Chapter 2 New friends (B's POV)

Chapter 2: New friends
Blake's POV (point of view)

Today is Monday.Now the real school day starts.I woke up with the sound of my alarm.I washed, dressed, ate and prepared like I always do before school days.I had to walked to school because my Mom was working and my Dad doesn't know how to drive.I'm okay walking to school because my school is very near.It's only like 15-20mins from here.
I starts my first, second and third classes in the morning.Then it was lunch time and Jacob show me my locker.

"This is yours" Jacob said
"So this is my locker?" I said
"Yes it is.I know the lockers here are kinda small" Jacob said.
I always thought the school lockers are bigger because our textbook books are thicker and heavier.After that, we walked away from the locker area to go to our next classes.
"Oh Blake my class is at the other side of the building.Look at you timetable" he told me.
I looked at my timetable and saw that my classes are in different room.
"My class is upstairs at the end of the building.So is your class Blake but at the other end of the building" he said.
"Oh then I'll see you later then"I said.
I waved him goodbye.I walked upstairs to the 3rd floor while Jacob was walking to the end of the hallway on the 1st floor.
Once I reached up the stairs, I bumped into someone.

My timetable slipped from my hand.
"Can you watch it!" I said to the person who bumped into me.
"Can you watch this?" he said to me as he showed his middle finger.
"No I did not just do that!" I told him
"Hey!" The principal shouted and came towards us.
"What's going on here" she said
I was about to speak up but I was stopped by the tall boy.
"It was nothing just having fun" the boy said
"Okay well get to class you two" she shouted.
The principal walked away.
"Better watch where your going" the boy said in a almost angry way.
The tall boy walked away from me.
"Bastos" I whispered.

I heard footsteps walk towards me.I was expecting the tall boy that he heard me but it wasn't him he came up to me.I was a different boy who came up to me.It was a boy from my class.
He blended down to pick up my timetable then handed it to me.
"Thanks"I said to him
"No problem" he responded.
"Um my name is Blake" I told him.
"I'm Max.You go to the same class as me right?"
"Yeah.Do you know the name of guy who bumped into me?" I asked him.
"Yep that's Ryan.He is kinda like the bully here." Max responded.
"Oh" I said
"Just don't mind him" Max told me
"Um do you know where this class is?" I showed him the timetable
"Yes it's over there.I'm also going to that class so follow me!" Max said.
So then I followed him.We went into the classroom and there were other boys there.A teacher then when inside the class after we came in.
"Hi guys I am your Art teacher" the teacher spoke loudly.
"Hi" everyone spoked.
As time flys by, Blake continued his next subjects of the day.
After Art is was French and Science.
It was lunch again but it was a longer break this time.
Our lunch had to be outside the school.For some unknown reason I don't know why the school can't afford a giant canteen for everyone.
I saw Jacob outside eating in the yard lonely.In the yard there were a few benches.Some boys stand up while eating their food and some boys sat down while eating.Others weren't eating but just talking and playing.

"Hi Blake" Max called me.
Max was standing and eating his lunch with 3 other people which I presume thats his friends.
"Hi Max" I told him
Before I went to talk to Max I told Jacob to come with me to join him and his friends.Jacob then followed me.
I went over to Max.
"So who's this" Max said
"Oh this is my best friend Jacob" I responded
"Hi my name is Jacob" Jacob spoke
"Hi I'm Peter by the way" said the first boy.
"Hello I'm Finn"said the second boy
"Hi my name is David" said the third boy.
My heart started to beat fast.I never know who David was.David was new to me.David looked adorable.I tried to focus on the real world.
"Um hi I'm Blake you may already know that" I said to them
One of the 3 boys said "We do know you and it's nice to meet you" which I assumed it was Finn.The boys were friendly and nice.
After the long talk , the bell rang.All the boys started to go back inside the building.
We went to our next class which was English.

Me, Jacob and all the other boys stood up in the front of the class.
"Hi everyone.I'm Miss Walsh.I have a seating plan for you guys so don't move yet.I'll call your name and you sit in the place I assigned you to.
She called out all the boys until she gets to my name.
"Blake Ramos you sit over there" she said in a lively tone.
I sat down in the middle row on the left side of the class.
I sat next to an Indian boy who I assumed his name was Mohammad.
"Hi my name is Mohammad" Mohammad told me.
"Hi I'm Blake" I responded.
"Hey um do you want to be friends?"he said
When I hear that question I was shocked that I made another friend with someone.
"Um sure why not" I said.
I never really expect to meet new people and become friends with them.So anyways.Jacob was sitting at the middle front row of the class with Max sitting next to him.I see them both of them talking.Max and Jacob looks like they were getting along with each other.Another thing that caught my attention was David assigned to sit in the middle left of my row.His head was in front of my head.He was sitting down next to Peter.I was trembling and sweating.It was really hard to focus in the class when you have somebody in front of you that you like and have a crush on.

"Hey you okay?" Mohammad asked me,
"Yeah I'm fine it's just cold in here that's all" I said
"But its warm in here Blake" he told me
My heart kept beating faster again.
"Maybe it's my own clothes" I said
"Dude were all wearing the same uniform" he said.
"Or maybe it's just me I don't know" I said while I'm pulling myself together.
Me and Mohammad talked for a while about what we like, what we don't like, what school we're from , hobbies and any other things.
It was a long day.We finishes school at around 4pm.It was good that my bag was not that heavy because my Mom said I have to walk home.Luckily it wasn't raining which was weird because it is September and sometimes lots of rain occurs on September.
