Opposites (Bakugo x Reader)

Graduation

You woke up the next morning excited and nervous as hell! You put your uniform on and curled your hair. Japan was different with their graduations, you had to wear your uniform to the ceremony, then change into your dress clothes for the after party. You had your dress hanging up waiting for when you got back. Your hands shook from your nerves as you headed out early to meet with Tenya and Mr. Aizawa for a final read of your speeches.

"Good morning (F/n)! Your hair looks devine today!"

"Thank you Tenya." You smiled.

Aizawa sighed. "How are you to doing this morning?" Tenya gave a thumbs up. You looked at your shaking hands. "Don't worry. You'll do great. You of all my students never fail to amaze me." He smiled as he patted your shoulder. You blushed as you both then practiced your speech as other teachers helped set up the ceremony area.

-------Bakugo's POV------

My alarm went off waking me up. I groaned as I went to reach for her but my arm fell on an empty space. I sighed. That's right, she hadn't been there for a while.

I got up and put my uniform on, running my fingers through my hair and straighten my tie. I opened my door to find Kirishima about to knock.

"Hey buddy! You about ready to go?"

"Yeah, let's get this over with." I groaned

"Her and Tenya already left. Mina checked. We were worried about her nerves."

"Tch! Like I care!" I put my hands in my pockets. 

"Are you still gonna--"

I cut him off. "Shut it!"

He put his hands up. "Okay! My bad!"

I looked up at the clear sunny sky as we walked towards the ceremony stage. Kaminari put his arms around both of our shoulders.

"Hey guys!! You ready to do this?!"

"Heck yeah man!" Kirishima smiled.

"I guess. Gotta admit, I'll miss you annoying assholes."

"I think that's the nicest thing you've said to us!" Kaminari smiled and pretended to wipe a tear from his eye. I rolled my eyes as I shrugged him off me.

"Whatever loser!" We laughed as we joined the class in our area. Cementos had made raised seating for the parents and staff who wanted to attend. A few parents were already seated as the sun shine brightly. We stood around talking until Tenya and (F/n) joined us.

"There you are!" Deku hugged her. She smiled and held her hands behind her back.

-------Your POV------

You held your hands tightly behind your back to make them stop shaking.

"Your gonna do great! We can't wait to hear your speech!" Izuku smiled that sweet brotherly smile.

"Better you than Bakugo." Shoto smiled, you laughed as Katsuki rolled his eyes. You saw the Bakugo's and the twins enter. You waved to them, they all waved back, Ms. Bakugo smiling more than ever as she got her camera out. After a few more minuets Endeavor and Dad finally showed up. You stifle a laugh seeing him in a suit again. He gave you a look knowing just what you were thinking. The music began to play as everyone went to their seats. Tenya and you stood by the stairs up to the small stage.
