After the twin's birthday Saturn and Kie had become very close, they were inseparable during school, then after school Saturn would go to volleyball practice while Kie would go and hangout with the Pogues. It had taken a lot of encouragement from the Cameron girl but Kiara had finally worked up the courage to go and apologize to her old friends.
It had taken a few try's but eventually the boys had welcomed her back with open arms meaning Kiara would spend anytime she wasn't with Saturn with the boys. Saturn hadn't shown any interest in getting to know Kiara's friends and she was sure that they felt similarly, they probably saw her and Sarah as the same person and assumed that Saturn was the reason Kiara had ditched them to begin with.
So when Saturn was warming up for her last volleyball game of the year and saw Kiara walk into the gym with two boys trailing behind her she was shocked. Although the blonde had to admit it probably wasn't hard to get two teenage boys to go to a high school volleyball game, that meant they'd get to watch girls and tiny shorts.
Saturn jogged across the mostly empty gym, they had been in there for hours and the other team wasn't going to show up for another 20 minutes so her team was mostly just goofing around while they waited.
"Kie!" The blonde yelled drawing her friend's attention who looked up and smiled brightly. Saturn ignored the two boys at her side and flung her arms around Kie's neck the two laughing as they stumbled. "I didn't think you were coming." Saturn said as they let go of each other.
"Bitch it's your last game, of course I'm coming. I brought JJ and Pope. I hope that's okay?" Kiara said gesturing to her two friends. Saturn's blue eyes drifted to the pair next to her. One a lean blonde with tan skin and blue eyes similar to her own and the other a tall boy with a darker complexion and an unsure expression on his face.
"Yeah, yeah of course. I'm Saturn." She responded introducing herself even though the boys knew exactly who she was.
"Cameron! Let's go!" The girl's head whipped to where her coach was calling her. "Ill talk to you guys after." Saturn said gesturing to the three teens giving them a sorry smile before taking off towards her team.
"She's hot, so she's got that going for her." JJ muttered causing Kie to roll her eyes as they started to head to their seats again. JJ couldn't help but notice that the girls at Kildare Prep school were built much differently than those as Kildare public, at least the sports teams. The prep athletes were much taller and more built, while at his school they were often skinny and lean since most didn't eat as much as they should for all the calories they were burning. He did notice that Saturn Cameron was the shortest person on her team and was wearing a different color jersey.
"Is she like the goalie or something?" JJ asked leaning over to ask Kie as the blonde in double dutch braids was serving a ball against the wall warming up her arm.
"No, she's the libero it's defense." Kiara corrected trying to remember what her friend had told her about the sport she played. "So a goalie." The blonde tried again causing her to roll her eyes at him.
"Sure." She finally said.

"That was awesome! I mean literally insane!" JJ gushed as the three teens stood over Saturn who was sitting on the bleachers while the athletic trainer wrapped a bag of ice around her knee. "Thanks." She chuckled glad that he didn't seem to hate her like she thought he was going to.
Kildare Prep had won the game 3-0 and Saturn had managed to beat herself against the floor multiple times making great saves left and right. "You do that to yourself every time?" Pope asked watching as she rolled up her sleeve to reveal a large purple and blue bruise on her elbow.
"Most times, thanks Rob." Saturn said as the athletic trainer gave her a smile and headed down to the next player who needed him. "So food?" Saturn's question caused all of them to grin as they realized how hungry they were.
"I drove here so I'll meet you at the wreck okay?" Saturn said holding up her car keys. "Ohh, a Mercedes." JJ said grabbing Saturn's keys causing her to look at Kie in worry. "I'll drive." He grinned nodding to Pope who had driven the three of them their in his pickup.
"Um.. okay yeah sure." Saturn responded even though his words weren't a question and rather a statement. The girl wasn't sure she should trust the boy with her precious car but she wanted them to like her so she chose not to say no.
The four split up as Saturn led him towards her car he whistled loudly. "Hot damn, I wish." He muttered patting the roof as she chuckled putting her bag into the back seat before getting in the passenger's seat.
"I can already smell your stank ass." He said causing them both to laugh as she rolled her window down knowing that he could smell her socks in her crocs. Saturn had not expected her first interactions with the Pogues to be like this, she had expected them to hate her and think she was the same as her sister. And JJ and Pope had thought that at first and didn't like her, that was up until they watched her slam herself onto the ground time and time again they realized that Sarah Cameron would never do that and if Kie trusted her they could give her a chance. Plus she was hot and had a nice car.
"You should smell my kneepads. If I brought those bad boys out we'd both pass out from the toxic fumes." Saturn added, the pair continued to share a few small jokes as they pulled into the parking lot of the restaurant next to Pope's pickup truck Kie and the boy standing in front of it watching JJ park the car he looked so out of place in.
"Sucks John B had to work today." Pope said causing Saturn to frown. She knew who John B was because he worked on her family's boats. "Yeah, the princess decided she wanted to have a party on the yacht last night and I'm sure he got stuck cleaning it." Saturn scoffed with an eye roll as JJ held the door open for them.
"Bitch." Saturn and Kie muttered under their breath at the same time after a few seconds causing them the instantly break into laughter and bright smiles. Pope had been unsure in the beginning about Saturn, and he still was slightly but seeing how she had already acted so care free with them was demonstrating to him that maybe she wasn't all that bad.
