chapter fourteen

About 2 months have passed by, and things were going pretty well. Adrian and I have gotten close, as we see each other at least once a week. Surprisingly, we have a lot in common. Adrian was really nice, and he understood me, that's what I liked about him. There were times he would give me a compliment without realising, but other than that, he was a good and honest friend.

"Come on! I want to watch the show!" Draco mutters to us.

"What show!?" Blaise yells.

"The show of Buckbeak getting slaughtered, of course!" He says.

I widen my eyes, "What?!" I yell.

Draco smirks as he walks close towards the stones on the hill. "Quickly, hide!" Draco sneers. We all gather behind the rock as we peak our heads to look towards at Hagrid's hut. I saw Buckbeak sitting down, grooming his feathers near the pumpkins. Draco grabs his binoculars, as he looks out towards Hagrid's hut as he chuckles quietly.

It wasn't long till Draco turns around, "Ah! Come to see the show!?" Draco asks as Hermione, Ron and Harry walk towards him.

"You! You foulsome evil little cockroach!" Hermione yells before she takes out her wand and aims it at Draco. Draco was pushed up on the stone, as her wand was facing him. "Hermione no! He's not worth it!" Ron says. Draco was whining quietly before Hermione lowered her wand slowly. Draco laughed with Blaise and Flint before Hermione punches him, "Malfoy! Are you okay?!" Pansy asks him. I couldn't help but chuckle a little before they all ran away, as it was only me with the golden trio. I met eyes with Harry, "Uhh.. Ron? Let's go down to Hagrid.." Hermione tells Ron.

"Huh? Oh, alright-" He says before Hermione drags him down the hill. I look down at my feet till I look up at Harry. He smiles a little, "How are you?" He asks.

"I'm alright, listen, if you're here to apologise, just forget it. It was your opinion and you thought what you were saying was right-"

"Okay, are you a mind reader or something?" He interrupts me.

I couldn't help but laugh. He laughed as well, "I really am sorry Mila, I didn't mean to say that about the Malfoy's. I guess we all have different opinions on everyone"

I nod slowly, "Yeah, I guess your right.." I look to my right, as I found myself looking at Hagrid's hut, seeing Hermione and Ron entering Hagrid's hut, "You should follow them, they need you" I mumble.

He sighs, "I know, but I just wanted to do something before I left.." He mumbles.

I turn my head to look back at him, "Oh, what was-" I couldn't even finish myself, as Harry's lips were on mine. He kissed me, I thought. He literally kissed me!

I immediately pushed away, as I just stared at him. "Sorry.. I just wanted to do that ever since I met you Mila.." He mumbles.

I sigh as I step a little back, "I'm sorry, I just.. I don't feel the same way Harry.. I hope you understand that.." I mumble.

He nods slowly, "It's alright.. I guess I'll see you around.." He mumbles as he begins to walk down the hill. Oh my god, I'm such an idiot, I thought. I walked back up the hill, as I decided to go to the common room.

I enter the common room, as I see everyone sitting on the couch, "Hey! Where were you?" Bella asks me.

"Oh, I was out.." I mumble.

"With Potter I'm guessing?" Draco mutters.

"Yeah, is there a problem about that?"

"Damn right there is a problem-"

"Malfoy.." Flint interrupts him.

I roll my eyes before I walk towards the couch and sit down in between Bella and Pansy. "Get me out of here.." I whisper.

"Why? What happened?" Bella asks in a quiet voice.

"He kissed me.." I whisper.

Bella and Pansy's eyes widen as their mouths drop, "He kissed you?!" Alexa calls out. The boys were now looking at me, after what Alexa just blurted out.

"Who kissed you?" Blaise asks.

"Please don't tell me it's Pucey.. if it is I have to go and warn him about the mistake he just did.." Draco mumbles.

I groan, "No, it wasn't Adrian.. it was Harry, if it's any of your business"

"Harry?!" Pansy, Bella and Alexa both say.

I nod slowly as I look down at my palms. Draco scoffs, "Well that would make sense, your both idiots.."

"Malfoy!" Blaise calls out.

"Alright whatever, but I'm not wrong.." He mumbles as he stands up.

"Where are you going?" Flint asks.

"I have a date" He mumbles as he grabs his bag.

"With who?!" Pansy yells.

Draco smirks, "Rachael, why?"

"Rachael?! As in Rachael from the 3 Broomsticks?!"

He nods as his smirk grows, "Got a problem?"

"Yes!" She says. She looks at all of us as we were all staring at her, "Sorry, I meant no.." She mumbles.

"Right, well I need to get ready for tonight-" Draco begins.

"No! You can't go! She's a little bitch who's a ugly little dog, who is a mistake towards everyone!" Pansy calls out as she jumps off the couch.

"Well, I guess tonight I'll find out the truth.."

"Draco! You can't go!"

"Why can't I?!" He yells at her.

Pansy stays quiet as she looks down at her palms, "Because.. I don't know.." She mumbles. The

Draco nods slowly, "Well I was joking, but thanks for the reaction Parkinson" He says before he leaves the common room with a smirk on his face. Blaise and Flint laugh together as they look at Pansy, "Oh Parkinson! You fucked up badly!" Blaise says before he laughs even more. Pansy rolls her eyes before she rushes up to her dorm.

I sigh, "Boys! Shut up! She's actually upset!" I yell at them.

They both go quiet instantly as they just stare at me. Bella and Alexa leave as they follow her, as I stay there with the boys, "So, are you and Potter a thing now?" Blaise asks.

I roll my eyes, "No, I said I didn't feel the same way he did.."

Blaise and Flints eyes widen, "What a badass, what the fuck.." Flint mumbles.

I chuckle quietly, "I feel bad, he looked really upset once he walked away"

"He'll get over it I'm sure" Blaise says.

I nod, "I hope so"
