"SO YOU WERE MAROONED ON AN ISLAND", Zola confirmed. "Hephaestus found you and told you, you could leave and you left on a magic raft?"

"Yup".

"And nothing unusual happened on that island?"

"Uhh..no?"

'Does he truly think I'm fucking stupid', Zola thought. 'Everyone knows Calypso's damn story'.

"Right", Zola said with a sigh as she leaned back on her chair.

"I figured out how to get through the Labyrinth though, I talked to Hephaestus".

"He told you the answer?", Annabeth exclaimed sitting up.

"Well, he sort of told me that I already knew. And I do. I understand now."

He told them his idea.

Annabeth's jaw dropped. "Percy, that's crazy!"

"That's great!", Zola said with a excited grin to which Percy frowned at.

"But..it's my quest", Annabeth protested.

"A quest that you need help with Annabeth", Zola reasoned. "No offence but you literally have no idea how to navigate this maze".

"But...a mortal", she spat.

"Discrimination at its finest", Zola sang in a smug tone.

"I'm not-".

"But...a mortal", Zola mimicked.

"We all know the real reason why you want that mortal on the quest", she said glaring at Zola. "And it's not for the good of the camp".

"Wha-", Zola started, a small blush gracing her face.

"And you Percy Jackson, are the single most annoying person I have ever met!", Annabeth yelled before storming out of the room.

"Wow", Percy exhaled as he stared at the door Annabeth had just stormed out from.

"She will calm down", Chiron promised. "She's jealous, my boy".

"Jealous?", Zola asked sitting up.

"Yes", Chiron said.

'That means she likes Percy', Zola thought to herself. 'Which must be the reason why she hates me' so much.

"Shit", Zola exclaimed out loud slapping her forehead. "I'm so fricking dumb".

"Wait what? Why you dumb?", Percy asked.

"It's fine, I just realised something".

"What?"

"Um..a joke", Zola thought trying to come up with an excuse. "That..uhhh..Malcolm told me before".
