Shoutout to ln7348, Raranim_Subinie, theluckynumber0, and l09057336379, as well as all my readers for sticking with the story and supporting it. Thank you! :)

A/N: I think this chapter will only make sense if you re-read the breakup scene (given below in italics) because I edited it a bit. Thanks!

"Would you rather spend time with someone else? Am I not interesting enough anymore?" Seungcheol said, voice rising, so much so they received some confused looks from some of the others in the restaurant. When Jeonghan looked confused, he showed him the photos Soonyoung put up on Instagram, of them all drinking and having fun.

Oh shit.

"Because it seems like it. This is the third date you've missed Jeonghan. All you had to do was send me one text. Or you could have left if you really wanted to." Seungcheol tried to calm himself, aware that they were in a public place. In a much quieter voice, he continued. "I know your job is demanding, but so is mine. But I've always made you my priority. And you haven't. Ever. I took an evening off waiting for you at the bar, and today I had to run from my cousin's house just to be on time, because I didn't know when I would get to see you again. " Seungcheol looked Jeonghan in the eyes, but Jeonghan was at a loss of words.

"You don't get it. I miss you! But you don't, do you? I'm just someone you can call to comfort you when you're down, and then discard after. Do you realize it's been over three weeks since we've seen each other? I keep reaching out to you, but you never show up." His voice rose a few decibels in frustration, but only pain and longing was seen in his eyes.

"I-"

Seungcheol waited for Jeonghan to say something, anything. Jeonghan felt paralyzed, unable to think, unable to say anything coherent.

"I don't know what to say," he muttered, after a few moments.

Seungcheol sighed, standing up. He handed the plastic bag in his hand to the other man. When he didn't take it, Seungcheol stretched one of Jeonghan's arms out, placing the handles of the bag in his palm, and gently folding his fingers around them. "I had our dinner packed. Eat this when you get home. And make sure to warm it. Don't skip meals for your job. Even if you can't make time for me, at least try to make time for yourself. " Seungcheol gave Jeonghan a weak smile, tears beginning glaze his eyes. "Good luck with everything. Have a good life, Yoon Jeonghan. Goodbye." As Seungcheol made his way to the door, he looked at Jeonghan one last time. By now, tears were beginning to fall down his cheeks. Jeonghan opened his mouth to say something, but before the words left his mouth, Seungcheol pulled open the doors and left, causing him to choke down the words, hands clutching tightly around to the plastic bag and legs threatening to give way.

Jeonghan mindlessly turned the key and opened the door. He threw the keys into a nearby bowl on a table near the door, but missed, and the keys fell to floor. Jeonghan bent to pick them up, but ended up crumbling on to the floor, resting his back to the door. Hot tears began to flow down his cheeks as he finally broke down. He'd done it. He'd ruined it forever. He didn't think twice about putting his job in front of Seungcheol, and now he was gone. Gone from his life, gone from his future.

The tears wouldn't stop, and Jeonghan didn't know what to do. Jeonghan grabbed his backpack and fumbled for his phone, hastily dialing the one person he knew he could talk to right now.

The phone rang a few times before he heard the familiar click.

"Hello?"

Jeonghan didn't say anything, but continued to sob quietly.
