Break Is Over

-------Your POV------

The next few days went by fast. You helped Ms. Bakugo do some Christmas shopping. Picking up a special present for her and for Katsuki. You hated having to use his first name all the time. It used to be for special moments but now it felt weird to call him Bakugo. Then his mom took him out shopping for clothes for a family photo so you decided to bake cookies while they were away. Katsuki had to resist kissing you for making them.

You woke up feeling nervous for Christmas morning.

"Hey. You okay?" Katsuki lifted your chin making you look at him.

"It's my first Christmas with people besides my mom. It feels...weird. Wonderful and amazing. But still weird without her." He kisses your forehead.

"Im sorry Teaddybear. I promise you'll have a great day though." He smiled.

"Katsuki! (F/n)! Come on! Santa came!" The twins yelled as they ran down the hall. You both chuckle and follow them to the tree seeing all the presents wrapped underneath it. The twins went first opening all their toys and some clothes.

You hand a box to Ms. Bakugo. "Here ma'am. For you. Thank you for letting me stay here and welcoming me into your home." She smiled warmly at you as she opened her gift.

"Oh my God when was this?! Look at you two! Oh my God I gotta find the perfect place to put this up. Thank you so much!" She hugged you and showed Bakugo the framed picture of you two from the dance.

"You didn't tell me you were gonna do that." He grumbled, embarrassed of the picture of him all dressed up.

"I didn't tell you about this either." You hand him a small box. He glared at you, hating surprises as he opened it.

"Holy shit (F/n)!"

"Hey! Language!" Ms. Bakugo yelled hitting him on the head.

He held up a silver necklace of a skull. "It's awesome. Thank you babe!" He hugged you making you blush. He's never called you babe before.

"Now it's your turn. Here you go dear." Ms. Bakugo handed you a large box. You were surprised. They got you a gift? You slowly opened it to reveal a beautiful dark red dress with white fluff at the bottom.

"It's beautiful. Thank you so much."

"Which leads to my gift." Katsuki blushed as his mom nodded at him. "We want you to be in our family picture this year."

"No. I can't be. That's for family."

"Dear. You are part of this family." His mom smiled at you as tears rose in your eyes. You ran over and hugged her tightly.

"Thank you."

"Stop it. You're gonna make me cry. Come on we gotta get ready before your father comes home." You use the bathroom to change and do some quick makeup. You slipped on your black stilettos. To be honest. You looked cute, borderline hot. The chest line dipped a little lower than you liked but it still looked nice. You stepped out and Ms. Bakugo was already out and helping the twins. "Oh my. Give me a twirl." You twirl around making the skirt fly up. "You look--"

----------Bakugo's POV------

I straightened my tie. Tch, I always hated dressing up. I put my new necklace on that she gave me. It fit me nicely. "Damn I love that girl." I said to myself knowing Mom couldn't hear me. I opened my top drawer and found the small box I had hidden from (F/n). I left the room hearing her and Mom giggling like schoolgirls in the living room. She was twirling around I'm her new dress.

"You look--"

"Gorgeous." I cut Mom off just staring at her. She truly was just that, gorgeous. More than any woman I've ever seen. She blushed and thanked me. "although...I have one last surprise for you. Turn around and close your eyes." She did as instructed as I put on a gold chain necklace with a small heart on it. "Open."
