chapter thirty one

A week follows on, as everyday of the week has been a headache. Draco has been starting arguments with Pansy everyday over the dumbest things, as Pansy always come back crying to us. He either pushes her away or insults her or dosent even show emotion towards her, and she gets so heartbroken. Then after not even an hour, they're literally best friends again, as if nothing happened between them. We all had our usual classes, as it was less than a month till the Yule ball.

I was walking towards the Great Hall for lunch, when I accidentally bumped into Adrian. "Oh my god-" I look up when I see Adrian looking down at me. I sigh, "Hi"

"Hey" He smirks.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-" I begin.

"Hey, it's fine, I was looking for you anyways.. I wanted to talk to you.." He says.

I nod slowly before I chuckle, "Well you found me, what's up?" I say.

He sighs as he looks at the ground before he looks back up at me, "Listen, you don't have to honestly.. but I just thought if.. like.. fuck-" He mutters.

I smirk a little as I thought of what he may about to say. He kept stammering and mumbling on his words, "Adrian" I cut him off.

"Huh?" He says.

"Calm down.." I smile.

He chuckles a little he takes a deep breath, "Alright, would you like to be my date to the Yule ball? I mean we can go as friends, or we can go as.. something more.. it's up to you honestly" He says.

I try and calm myself down as I widen my eyes a little, "Uhh.. yeah of course, I'd be honoured" I smile.

I see the smile on his face forming again, "Okay! Great! Thank you!" He says.

I nod a little, "I have to go, as we have Quidditch training, I'll see you around soon?" He says.

I nod again, "Yeah sure, of course" I say before he smiles and walks away. I tried to calm myself down, as I literally just got asked to be Adrian's date to the Yule ball.

"He literally asked you?!" Bella shrieks.

I nod, "Yeah! He did!" I say.

Alexa and Bella shriek in their seats as they grin, "So, now that you got your date, what're you going to be wearing?" Alexa asks.

I sigh, "I'm not sure, I guess we all have to go shopping In Hogsmeade" I mumble.

They both nod, "So tell me, how does it feel to be having the most hottest boy on Hogwarts grounds as your date?" Bella asks.

I chuckle a little, when I lift my head up, and see Adrian looking straight at me. I widen my eyes, as he smirks a little, "I mean, he's totally gorgeous right? And everyone adores him here, I mean do you know how rich his mother is?" Bella continues to speak.

"Bella.." I mumble as I keep my eyes still on Adrian.

"What?" She says once she turns her head and looks right across at Adrian. She gasps when she goes frozen as she continues to look at him. Alexa and I both laugh as Adrian walks towards us, near the fireplace. "Glad to know you think like that Zabini, really brings out the best in me" He smirks.

"Oh yeah right I think like that, I was just saying those stuff to encourage Lucinda to date you-"

"Bella!" I yell as Adrian laughs. "What?! I'm just saying the truth!" She yells.

I sigh as Adrian sits down in the seat across from us. "Well, I'm just saying, you two are probably going to be in the papers soon enough" She continues.

"Bella, please stop-" I mumble.

She rolls her eyes, "Fine," She looks across at Alexa then back at me, "But how cute are you guys going to look! I mean you both dressed up and all! How cute!" She shrieks.

Adrian and I both give her a stern look, "Okay I'm sorry, I promise I'll stop now.." She says.

I smile a little when I met eyes with Adrian. We continued to look at each other for a little till he stood up, "Alright, well I'm going to head out, I'll see you three tomorrow" He says.

We all nod, "Bye!" Bella and Alexa say as he walks towards the boys dormitory's. I didn't know what I was thinking at the time, but I just stood up, and immediately followed him. I quickly rushed down the stairs, till I saw him again. "Adrian!" I call out. He turns around as he looks at me, "Mila? What's up? Did you need some-"

He got cut off as I immediately placed my lips on his. I couldn't take it anymore, I needed him, wanted him. He placed both of his hands on either side of my face as he continued to kiss me. He slowly pushed me backwards, till I very softly touched the wall. "This isn't a make-out spot Blackwood" I hear Draco say. I straight away took my lips off Adrian and opened my eyes, when I saw Draco standing behind Adrian.

Adrian chuckles a little, "Where were you at practice?" He asks.

"Oh, I just got busy with my little fucking annoying girlfriend, literally never leaves me alone anymore, she's always just.. there.. in my face, and it's so annoying" Draco says.

I roll my eyes, "That's because she's in love with you" I mumble.

"Well, I don't love her back, sorry to say that" He says.

I scoff, "Some healthy relationship.." I mumble.

"Oh shut up Blackwood, I'm pretty sure you're going to be in some toxic relationship, and then you'll maybe understand. Oh wait, that's if you actually.. get.. into a relationship.." He smirks.

I couldn't help but throw my hand towards his face to slap him, when he immediately grabs my hand just before it touched his face. "What the fuck did I say about slapping me Blackwood?" He mutters.

"I didn't slap you" I say.

"Oh don't act smart with me Blackwood," He throws my hand, "You were about to" He says.

I groan, "Honestly, I don't have time to be arguing with a little 2 year old like you, so I'm going to go," I turn to look at Adrian, "Night," I look at Draco, "I hope you die in your sleep" I spit out before I turn around and walk towards the girls dormitory's.
