Chapter 74

She walked in to find Bellatrix, Fenrir, and the Dark Lord all standing over Mundungus Fletcher.

Bellatrix cackled, "Ah, look who it is? Mundungus your favorite witch is here."

Upon seeing Adelaide walk through the store, Mundungus screamed wildly, "NO NO! PLEASE PLEASE I'LL SWEAR MY ALLEGIANCE WITH YOU I PROMISE GET HER AWAY FROM ME."

The Dark Lord wheezed, "Oh Mundungus Mundungus. Why would I ever want a rat like you in my forces? As you can tell by your first encounter with my youngest Death Eater, only the most powerful and loyal witches and wizards serve me."

Adelaide bowed, "My Lord. You summoned me?"

Mundungus writhed under Fenrir's foot that was pushing him into the ground.

"Yes, you will deliver Mundungus' Head to the Order. Since you were the one who sent a message to the Order not to send anyone to interrogate our Death Eaters, you'll be the one who also proves that they can't hide from us when they do. We found him weasling somewhere in northern England, living like a peasant in the caves. I want to get a better idea of who is in the Order. Can you do that for me?"

Adelaide nodded her head, "Yes, My Lord." She sent Mundungus a cocky smirk even though she felt her stomach twisting, don't throw up, don't throw up.

Mundungus squealed, "WAIT WAIT STOP STOP! What if I told you who's in the Order? Will you spare me?" his eyes were bulging from Fenrir's foot.

The Dark Lord cackled, "I suppose if you tell us and Adelaide can confirm, then I'll think about sparing your miserable, worthless life."

Mundungus spewed, "T-there's the Weasleys. They're all in the Order with the exception of their daughter, their son that works in the Ministry, and youngest son. There's also Remus Lupin and Nymphadora Tonks. Alastor Moody. Dumbledore obviously. Uh, uhm" Nagini began to slither her way over to him, staring hungrily at him.

"There's Kingsley Shacklebolt, Arabella Figg, but she's a squib, there's uh uh, there's Emmeline Vance."

Bellatrix cackled loudly, "There's no more Emmeline Vance."

Mundungus looked up terrified, "There's uh uh Hestia Jones and that's all I can remember. Please don't kill me, please please get her away from me." he cried, eyeing Adelaide with such an intense fear she thought he'd pass out.

The Dark Lord nodded towards Adelaide, "Check him"

She shot into his mind, she confirmed that he had listed all of the Members he knew about. Once she pulled out she calmly stated, "He's telling the truth, he forgot to mention Rubeus Hagrid"

The Dark Lord scoffed, "I don't care about that half breed. You've been very beneficial Mundungus. Keep up with the information and I'll continue sparing your life, understand? Can't believe you're afraid of a seventeen year old witch, pathetic. Let him go."

Fenrir released his foot off and Mundungus apparated away.

Adelaide stood completely still, unsure why the Dark Lord needed her to be there to interrogate Mundungus.

He looked towards Adelaide, "Do you know where any of these Order Members live?"

She gulped, "I know Hagrid lives in a hut on Hogwarts property. As for the others, I'm sorry my Lord I don't know. Kingsley Shacklebolt works in the Ministry as an Auror, they have to go in every day at 9AM, but after that their schedules vary."

The Dark Lord's expression darkened, "You and Draco go to school with both of the younger Weasleys, I want you to figure out where they live. We can wipe out half the order in one swoop if we get to them."
