Adelaide's heart plummeted. She had completely forgotten that everyone in the wizarding world received the Daily Prophet. Sebestyen would be absolutely devastated if he saw the news before she had a chance to talk to him.
"Oh my gosh, I have to go to Hungary now. He can't find out this way." she truly felt awful, but Sebestyen was so kind to her and didn't deserve any of this.
Draco's jealousy slowly spread throughout his chest, "You'll probably never see him again, there's no need to drop everything and go to him."
She felt a slight twinge of anger, "How would you like it Draco if a girl you liked was suddenly plastered on the newspaper announcing she was with someone else? He doesn't deserve that."
She stepped into the fireplace and announced, "Katona Residence"
She stepped out from the fireplace and walked into the living space that was currently empty. It was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. Vastly different from Draco's and her's cold Manors that carried an ominous, dark aura.
She heard someone coming down the stairs and she smiled as she saw Sebestyen in a red jumper and flannel pj pants who looked like he had just woken up.
"Adelaide?" he questioned.
"Sebestyen, I'm so sorry to come unannounced like this." she was quickly interuppted as he ran up to her, picked her up into a tight hug and swung her around.
"No need to apologize my sweet Adelaide! How are you?"
Oh gosh, she couldn't do this to him.
She laughed lightly as a younger boy that looked strikingly similar to Sebestyen came trudging down the stairs, mumbling something in Hungarian that she couldn't understand. His eyes grew wide as he saw the girl standing in the living room. He pointed up at her and said something she couldn't understand and Sebestyen responded back in Hungarian, she caught him say her name.
"Forgive us, this is my little brother Faustino. He does speak English." he directed towards his brother who turned red and shyly said, "Hello. It is nice to finally meet you. Sebestyen talks about you all the time."
Adelaide blushed and Sebestyen shot his brother a glare. "Thanks Faustie."
He laughed off his little brother's comment, "Would you like some breakfast? You came on a good day, we have a couple baby dragons that hatched last week and they are adorable."
Faustino jumped excitedly around the room, "One of them is mine! It's my first dragon!"
Adelaide's heart melted at the boy's sheer excitement. Sebestyen acted the same when talking about dragons, but he was slightly more reserved about it. The atmosphere in the home was so much different from hers, she could feel the love and warmth seeping through every corner and the sunlight shone brightly through the windows.
"I would love to!" she giggled.
As they made their way to the large kitchen, the owl flew in dropping the Daily Prophet on the table which she nervously glared at, unable to read it since it was in Hungarian. She could see the picture of the Minister with her in the background and before Sebestyen grabbed it she loudly interrupted, "Wait Sebestyen!"
He jumped slightly, withdrawing his hand from the news paper and looking at her with confusion.
She whispered into his mind, 'I have to explain something before you read the paper'
He nodded, smiling up at her. He loved it when she used legilimency to talk to him, it felt so personal and comforting. Shaking off his moment of adoration, he wondered why she didn't want him to look at the paper. He trusted her however, and continued to make breakfast with magic.
