" He mumbles as he places the black dress back in the closet. I smile, "Yeah, I like my short dresses, problem?"

His smirk grows, "No, no problem, just don't blame me once you get caught breaking the dress code"

I roll my eyes, "I only got these dresses for parties, that's all" I say.

He nods, "Parties?"

"Hangouts as well.." I mumble.

"Hangouts?" He says.

"Yes, hangouts" I say. He chuckles a little before he pulls out my Slytherin robe with my shirt, tie and grey jumper. He pulled out the black skirt with my uniform, when he smirks again a little. He places all of my uniform on my bed, as he looked down at them before he looked at me, "What?" I smirk.

He smiles a little as he shakes his head a little, "Nothing. Are you going to get dressed or are you going to make me dress you?" He asks.

I roll my eyes again, "No, I think I can get dressed on my own" I smirk as I get off my bed. I grab the uniform clothes, and walk into the bathroom to change.

After I got dressed, I walked outside the bathroom, as I took out my hair from the messy bun. I placed some jewellery on, before I placed my shoes on. "Are you ready?" He asks. I grab my bag before I nod, when we exit my dormitory.

"Adrian! Stop it!" I say as Adrian continues to tickle me in my seat. I continued to laugh, as he laughed with me, as he continues to tickle me. I look around the room, as some students were looking at us, "Adrian, stop it! Everyone is looking at us.." I say as I smile.

He tickles me a little more before he stops, "Alright whatever.." He sits back up in his seat, as he looks back down at his book. I playfully hit his arm as I smile, when he turns his head slowly to look back at me, without a smile on his face.

My smile grew as he just stared at me, "What?" I say before he begins to tickle me again. I laugh even more than before, "Adrian! Stop!" I managed to say.

He laughs a little before he stops, "Your no fun"

I roll my eyes, "Yeah, because were in the fucking library and people are trying to study.."

He groans, "Who cares? Let loose Blackwood.."

"No, Pucey.." I smirk.

He rolls his eyes, before we continue to talk. We have been in the library for about 2 hours, before it was already lunch. "Come on, lets go" He says as he stands out of his seat. I whine, "I'm not bothered to get up"

"It seems like your not bothered to do anything today" He says.

I couldn't help but smile before he stands next to me, when he sticks his hand out. I sigh as I place my hand in his, as I grab my bag.

Surprisingly, we continue to hold hands the whole way to the Great Hall as we continued to talk. As we walked down the halls, we swung our hands in the air as we laughed a little, till we entered the Great Hall.

"I guess I'll see you around" Adrian says as he smiles. I nod before he lets go of my hand, as he walks over to his friends.

I sigh as I watch him talk to his friends, while I observe every little thing he does. The way he runs his hands in his hair, the way he makes eye contact with them once speaking to his friends, it was all.. so perfect..

"Falling, are we?" I hear Bella whisper behind me. I turn my head as she stands next to me, as she looks at Adrian as well. I sigh again, "Slowly.." I mumble.

She smirks, "You'll get him one day.." She says as we continue to look at him, "But the thing is, when? I've been talking to him for months now, why hasn't he said anything to me?" I whisper.

She nods, "It will all come in time, I promise" She says. I notice Adrian was talking another girl from Slytherin, as they were both laughing with each other. The girl had black short hair, as she wore glasses. She had a lot of freckles, while she had brown eyes. Bella noticed I was staring unfortunately, "Jealous now?" Her smirk grows.

I roll my eyes, "No, I'm not jealous.." I mutter as I begin to walk closer to the Slytherin table. I pass by Adrian, as we both lock eyes with each other, till I was behind him, as I continued to walk closer to our friend group. I take a seat next to Alexa, as I look down at the table.

Everyone spoke about their classes for the day, as I stayed quiet, while I ate, as I looked down at the table, "Mila, why are you so quiet?" Flint asks.

I lift my head up, as they were all looking at me, "Huh?" I mumble.

Alexa chuckles a little, "Your so quiet today, why is that?" She asks.

"Uhh.." I mutter before I meet eyes with Bella, "No reason" I say. They all nod, as the continue to talk.

I turn my head a little, when I meet eyes with the girl who was talking to Adrian before. She gives me a small smile, so I decided to give her one, before I looked back down at the table.
